For starters, I have never been happy with the custom service at any Sally’s I have been to. I simply went to make a return here. And the associate that helped me saw me browsing after the return and I heard them mumble “should have made and exchange, that’s killing my sales.” After that I just walked out the store. I will be shopping at a different Sally’s from now on. I get that returns kill sales, but I’m sorry. I believe customs should not hear those kinds of comments.

Horrible experience the manager started screaming at me because I touched the nail filler even though I was already in line to pay for it. She told she didnt care what I thought and that the rules where rules. Yet again once I paid I told her I would contact customer service and she grabbed the phone and said she was calling too and she could care less of my call. Then I told her that I would take a video of the way she was acting and she said she would sue me even though she was acting like a crazy person. As far as I know a manager does not act like that yet alone does not scream at customers nor have altercations with them. That was totally inappropriate and I will never step a foot in that store.That lady almost try to hit me with her ipad

Negative stars if possible. The blonde girl needs to be trained in customer service. I was told when I went yesterday that you got $5 when you input your number. No further info was given. I asked about it when I went in today and the blonde one said I dunno look at your text or email so I only had one and I was asking well do you need to scan it or something. NO FURTHER RESPONSE! then I finally saw where it said you have to order online and pick it up so she rudely stated back what I had just read. Like, if you cant interact with customers civilly, find a new line of work.

Would give less credit if could. Rude customer service. Had me fill out information and I thought I was just paying and they sign me up for credit card without my knowledge. When I said something they argued with me. When they were checking me out they were busy speaking in Spanish to someone else so she don’t know if she told me or not.

My visit to Sallys Beauty store was amazing the customer service was so great and kind. I was able to go in and get what I needed very quickly. I was capable to get assistance for my hair dye that I have never used before so that was very help full.

VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES. I walked in with my mask on and a lady yelled at me to get out of the store because there was already maximum capacity in there. I waited in my car until I could enter and was very rudely told to get hand sanitizer. At checkout it was the same lady who yelled at me was very rude as well. What is the deal in this store? Never coming back. HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES

If I could give negative stars, I would. Walked in WITH MY MASK ON, as the sign on the door stated. I was told that I had to use their hand sanitizer at the door, to which I politely refused. I informed the rude woman that I had just pumped gas into my car and used my own personal sanitizer in my car. Additionally, I have ultra sensitive skin on the back of my hands, which becomes exacerbated with certain chemicals. She told me that she had the right to refuse service to everyone who didnt use her hand sanitizer. In hopes of avoiding a rash or any other ailment, I told her I wasnt going to use it and I walked out of the store as she was telling me to leave. If YOU expect people to have sanitized hands, why dont you put a HANDWASHING STATION at the door with some glycerin-free soap?!? I called and reported her to customer service and further informed customer service that I would never shop at this store again. Bought my product from Amazon.com, which didnt force me to use hand sanitizer to spend my money.Perhaps Sally Beauty Supply needs to invest in employee training and etiquette. How shameful to lose a customer because you expect people to happily apply unknown chemicals unquestioningly to their skin. No thank you.

The worst customer service experience in Conroe Tx. This used to be an amazingly friendly store. Now not so much! Always out of my product anyway so wont be back. Bring back previous associates that understand retail and customer service. Rudely spoken to in a demeaning tone,dared not even ask when they might get my product back in stock..I decided to pay more for my stuff on Amazon then to ever deal with attitude.

