So far so good. Bought two Honda HRVS and we are very pleased. The service department (Keven Bernard) takes very good care of us. He listens and lets you know what going on. We havent had any problems so far. I would recommend them highly.

While evacuating for Hurricane Ida, I needed immediate service for a damaged tire and I needed an oil change! The staff at this dealership went above and beyond to expedite these services. My family of 5 waited comfortably in the waiting area. The last minute service was completed in less than 90 minutes! I am so grateful to have had such amazing service during my unfortunate circumstances.

Had an oil change and tire rotation. Brought it in at 8:30 thinking they wouldn’t be backed up. Service advisor told me they’d have it done in about an hour. I got it back at a little after 10:30 which I think is pretty long considering the service. The bigger issue was no communication during the wait. I’ll have service dine elsewhere in the future.
I was treated with top notch service from arrival to when I left. Car was ready within the scheduled time frame. I’ll definitely go back to have my car serviced at Keating going forward.
I had a great experience at Keating Honda getting my 2021 Accord serviced. I bought my car back home in MS & recently moved to TX. I needed an oil change & inspection to get a TX registration. Roger in the service department was top tier in professionalism and just overall a very kind man. Cannot recommend this dealership enough for servicing your vehicle!
Our 2016 Odyssey was revving up and down while accelerating and shifting hard. Took it in for a transmission flush and its running like new. They didnt push hard on selling any other services, but told us our battery was a little weak.
I had to have my window fixed because it wouldnt go up or down. It was under warranty. The young man gave me a ride home and the next day came back for me so I could get my car. Great service!

Called in on short notice, as I was in the area for business. Amber told me to come on in. You was there in about 20 minutes. She took my car and within the time stated I was ready to go. She even walked me to my car gave me the keys and almost drive me home. Lol. It was a pleasant experience for car service. Better than any other Honda I have ever been too.
I just purchased a 2018 Honda Accord and took it to Keating for the first scheduled maintenance. My service advisor, Kevin Bernard, was very friendly and my oil change was free. Comfortable waiting area. This is where I’ll be taking my car for all its service.

Service was good. Got an oil change and tires rotated.The only issue I had was the tire air low warning came on. I called the service department and they walked me through the calibration procedure and all was well again.
Communication with Keaton was inadequate. I was never called or emailed directly with updates on a timely basis regarding what was wrong with my car or when it would be available for pickup. I called ever time and received a call call usually within and hour. They kept my car over night and I have to call back a second time the first day to confirm whether the car would be ready that day or not. Then the second day no communication.I felt like they would have held my car for days had I not called myself. They were busy. I get that, but an email explanation would have been fine. When I picked up the car my rep had to be tracked down and my invoice wasn’t ready and another customer was in the lobby complaining that she’d called three times and never got a call back to discuss a recall and had to drive 35 minutes there from the hospital she worked at to talk to someone only to find out that no recall parts were available.
It was a very nice experience! When I arrived and checked in, a polite gentleman named Jonathan drove me home and returned to pick me up when my car was ready. Amber handled the details of signing me in. She was very nice and willing to help in any way.
The service team was very helpful and patient with helping re key my car. Everything works great and it was fairly quick and simple.
I was totally satisfied with my quoted price on the 100,000 mile service for belts, timing, tensioner water pump etc at $1450 because that was my previous quote.However we added changing the six spark plugs and that job came in at $150 for labor and $37.30 per plug for a total of $373.80. I found out I could get the best plugs for that model at $10 per plug ($60 total) from an auto parts store and labor much less for a six plug job.I really regret not getting a quote prior and I would definitely not paid such an exorbitant price to replace plugs.
I went in Good Friday 4/2/21 every service adviser was on the phone, the place was very busy. Darrell wrapped up helping another customer and was courteous, professional and friendly. I had Keating preform oil change, filter replacements, radiator system flush and a few other preventative maintenance points of service. Very pleased with Darrell and the entire Keating Honda team. Kudos guys and girls.
Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Was quickly greeted and checked in. The associate, Kristin was very nice and professional. They took about 1 1/2 hours to complete, which is my normal waiting time for any dealership service. Overall good experience! They did finish the work by providing a free car wash.
Too long wait and wait time kept changing. They said complementary car wash but didnt do it. Didnt want to wait another 2 hours for that. Service advisor was nice.
I am always treated very politely and well when I have my car serviced at Keating Honda. Other women may understand when I say I am usually apprehensive about having my car serviced, as in the past I have been given false or misleading information to take advantage of my relative lack of knowledge about cars. However, the people here have always been very honest and up-front about what my car does (and DOESNT) need, what maintenance I may expect in the future, etc. I would highly recommend Keating Honda to any Honda owners in the area!
I normally get my service at the dealership south of 1960. Although Keating was a little further and north, I knew it would take less time to get there. In addition to Keating actually having a service waiting area, you can see your car being serviced.
Kevin Bernard was awesome. He made us feel comfortable from beginning to end. He kept us updated on the details of our vehicle during the service appointment. Honestly, I hope Keating Honda gives him a raise. He deserves it.

Great experience getting my car serviced here. I have a toddler and newborn and Kevin assured me he would be able to get me a rental to use while my car was looked at and serviced.He knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and the service was completed ahead of the originally promised time which was awesome.I will definitely be back for any issues with my Honda.
Not happy. First fix to my AC cost me $1100.00 . Did not work. Was told the familiar excuse that I needed it anyway. Second fix worked, but I was charged another $1100. Experts would have known to perform the 2nd fix first, as that was the real problem. You needed it anyway is the biggest scam in the world of mechanics. You can make me happy by refunding me at least part of the 1st fix that did not fix my problem. I await your reply.

