The best guys in town. I always go there first and if they don’t have what I need they will guide me to a place to find it. They always take the time to walk me to the back and help me find what I need.

Most incredible employees..went in to buy a pressure switch and the sales guy took the time to explain everything in laymans terms even though they were busy..wound up saving me a lot of money..At J&B its not all about profits its customer satisfaction theyre after..

Ive never been treated with less respect I my life. He called my boyfriend a thief. When asked why, he said someone had been stealing from him and because we were pulled over on the side of the road ( in broad daylight) that it must have been him. He went in the store a few days later and when he saw the owner, he asked him if he remembered calling him a theif. He said he did and that he wasnt going to apologize for it. I remember a time when you had to treat customers with some sort of respect if you wanted your business to survive. I guess those days are over. We picked our money up off the counter and will not be back. Weve shared this with other people and have been told we are not the only ones treated this way.