We had an AWFUL experience at this location. We had gone in to get hair dye. First we were offered no help, and when we asked for assistance the woman working pointed at the product and continued walking to the back. We have a family member who is a hairdresser, so we contacted them due to the lack of help. While gathering the products we had noticed they were out of many of the things we were looking for. The family member whom we were on the phone with asked “why are they so sold out?” to which I jokingly responded, “It’s conroe, we’re ghetto lol”. Then the sales women walked to me from the other isle after listening into my conversation and stated “excuse me, it’s actually because we’re in a pandemic and people have been buying more supplies. It’s first come first serve and you weren’t first.” I was in complete shock due to the fact that she was listening to my conversation and responded “oh yes ma’am i understand, I was joking.” Once we had gathered our final item and were walking to checkout the sales associate yelled across the store “If the negativity doesn’t stop I can and will refuse you service”. We were in complete and utter shock due to the amount of absolute unprofessionalism. We had been very nice to the employee even after giving us no service. We checked out and left the location. We then called the store a few minutes later to get the name of the women working. The woman who answered told us her name was Rachel, when we asked for the other women’s name she responded “I don’t know why you would need this information” we explained that we wanted the women’s name to file a formal complaint she then said “well if that is so then can I have your name and information as well”. I am 16 years old and very clearly a minor, but these associates had no issue yelling at me for the private conversations I had. This was by far the WORST customer service experience my mother and I have ever experienced. Absolutely do not come to this location unless you want to get borderline harassed for stating that conroe is ghetto. I would give this location a zero if possible.

Horrible experience...went in for bleach...which apparently the employees receive no knowledge on where the products are..i found them myself..then the Manager gave me A Lecture on How they are Not the Bank shes not dropping no money and cant take my 100.00 bill which i thought was silly..i came back and paid after going to HEB for change She Was Rude didnt Even Bag my Items..And Crumbled up my Receipt HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.She must have took her Anger to Work...NEW MANAGEMENT PLEASE...SHE IS MAKING SALLYS LOOK BAD.

The manager was extremely rude. Didnt know anything about the products I was asking for either. I just dont know how they can be okay with putting someone so rude as their manager. I work with customer service daily and would be fired on the spot if I ever spoke to a customer like she did me.

Ive been here a couple times on Sunday mornings when theyre supposed to open at 10 am. The time now is 10:20 and the lights arent on, cash stores are open and emoty. Theres two other people standing here at the door waiting but apparently... its hard to find good employees nowadays. With other options like Armstrong McCall and Amazon for ordering beauty online with help like this its going to be hard to keep your doors open. Management should definitely take a closer look.

Have been a loyal customer for years but will find more trustworthy beauty supply stores to shop from in the future. Black Friday special advertised online 30% off and free blanket with purchase over $30.00 to entice you. I ordered one pack of hair extensions online with a final purchase total of $71.00. I waited for the blanket and finally called to find out that once you enter the coupon code it knocks off the free blanket. Buyers beware!!!

I went to this Sally’s and got some great advice from B, an employee, she was super helpful, and not to mention the only employee there at the time. Very unprofessional people in this store. Black lady was rude when I asked a question about a product, other white lady was saying the f word because of some call she had made. Keep those comments to yourself and try to look like your not in the country anymore with the cows and the horses!! It seems that ALL of the Sallys stores in Texas have only one knowledgeable employee. And then there are another 1 or 2 other people who dont even know the basics of hair color, etc. This Sallys is no different. Rated 4 out of 5 FOR A SALLYS Store because it is typical of their hiring practices to have uneducated help but at least they are friendly and patient here.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was looking for a sponge brush for multicultural hair. The rep told me ppl ask for them and shes ordered them several times but Sallys wont send them which makes no sense. If you have a need, you need to supply your clientele. Instead, she sent me down the street to some ghetto hair shop where she seems to send a lot of her black customers. I went to Sallys because I wanted a high quality product, not cheap trash. Sallys has been garbage for a while and this just gave me another reason to never go back.

I visited this Conroe location today and one of the staff members was very unprofessional and seemed uninterested in customer satisfaction. I went for a simple return and planned on repurchasing items to use a coupon because of an error another one of the staff members made. I was told that I could not repurchase the same items and get the coupon discount because customers can not repurchase the same items. I have NEVER heard of this at any store Ive ever visited. All I know is that I will no longer be purchasing anything at this location again.

I got asked for help I said no thank you then someone else asks if I needed help after they just heard me say no thank you. Then I hear them to keep an eye on me. Really. really. The staff has no idea what customer service is. They are RUDE and inappropriate, if you have a question dont even bother asking because they are of NO HELP!!! It seems to me like they are all miserable and unhappy, like Geez man you should be grateful that you have a job.
