I was referred to the Concord office by a family member. The staff (Joanne, Nicole and Rachel) were the most competent and friendly professionals!My hearing issues were addressed so well that I am now able to converse with others even in crowded restaurants. It took more than one visit to get these results and the staff was very accommodating and patient with me throughout the process.I highly recommend this office for people who have been to other audiologists and haven’t found resolutions.

I recently purchased new Phonak Audeo M50 hearing aids from Connect Hearing in Concord, CA and I recommend them highly!!! Jim Kalberer did a very thorough job testing my hearing and asked lots of questions to determine which hearing aid was best for my specific type of hearing loss. He let me take a demo set home to make sure I was happy with what we chose before I purchased them. Norma, the office manager, was fantastic!. I had many challenges dealing with my insurance and she was able to get everything cleared up.Ive worn hearing aids for several years, purchased from other places, and I definitely recommend Connect Hearing in Concord.
