Haven’t been here in a couple of years. Bought my first gun here and use to go to the range often. Was always greeted right away and with curtesy. But went looking for 2 specific types of guns today and was first totally ignored when I walked in. Next was totally brushed off with the one person who decided to help me out. Well I guess my next 2 purchases will come from Blackstone or Hyatt. Just not Eagle… Dang I use to really like this place.

Its was the most helpful and courteous range Ive ever been to. I live in Raleigh and travel 2+ hours to go shoot, thats how much I love it.

I was shopping around for a gun. And a friend recommended Eagles that they would be cheaper than anybody else around in the area. He was correct I went into, Eagles knowing already what I wanted. and the store clerk showed me at least two other guns besides the one that I was coming to get. That were compatible but I knew how much cash I had to spend. A long story short I came out of the store with what exactly what I came for also with another purchase. The clerk through me a discount with the price that I had viewed online . I am very happy with my purchase at Eagles and will return again.

The price of the guns are VERY reasonable. The service outstanding and selection vast. This seems to be a mask optional place but to eachs own. They have a lot of merchandise and stickers to let folks know you aint joking you gun toting.You even get a 30 minute session to learn how to use your newly purchased firearm. I cant wait to get some time at the range. I just wont go there on a friday night an hour before closing because it was packed the friday night I went.

This place is top shelf. From the people to the merchandise and definitely the range. You cant have a bad day here. You just cant.

They have a decent selection but are very greasy on trade ins. A month ago I was offered 1100 dollars for three guns and was told they would offer more if I had the original boxes and more magazines. I returned a month later with said boxes and magazines and was offered 800 dollars instead. A very greasy move. Avoid selling here.

Being shooting at Eagle for 7 years, and its always been a pleasure. Took my son (11yrs old) for the first time, and everyone made him feel comfortable, no pressure, just equal as an experienced shooter. He loved it, now I have a range partner. Rude, disrespectful, and belittling is how id describe the staff here. And to paying customers! Range officer gives me an attitude because i showed up an hr before the range closed and i believe purposefully sent me to two broken lanes giving me an attitude every time before i finally decided to leave. Will never drive another hr to bisit this company just to be diarespected after theyve taken my money.

Went to purchase a gun and the guy said he’d hold it for me for 2 days so I could sell my other one first. The second I walked out the door he actually bought it for himself instead. I didn’t find out until I went back 2 days later to make my purchase and his name was on the purchase log. Incredibly rude and nobody seemed to care that he did this. I was even going to switch to this place for my range practice. Definitely not giving them any of my business.

Place is a joke ordering system is trash and customer service is like pulling teeth no help left on hold for 30mim with no response.. please take your business somewhere else

I definitely give this place 0 stars the lady that works behind the counter was very rude and made feel extremely uncomfortable. She Accused me and my friend of smelling like marijuana when we both have never smoke marijuana in our lives. I definitely felt my race played a factor. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Purchased 2 guns at once for myself and my wife. Will was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will helped us choose the right handguns for us and our budget. Checkout was a little confusing with 2 cashiers trying to check us out separately even though we were paying with one card. New Bersa had a slight scuff mark on it, but not bad enough to take back. Overall good prices and staff.

Since day 1 I have had an amazing experience at the range! I came in for learning to shoot a 9mm Shield and met Skull, Dustin and Mrs. Kathy. During my constant come backs I have gotten so much more confident. After my apartment building had a home invasion the other day and stand off with CMPD with 2 people they needed to take into custody I knew I needed protection being my permit is still pending. Mrs Kathy helped me understand that I needed to protect myself. I’ve had a airsoft gun for protection but she took on a mother role and figure to make sure I was safe. I was timid and she made sure I was confident with what I bought because she had the same gun I was looking at. She let me know I’d be fine and gave me all the positive and negatives of how the gun would shoot and even after firing my specific gun she came in to give me that pat on the back to make me feel that much more confident in myself. Skull has been constantly helping me along the way and customer service is above most shops. If I need to ask any questions the staff is there for you! Just know you’ll always get a laugh and walk out more confident than you thought!

Every worker in here did not have on a mask nor were enforcing any of their customers to wear a mask although the whole state is under a mask mandate. Not following any COVID-19 guidelines AT ALL. Obviously this business does not care about the safety of its customers. Workers aren’t very friendly either, and seemed as if they did not want your business. Will not be back.

Me and my girlfriend went as first timers, great service. They were very willing to help us select guns to rent, as well as talked us through how to properly handle the pistols. The lady at the desk was very helpful in explaining safety procedures and she even took the time to help us through loading, aiming, and shooting. I will definitely be coming back to do business there again.

