Very satisfied except it took a long time to make my signs.

So where should I start. Oh boy I owe a lot to FastSigns! So my business is located in the city of Shenandoah which I would say is arguable one of the most strict cities you could work with. My last sign contractor failed to get a permit and made a sign that they weren’t approved to make. That is when I contacted Jessica Wisnoski. I explained my situation and she was able to start helping me. She kept in touch with city as well as constantly updating me. We ran into so many problems because of how strict the city was but with Jessica’s help we were able to get a permit, create the sign, and install it. During those time the city gave us so much issues but Jessica as well as her Manager was very helpful and tried to make it work. So I can honestly say Jessica is arguable one of the best rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was understanding, connected with me and constantly made sure everything was properly. Whatever it is she is getting paid, she needs to get an ever high raise.

FASTSIGNS was professional, the work was exactly as I had requested, and they met my very short deadline. Could not have asked for better service and our big political event was a hit! Thank you, FASTSIGNS!

I started working with Jessica in May to have a print done on acrylic for my home. Due to COVID, acrylic was in high demand for sneeze guards, etc. I was just recently able to place an order for my print but over the last few months Jessica did not forget about me once and kept an open line of communication. The quality turned out amazing! Especially since the original was taken on a cellphone and I had them blow it up to a 30in x 40in. All in all the team worked beyond my expectations, thank you so much!!

There was a complete lack of communication during the entire process. There was delays after delays. The sign was not installed in the correct location and they would not move it without further compensation. David Meador never returned my calls or emails, and ultimately it cost me by having the sign put in the wrong place. When I tried to work through things with Anthony Tinsley, he was rude and condescending. This is the absolute worst place to ever get a sign from. I picked them because they quoted me the lowest price, but be careful. You get what you pay for. And with this company, you get very little. Definitely run as fast as you can from these guys

Both times Ive ordered (stencils) from Fastsigns, they have come out better than I anticipated. The first order had to be changed. After moving into downtown Houston i still call the ladies in conroe because they continually make my deadlines and my signs and stickers are always top notch. I have tendencies toward big expensive ideas, but they give me other less expensive options, that exceed the expectations of my more expensive ideas.
