Me and my family had a nice experience and will return again

Great New York Royal blizzard, until I found a couple hairs. (I am blonde, these are brown and I did find 2 but I only took a picture of one.

Customer service is not that great when the workers are sitting down having personal conversations and using personify. Guess now days you get paid not to actually work.

They need to make banana splits better.Need more stuff on them!!! Fruits and chocolat

Not open and it is 11:10. I went on my lunch hour as a couple of other people too. Lost 10 minutes of my lunch hour waiting for someone to show up. Very disappointing and I havent tried to go back because when you only have an hour you need to know someone is there.

Used to love coming here, and had no issues with this DQ prior to the current pandemic. However I came here the other day and was shocked to see that the girl working the counter was not wearing a mask. Masks are not a political issue. There is no reason for her to not be wearing a mask. It is state mandated that restaurant workers be wearing masks. I understand it is possible she may have a disability that prevents her from wearing masks, and if that is the case she needs to work with her employer to come up with an alternative face covering that keeps the customers safe. I will not be coming back to this DQ. As much as I love a Blizzard, I care more about keeping the general population safe and will not support a business that does not do so.

Once they realized I expected ice cream in my Mr Misty, they cared, and didnt even charge me extra. Its very refreshing to see great customer service like that nowadays when so few people care.Thank U!!

The staff there are always nice and hospitable. Anytime I needed a fix, theyd have me hooked up guaranteed. I totally recommend them to anyone who loves ice cream!

I went to this location today, just trying to enjoy some quality blizzards with my family. The lady who took my order was atrociously rude, and was rushing me constantly which triggered my anxiety. She clearly didnt want to be there and I personally dont know what she might be going through but I felt highly uncomfortable and she was rolling her eyes at me and my younger sister who was also with me was uncomfortable.

The woman who works here is always rude! Especially today! Would love to enjoy a smoothie on my lunch break. However her customer service is always terrible! It won’t kill you to smile or even greet your customers!

Just stopped to get an ice cream at 8:10 p.m., but it had no lights on and was clearly closed. Their listing said closes at 9:00 p.m. The mall and other restaurants in the same food court were open. Wont try to go there again, too many other ice cream shops around. 😥

Great service

This location is of little concern for customer satisfaction. I get the same blizzard at every location in Concord and Huntersville with no problem; even though they do not advertise it on their board anymore. This location, however, refused to make my order because it wasn’t on their specials board.

Fast service. Being located in the mall be aware they have a limited menu compared to a stand alone DQ. Ordered 2 blizzards and they were delicious.

It was 7 o’clock on a Saturday and there was a line waiting with no one at the register. There was a note on the register saying we will be right back. One of the customers said they’ve been gone for 30 minuets. I also had to wait 21 minuets to get my order of three blizzards. Finally someone shows up and I feel bad for the workers because there was only two of the and the one seemed brand new at the job so it’s basically like having one worker on a Saturday dinner shift. They ran out of vanilla ice cream apparently and my blizzard I didn’t have them turn upside down because it was very runny nor did they try to turn it upside down but threw a lid on it. This place seems poorly managed and will not return. I don’t blame the workers I blame management if it even exists there.