First time Wife and I had ever been to any indoor range. Decided to come here on recommendation from a couple of people as well as our CCH instructor.Absolutely awesome experience. Staff were very polite and most of all RESPECTFUL. Range was clean and decently lit. Could do with better temperature control as it gets a tad warm in there. However, we will still recommend the place for gear or as a place to do some indoor shooting.

Friendly and helpful staff, but prices were more expensive than most ranges Ive visited, and there was a mandatory 8-minute video to watch before we could shoot. I took a couple of new shooters along and they had fun. We shot the 686+ (50rds), Glock 34 (50rds), AR15 (100rds) and Mossberg 500 (10rds). Cost was $150USD.

Do you desire more of an old school feel to a gun store and shooting range facility? Eagles Guns is where you will find it. This place has all the essentials needed for shooters. The inventory is adequate. The staff members at this place are also very good.

Great gun shop & range! Majority of the staff are very personable & attentive which is a plus. Range is nice probably could use some different chairs/stools for bench shooting.Only downside for me was the young lady working the register. She needs to work on her customer service skills. It doesnt hurt to greet a customer walking up to you or say How can I help you?. I walked up to the counter, instead of greeting me she just stared at me.$20 an hour for range time is up there when other ranges are $20 for the whole day. But you can overlook this because it is a smaller more personable range.

Im an avid shooter and I refuse to spend money any place with rude, dismissive staff or management I LEFT. To the gentlemen I met yesterday blonde, if you didnt want to work there, DONT GO TO WORK STOP DETERRING PEOPLE WITH YOUR BEHAVIOR.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Eagle. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and down to earth. The cost to purchase is similar to competitors. The cost to shoot on the range is more than I’d like to spend but local limitations make the choice easy and they know they are the only deal in town. They make up for the cost with the service provided.

My wife and I just ordered handguns from the online store. The guns arrived at the store in a very timely manner and all was good. The following day we went to use the range and although the sales people were very friendly and helpful the day we picked up our pistols, we really got to see how this store operates when we went back to use the range. The whole experience was excellent, from the sales team, to the people that handle the range and even the other customers there were helpful to us!

Great place to shoot or buy firearms! Staff is great and very friendly! Instructors are very knowledgeable and happy to help. Cheaper than most ranges in the area. Plenty of other things related to firearms and hunting available to buy. Also firearms to rent plus eyes and ears too. Gunsmith on site too.

You watch a small video, and youre good to shoot. They do talk to you about it and make sure you have no problems. Prices are reasonable.

Without a doubt the best gun store I have ever dealt with! The customer service is second to none. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I research everything before I buy and their prices are right on spot with the cheapest around for rifles and optics. I live in the Lake Norman area but I will assure that I will drive past numerous gun shops to deal with these guys! I highly recommend them!

Decent place. The range is nice and well kept. Staff is hit or miss, some are pretty cool and some obviously dont like their lives. Overall was a good place. Range time is priced well and so is the yearly memberships. Ill be back again

Received gift Groupon package and planned to use in Spring with a group coming in from out of state, then Covid postponed a great many things. With most businesses making adjustments and accommodations to work with their clientele during unprecedented times, Eagle has opted to not, by refusing to extend the expiration date of the package at all, basically by reasoning that they never closed. Didnt make any difference that the other parties joining had been on state-imposed travel bans...Eagle was entirely indifferent and apparently has enough customers that losing some is not a concern.

Best place to buy guns and go to the range hands down!! Go in and ask for Scotty. He is awesome and Very helpful with all questions and knowledge of guns!!

I highly recommend this store, their range, and the people who work there. The store has just about everything you want in stock, and on those rare occasions that it doesnt, they can get it for you super fast. Their prices are very competitive. I love the range, too. But most importantly, all the people there are knowledgeable and friendly, and theyll do just about anything they can for you. Particular kudos for Dan, the gunsmith, whos a genius with firearms and can do absolutely everything with them. My only quarrel is that 5 stars is not nearly enough.

My husband and I visited on a Saturday with no prior education or experiences with guns. We were nervous that we would be overlooked due to this, but were pleasantly surprised by all of the friendly, welcoming staff. Not knowing where to even start when selecting a rental firearm, the staff asked questions to understand what we would intend on using the firearm for (in home protection vs. conceal carry) before selecting one for us, and clearly showing us how to load/unload and hold the firearm. The excitement kicked in once we were assigned a lane and started working through our box of ammunition, we will definitely be back to try and improve our aim!