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday and was expecting to wait a while. They were done in an hour and Katie went over the entire inspection report with me. She even made sure I was okay with the pricing, and honored my coupon from the website. Her expertise showed and was appreciated. Only time will tell if the mechanics did a good job.
They performed warranty service for an upgrade to CVT programming. Fast. Efficient. Pleasant.
Darrell and the service team listened to my concerns regarding my 2017 Pilot’s transmission shudders. They identified my issue (and confirmed my own online research) and got it resolved under warranty quickly and with no hassles. That’s something that Honda Spring Branch refused to do claiming that the transmission shudders were “normal.” It certainly was not. After the service work at Keating Honda, the change in the way my car shifts and drives was immediately perceptible. I give Darrell and the Keating Honda service team top marks. Thanks!

The worst service center I’ve been to. First visit was for a change of my transmission fluid, oil change, and diagnostic on my accord because the ACC and LKAS would suddenly disable as I was cruising down the highway. Charged me 75 for the diagnostic which I was fine with, but they said nothing was wrong with the system. However, as soon as I left the center after my service my ACC and LKAS disabled as I was cruising down the highway. Second visit was simply for an oil change. Took 2, almost 3 hours for an oil change even though I had an appointment. On top of that I was told my brakes were fine but a week later I heard them rubbing metal to metal. I don’t understand how a mistake like this could be made. Honda of Spring service center is far better.
Having a child away at school and a repair done, Keating Honda was the closet dealer near to her. I called and talked to the service manager and he was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my daughters car was taken care of and even as far as to even supply a ride back to school for her if she needed it. A huge thank you to Roger and Keating Honda for the great job and customer service.
Had a recall on 2016 Honda HRV EX-L and needed the push-to-start replaced. Due to the part not being available, they went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I had to drop my car off on a Saturday and was told the part may not be available until Tuesday or Wednesday. They set me up with a car in the meantime. I was leaving for my honeymoon and Roger and his team drove my HRV to my home (while I was out of the country)to drop off my HRV and pick up the rental. Roger and his team were honest and professional. They have earned my ongoing business!
I had an appointment at 12:30 for an oil change and air filter replacement. It took them a little over 4 hours to do both. These services anywhere else take roughly an hour to an hour and a half. While waiting, not once did anyone come to tell me they were running so far behind or offer an explanation until I was about to check out and get my car. I was told they were backed up (despite the fact that other customers who got there hours after me were in and out before me). The quality of the work is always great but the lack of quality customer service and care for their customers time is unacceptable. I will be going elsewhere for future car services.

I have used Keating Honda for all my servicing since purchasing my truck in 2008 and was always pleased . I was a bit disappointed yesterday as my technician forgot to reset my oil notification % and also when draining my oil spillage on my under cross brace. Hope things get back to the good side.
Roger was friendly and professional. I drove out of my way (other dealerships are closer to my home) specifically for their customer service. The other dealership does not come close to Keating’s customer service. They have me as a customer for life!

*This is my first google review because my experience here was so great.* I’m new to the area so I was shopping for a Honda dealership to service my car. I asked if they would match my previous dealership’s oil change deal and they said they would. When they called to let me know my car was about ready, Mike let me know they did better than the coupon from my old dealership— my first oil change was FREE! They rotated my tires and provided me with some recommendations for my next visit. I left there paying less than $30 and a sparkling clean car because they gave her a wash. Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a car service center. I look forward to my next visit with Mike at Keating Honda. He was awesome.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change for a truck I purchased at their dealership. When I arrived I was told there was at least a 2 and half hour wait. Not sure what the point of taking appointments is if there is going to be such a long wait. Was a total waste of my time.

I brought my Daughter’s car in for a recall repair Saturday Afternoon. Everything was taken care of and done very professionally. I even walked the lot to consider a new purchase, was not “jumped” on and let to look around.
Took in our car for regular scheduled maintenance and an exhaust leak. Both were handled in a timely manner and dealing with Mike in the service dept was quite nice.
My car radio had been acting up when using my Bluetooth. Didn’t get the news I was hoping for. But would definitely go back to them for other services in the future. Taylor was professional & helpful.

He escorted me to the waiting area and then a short time later my car was done. I was escorted to the payment counter, my coupon was already taken off the total, then escorted to my car, that had been freshly washed. Took longer than promised. Car returned ok but level of attention to detailed communication with customer (me) has slipped since my last visit.
Called ahead talk to service adviser and she walked me through each thing and told me the cost of each thing. There was no surprises and was totally honest and did not charge me for things that did not need to be done. She was very polite and professional and was right on with the estimated time it would take. Was very happy and will continue using them.
POSITIVES: Excellent auto service. On time. Courteous staff.NEGETIVES: COVID-19 protocols not followed. Most employees not wearing masks, coming in close contact with each other and customers in the waiting area. At least make another coffee area away from customers if youre not going to wear masks. Management obviously does not care. I feel sorry for those who work there who care about their own health. I will find another Honda or Acura dealership to get maintenance.Also: No one ever returns your phone calls.

The Keating Honda service and parts dept. are very good at helping customers. I ordered a part and recieved it the next day. We had a manufacturer recall for the passenger side aur bag. We made an appointment and the replacement work was completed in a few hours. Very pleased to find out the vehicle was ready to pick up so quickly.
