Pulled my truck out of storage for the weekend to drive down from Minnesota for the Lonestar Throwdown truck show. Texas highways bottomed out my bed on the rear diff pinching the rear brake line. 1200 miles from home I needed a quick resolution. Hot City had me on the hoist right away and back on the road in an hour with fresh brake lines with a full system flush/bleed at a great price. highly recommend. check out his mobile detailing, got my buddies truck crispy for the show 👌🏻

Had our Honda Accord AC worked on and they recharged it and installed new serpentine belt. Now blows as cold as the day we bought it. All done in a timely manner with reasonable price also.

Stefano was there to greet, which is refreshing at an auto shop, Anthony recharged my A/C nicely to its cold form and gave me a well written estimate that I will be returning to work on! Solid, good people.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, I was in a bind needing a bunch of work done to my truck and on super short notice they let me drop it off and knocked out everything I needed while I was out of town. I didn’t have to worry about a thing they kept me updated every step of the way and had my truck sitting there waiting for me when I got back in town. Their prices are beyond fair and their work is top notch. Highly recommend everything about these guys, you won’t be disappointed with anything they do.

Firstly Jared and Stefano are an amazing team.My wife’s Cadillac started giving her trouble and while we were up the street at the car wash. We were referred over and I’m happy we went. It was nice to see the owners on site and working with the cars hands on and then to find out Jared’s background in cars is flooring.The entire crew was polite and knowledgeable. We had out car out the same afternoon and we now have a new mechanic shop.Thank you all for your help

Ive been taking my vehicles to Auto Pro for years. Some people dont like change, and when the new owners took over, I can see where people were fearful; however, not alot has changed. They still have most of the same crew from the Joey, Lisa era. To me, thats what matters because as the end of the day, its the technicians that are doing the work. My vehicle was in/out in no time. Which keeps with the Auto Pro tradition. Cost was industry average for my alignment. I will continue to take my vehicles to this shop.

I called to get a price on changing ujoints and was quoted 115 when I showed up to pick up my truck they charged me 345 and tried to sell me brake shoes after I had them the replaced 1 week ago. Unprofessional is an understatement. They are living off of auto pros history and Joeys name. They are a bunch of crooks.

The only shop in Conroe I trust to work on any vehicle I have ever had! Joey and Lisa have always given the best customer service and are very reasonable on pricing and getting vehicles in and out in a timely manner. I was a very well known customer with my 97 F-150 and they were always able to get it fixed when needed. Even still to this day my Tahoe will be there to have services when needed!

BEWARE OF THE NEW OWNERS.We are not dealing with a family oriented place anymore like we did with Joey and Lisa. The new owners are dishonest price gauging and horrible service. There was absolutely nothing positive about my experience. After dealing with Joey and Lisa for 20 years and doing an excellent job on my car repairs I thought I would try the new owners. BAD MISTAKE. Everybody find a new auto repair shop. This is not the one for you. RUN. RUN.

Got warning of engine coolant over temp as soon as starting wifes explorer. Called Stefano on Friday afternoon he had a truck and trailer at my house first thing Saturday morning. Called me about hour later saying rodents got under the intake and chewed through all the wiring that they would have it fixed in a few hours. They even took pictures to show us the nest that had been built along with the chewed up wiring. Great service and work.

I’m a loyal customer of Stefano’s car wash and when I found out that I could bring my cars for mechanic work.. I was floored. I don’t know a thing about cars, but Jared knew exactly what to do and how to fix it. I’m usually really nervous about people working on my car because you can’t trust people nowadays... I trust Jared and Stefano without hesitation! They are the best.

Had turbo problems on my 2005, stopped by spoke with Ben, he knows his diesels, looked at the intercooler and said thats the problem. Ordered a new one and replaced next morning, works like a new truck 🚚

Auto Pro does not have a good reparation any more! Heres my experience with them. I was having a problem with my brakes. It would stop just fine but when sitting at a stop..the brake pedal would slowly almost go to the floor. So my mechanic changed the master cylinder. But it didnt correct the problem so he gave me my money back and said just go ahead and keep the part. WHAT A GREAT PERSON! And he looked at it some more and had talked with Joey at auto pro. They had determined it was the ABS. He didnt have the part needed to put one back on so he recommended to take it to him. Things came up so I didnt get it there till 3 weeks later. Now mind you I had my son look at it before ever taking it in and he said one set of brakes are needing to be changed soon but others were still good since we changed them 2 years ago. So when I took it to auto pro I explained to Lisa that Russell and Joey had talked and determined it was the abs and there is a new master cylinder one it. And that one set of brakes were changed 2 yr ago. This is a 2008 truck and that was the first set of brakes needed as of this date (8-2019). The truck was still stopping with no problem. So they looked at it and said it needs brakes all around and another master cylinder. I told her again what I told her from the beginning. Her response was that parts can be bad. I told her again that my son changed a set 2 yr ago. There was no light on for abs she said. So trusting that this auto shop was good. I went in to pay and drove my truck home and it was NOT fixed. I also called my mechanic and told him. So called her back and said its not fixed and had to tell her again about the conversation with my mechanic and Joey and that it is the ABS. They looked at it again and she called me and said it was the ABS. Im furious at this point and so was my mechanic. He went over to Auto Pro and straighten the situation out. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THESE CROOKS IF YOU PAID ME!!!! I ALREADY NEW WHAT I WAS LOOKING AT BEFORE TAKING IT IN. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! Lisa even tried to tell me that brakes wear out in a year or two. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

This auto repair shop is awesome! I had car trouble on the highway and they were the closest shop. They made a special exception and saw me right away. They figured out the issue and checked everything out before getting me back on the road. Will never forget their kindness and service when I was in a pinch.

Joey has built custom exhaust systems for every vehicle Ive owned for the past 20 years...Hes one of the best fabricators around...Ive also trusted all my repair work and maintenance to him and his crew...The job is always done correctly, at a fair price and on time...Theres just no other place to take my vehicles...

This is the only place that I take my care. Firestone was trying to tell me I needed new boots at a cost of over $1000. Took to Auto Pro and the boots were just fine. I have not had a bad experience with them and the prices are reasonable and the work is quality. Like others have said, you might not get your car back the same day but work is done right and its affordable.

I have been a customer for 5+ years now. For perspective I will tell you I am a senior male that prefers to drive the wheels of my vehicles. I have 3, a 2000 Tahoe, 2005 Navigator, and a 2001 Dakota R/T. If I cant fix it this is the only place I go. Several times they have I have done comparison shopping with other shops in Conroe and they always come out far above the competition. They have had numerous opportunities to take advantage and never have. 5 stars is not enough! Thank you Lisa and all the guys that make this shop a pleasure to deal with!