Had a blast at Eagle guns with my husband and son. We never shoot guns and have always wanted to learn about them so we gave Eagle Gun Range a try. The whole time we were there it was a blast the workers are friendly and very helpful. You have to watch a 8 minute video before you shoot and sign a waiver form. The best part was one of the workers there named “Big Moon” didn’t hear his real name but he is hilarious. He helped us out with rental guns and even offered to go out on the range and assist us in any questions we had for free, let me tell you that young man can shoot a pistol. He shot a few rounds off to show us and give us a example of what the guns do and he put 3 holes in the bullseye. We will most certainly be back to shoot and purchase a firearm when we get our permits back. Ask for Big Moon when you go there he is no doubt the reason we’re coming back he made us very comfortable.

Recently purchased a Glock 19 gen4. The experience here in every aspect was phenomenal. I live an hour away and will make the drive every time because of how great of an experience I had here.

Personnel always friendly and helpful. Good range and automated target holders. Wide variety of firearms, ammo and accessories. As importantly, they stress range safety and dont allow careless conduct or reckless handling of firearms. Excellent place to bring family for training.

My brother, boyfriend and I absolutely LOVE this range! Staff know exactly what theyre talking about, great selection of weapons to buy and of weapons to try out. Its a terrific indoor range and prices are reasonable. You shoot whatever you bring including ammo (no automatic uzi type indoors tho which is fine). This is definitely our go-to place!

We were visiting from Canada and had a blast. We used a groupon and were not limited by time. Great facility. The best one we have visited.

I called here to ask about purchasing a suppressor. The guy i spoke to said only one person that works there knew the process of selling one and he leaves every day at 4. Then he goes on to say if Im patient that he will try to figure out the paper work tonight.I drive up there walk to the counter and dont get acknowledged even though Im the only person in the place. I have to tell the guy I want to purchase a suppressor. He takes it to the counter and the guy says oh you have to come up before 4 tomorrow. I remind the guy that no less than an hour ago he told me to come and he will try to help me. He gives me a look of stupidity and says I cant do it.Thank you for wasting my time. I will not be coming back to buy anything from this store.

I just joined CRPC, so I will probably not be coming to this place as frequently as I used to. So I feel like I own them a review.This is my range. I start to came to this place three years ago when I just started to own and shoot guns. I actually got one pistol from this place (online bought and shipped to this store). I was a member for two years.You may hear a lot people saying people working in ranges and gunstores are the nicest people you can meet. Well, I have visited enough ranges and gun stores to know thats a beautiful lie. But the staff in this place? They ARE nice folks. You can tell they care their business and they treat their customer well.

Great range with 18 lanes! They have about 15 long guns and over 50 pistols that you can rent. Rifles are the AR-15 in 5.56, AR-15 in 9mm, AK-47, Ruger 10/22 and several other options. Handguns are pretty much anything that is currently manufactured. We have shot the Taurus .357 magnum, an old Colt police .30 special among others. Range also lets you shoot rifle calibers which is great! Staff is nice and knowledgeable. They have a gunsmith on staff if you need modifications or repairs.

Range is very dark. No air conditioning. Sweat the entire time shooting while constantly wiping fog from glasses. After shooting, I asked one of the employees when are they going to have ac and he replied, When someone pays for it. I replied, Oh, you are going to pay for it, when people stop coming here. Its miserable in there. He shrugs. Sorry guys, you lost my business.

I like what someone else said earlier in a review. If you cant find the gun you want here, its not because they dont carry it. Its because their prices are incredibly fair and things fly off the shelves here. Dont be scared to call and ask for a specific model. If they dont have it in-stock, they can have it in a day or two. I eventually got tired of price-shopping these guys against other sellers.... because theyre always the most affordable around. They are consistently the lowest-cost for handguns and rifles of anyone in the area. Ive now purchased over half a dozen handguns and three rifles from them in the last couple years and theyve my go-to guys because of their prices and because of their great service!

Range officers allow weapons to point in every direction “as long as they cleared it”. But won’t let you drop your booth table. “If you go forward and get hurt it’s on us”. I guess if you get shot behind the line it’s all good. They have great ammunition prices though.This place hit so far beneath NRA range safety SOP is laughable.

I bought an AKMS from these guys. The price was a bit more expensive than several out of state shops but their location was very convenient for me. Theres a very nice selection of guns, new and used, also. The in-door shooting range (if you want to call it that) is extremely hot in the Summer. The ammo is also very overpriced. Even the cheap Russian rounds cost over twice as much here compared to other shops.

I have gone here for years ever since me and my dad started target shooting, I got my first rifle here and that memory will stay with me forever. The service I got there that day cemented my trust in the store employees and every time I come here I can expect quality service. For that reason all of the knives I have purchased are from this store exclusively. I would not go anywhere else.

