Stopped in to look at the tool selection yesterday and picked a few things up.Glad to see a Sears still around in some form

Ordered a deep freezer and was told it would be a week to two weeks max. At the two week mark I called and was told that my order would be on next weeks truck. The following week I got a call and was told that they messed up my order and needed to do a refund and fix it. Got there and was told they would send me a check in the mail and to give them another $314 to fix their mistake. I just canceled my order and decided to take my business elsewhere. There is absolutely no wonder sears are going out of business

I purchased a new stove and fridge and had an issue with my delivery date and time. Pattie the manager was on top of rectifying the situation. My items were delivered promptly and the delivery guys were awesome. Thank you for making a bad experience a better one! Customer service was great!

Excellent customer service and stylish, quality appliances. I bought a washer through the 12 months same as cash promotion on the sears card. The washer works amazing for my family of 5 and the payment process was easy and helped with our budget.

They did our entire kitchen including appliances and was best price.Craftsman tools.

No one was wearing masks, no one got up to help us. They were all on their phones. And the selection was few and very high priced.

Disrespectful woman stood at door let others come out of store and told me the were only letting ppl in for emergency like washer and dryer I said all I need is a 1/2 breaker bar she told me she didnt have anything like that well its where I bought the last one but ehh I can go elsewhere

My fiancée had a Craftsman hand tool that needed replaced. Well as we all know a lot of Sears stores closed down last yr & well where do you go to get tools replaced??!! They did here at this Sears!! If they didnt have it in stock, then it would be shipped to our home!!! Thanks you Connersville, In. Sears store!

Lady did not even look for the part I wanted to order. Just said it wasnt available. It is available. Not the same place as before. I have spent a lot of money here. Never again.

My family is from Connersville, and I decided to check out the fridges. I found one I really liked, and also found a oven that was close out. The service people at this store were extremely rude! There was one nice person, but the others were very rude! I was in the store for 45 minutes just waiting to complete my check out because their computer was messing up, and it is obviously from the 90s. I waited so long for both to be rang up, and then they told me they couldnt ring up the fridge today, that I needed to come back because their computer froze! Seriously??? So I went back the next day to only have more rude service! A young (sweet) man was loading up my oven in my truck and the whole time the woman that works there was yelling at him calling him stupid, and ignorant! I do not appreciate that either! Anyways, we finally, after another 45 minutes rang up the fridge. I live in Indianapolis, and decided to try out the Sears outlet, which was SO much cheaper! I went back to connersville and returned the fridge, you would think I was committing a crime with the way the service people acted. The woman that works there is so mean and hateful. (I hadnt even picked up the fridge yet, because we dont need it until June.) With that, she was so rude to me as a customer, that I decided to return the oven as well. She then began asking if I was out of money or something!!! I do not recommend this store to anyone! Please connersville, do yourself a favor and shut this little crappy store down! Come to Indy people and get better products for better prices!

The woman who just answered the phone wasnt the nicest person. After reading these reviews, Ill look elsewhere for what I need.

I been in this store alot and never been anything but helpful, whoever was being rude isnt there now. Anyways i have gotten pretty awesome deals from this lil outlet store, and the people are always helpful and friendly ... guess some people are so impatient anymore its them not the employees of the store
