Devin was very professional and super easy to work with. Ive been putting off getting my windshield repaired but he made me feel comfortable and made the process easy. It was done in 10 minutes.

I had a ding in my windshield scheduled to be repaired with another high profile company. They advise that you need to do these repairs quickly to keep them from spreading yet, this company scheduled me out two weeks and required the keys and a shaded area in which to work.Safe Tech saw the ding when I had my car in the dealership for service. They were concerned that it may get worse and advised me that they could repair it immediately. Their quoted repair cost was $90.00 less than the other company and they offered a warranty as well. They took care of it immediately after my car came out of the service center in the front lot of the dealership. It was done quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend dealing with Safe Tech for windshield repairs to get a quality job at the best price. Incidentally, when I cancelled the repair job with the other company, they offered $15.00 off to reschedule. Still saved $75.00 with Safe Tech and the repair is done!!

I do not recommend these guys. I have had a couple of issues with them. At first we needed to replace the windshield of a Toyota Avalon 2012. When I got the car back the windshield wasnt well sealed. At fist I didnt notice that the water get inside the car, but what I did notice was the level of noise. There was air forcing in and make the drive unpleasant. For awhile I thought that well it is what it is. Then the rain came and I saw water coming in, then another time I took it to a carwash and more water came in. Awful, lousy job on every level. I literally had to buy a translucent silicon tube and injected under the rubber.The other issue, just happened recently was that the Avalon 2018 needs a new windshield as well. I had doubts going back to them them, knowing what a bad job they did with the other car, but I said to give them one more chance. The first quote was about $500, then when I took the car in the new quote was $900. So I decided to go somewhere else..even if I need to pay more. Truly disappointed in these guys and truly disappointed that Toyota Gullo keeps them under their roof.

I had one of the best experiences at Gullo Toyota of Conroe with Flo. He was very personable, professional, and efficient. He took the time to help me contact my insurance for verification, walked me through each step, and even offered to stay late to fix my windshield. I feel that Flo really went above and beyond to help me fix my problem. Not to mention, he was very, very kind! Hard to come across people like that now-a-days, so I am very impressed and thankful by his genuineness. Thank you so much, Flo! You are awesome! :-)

Had an awful windshield break due to flying road debris. My windshield was expeditiously repaired and all of the broken shards of glass inside are gone. Shout out Devin

I called this morning for a quote to have our weather stripping around the existing windshield in our family vehicle replaced. I spoke with Austin who was extremely sharp and able to communicate the process and fees very effectively. By 2pm, Andrew arrived. He was professional, clearly understood the process and took his time. His attention to detail was spot on for what you would hope with anyone dealing with your vehicle. As it turned out, our existing glass was a safety hazard. We had a new windshield by 4pm and the pricing was completely reasonable. Less than the deductible amount had we billed through insurance. Definitely recommend!

I brought my Toyota up for regular maintenance. The glass tech called about repairing my windshield. I had a rock hit it a few weeks ago but was waiting to call my insurance. They fixed it within a few minutes. I didnt know they had glass repair here. Awesome guys and I would refer my friends to them too.

Came to Vintage Car Wash after having my car in the shop for about a month so it needed a good wash. Shane from STA (Safe Tech Automotive) noticed I had a big chip on the windshield. Automatically I remembered the day that happened but Shane was very helpful. He was able to set up the whole thing with my insurance company and was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the whole process up front. Top notch service, I was served straight away and the repair took about 20 minutes and cost $75 for two chips, one of which looked pretty bad. If you pull into the service lane at the Toyota dealership, the Safe Tech guys are working there.

I visited Gullo Ford Service for an oil/filter change. While there, the Safe Tech Auto Glass tech noticed several glass dings on my windshield that I had not noticed before. Safe Tech contacted my insurer and was able to confirm coverage. The repair itself took less than 15 minutes. Great job!

Safe Tech Auto Glass is an Incredible company! I was getting my oil changed at Gullo Toyota when a gentlemen representing Safe tech auto glass approached me regarding my vehicle. Shane was pretty cool and helpful. My chip is barely noticeable. Only 4 stars because I just got it done and I’m not sure how well it holds up. But the customer service was pretty good.

On the way to get get my car cleaned up at Vintage Car Wash, I was fotunate enough to get a chip in my windshield from an SUV while exiting. A representative by the name of Shane Streicher noticed the chip, and offered to get repaired while I was waiting on vehicle to be finished.