Ive been to their gun range a few times and just like everything else in the Charlotte area it seems a bit over priced. I got spoiled with ranges in Florida and back in South Carolina where I was paying less than $15/hour. Eagle charges that for a half hour. $15-30 these days can get you more than an hours worth of entertainment when you think about it (you can watch two movies at a movie theater, order a steak at Texas Roadhouse, buy a new pair of shoes, etc.) Also it seems like very few patrons use the parking lot. A lot of people like to side park and almost every time I have visit there is a vehicle blocking that driveway, making it hard for anyone else in a truck to get through. Most employees I have dealt with working the range have been friendly, but my goodness the ones working behind the register are snarky and rude. What a contrast. Dont ask them any questions unless you want to get snapped at.

Eagle is one of the better shooting ranges in the next few counties combined. Their range is pretty decent but the best point about them is their range fees are very low. It costs $10 to shoot for half an hour and $20 per hour which are some of the lowest charges in the state. They also do groupon deals regularly.Best thing is they do NOT charge an extra person fee for using a single lane with 2 people. Other places like Blackstone and others are more tacticool elite and off putting to new shooters.Eagle I have been doing business with for years and have great staff.

Overall good range, but purchasing has customer service issues.Originally gave this place 5 stars, but had to come back and lower it. I really liked the range and had a good experience. Decided to buy my first firearm from them. It wasnt in stock and I was happy to order and have it shipped (which is another added expense). Paid for everything up front the and staff was friendly and helpful. I was given the impression their was a good chance it would be available for pickup Friday or Saturday. I never heard anything so I called Friday to see if it was ready. They told me something about that shipment and weather issues and that it would be Monday just give them a call so they make sure to unpack it and have it ready. I call late Monday and inquire again. Gentlemen gave me a very vague answer they had gotten a shipment that he doesnt see it but probably wont be able to tell till tomorrow. The way he said it kind of seemed like he was just trying to blow me off and get me off the phone. I asked if their was a chance I could get a more firm answer if I checked later that evening but he said in a grumpy tone Tuesday, maybe.So Ive lost a lot of confidence in this place. I was happy to pay a little more to support a local business than driving and extra 5 minutes to Bass pro. But their not doing anything to keep me from taking my business elsewhere. I will probably still use their range, but my next purchase is unlikely to be here.

Best selection in Concord to buy a gun. Very friendly and social. Awesome indoor range as well. You cant visit Concord with out stopping in at this destination before you leave . Trust me you want be disappointed .

Been shopping at Eagle guns since before they had their range. Sure, any business can have a first time buyer ding reviews but Ive been going here for 10+ years, countless purchases and I will say this, Im extremely happy to have them in my backyard in Concord, NC.Great inventory, always enjoy dealing with the staff and they make sure you get what you need.

Great place!! I bought my Smith and Wesson MP15T from here and I love it!! The range is great for indoor range but wish it was longer for rifles and you could rapid fire or bump fire but I understand why they dont alow it indoors.. the ammos decently priced as well as everything else. I havent rented any guns from them but do plan to sometime and my next gun purchase will be here.

Last time I went, I had a wad of cash in my wallet to purchase a rifle on special order. Stood at the counter for at least 20 minutes before a younger gentleman decided to acknowledge my presence. When asked about ordering the rifle, the guy had no idea what I was asking about, and had to go ask another employee that was busy with people renting pistols, who basically told him, Oh, those are hard to get right now. That was it. No offer to see if it could be in stock at a distributor or backordered, etc. No further offer of assistance whatsoever.To be sure, this place used to be pretty cool, a long time ago. The owner used to sit at the door and greet people, and my young son even used to like to go and see them. Since they got the range, they basically forgot about customer service altogether. For what its worth, I wont be back. There are too many other local gun stores that actually want your business.

Very upsetting. I used to love this range however I drove from Raleigh to shoot with my brother. We got there around 8:07pm as the website has stated they are open until 9:00pm. However, when we arrived we were told they stop shooting around 8:15pm. I would not have an issue with this if this was posted somewhere on the website or publicly noted. This was very upsetting as we have had good experience in the range in the past. I would recommend the new range BLACKSTONE in Charlotte.

Great range and friendly staff, would be a 5 star review untill I got a weapon repaired here.Had a mag catch replaced by Jeremy and got the pistol back with a cracked case and missing parts. Got the parts back, but they didnt offer to repair the damage. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing it, I was referred to talk to the manufacturer and get it warrantied. Take your guns here to shoot and practice, but find another gunsmith to fix them for you.
