I absolutely love the customer service Angelle did for me today, absolutely felt like my needs were met! She went out of her way to show me how the colors of the balloons would look after being inflated, she kept me well informed of everything! She totally made my visit today so smooth and easy, honestly the nicest employee I have ever came across. I love that she was letting me know what I needed to know so I wouldn’t be scrambling last minute, thank you Angelle! My daughter’s second birthday will be wonderful because of your help :)

They were definitely not prepared for the onslaught of people trying to purchase what limited items that were still in stock. They were very stressed out and even had a very young boy pulling stock from the back.

My wife placed a pre-order for balloons a week early so that when we get there we could pick up and go.Party city lost the order, had an attitude with my wife. Gave her the wrong colors and they tried to give her less balloons than she ordered! And they didn’t want to fix it until my wife refused to leave without them correcting their mistakes.I will never go there again. If I could give 0 stars trust me I would!

Needed one ballon but they didn’t have time to blow up one. Come back in 2 to 3 hours?? Headed to H‑E‑B. This was after two different employees blowing up balloons help me find one in stock to buy, then they tell me that.

Our family decided on a last minute get together, and considering the urgency of the event we decided to order our party materials from Party City, who we have come to trust over the years. However there were several issues when our order was delivered. The Manager present at that time - Catherine went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed and addressed the issues. It was nice to have someone fully understand that they are in the business of creating memories and while those may just be materials to some it may just well be part of a familys memories and she helped make sure that it was a truly happy one. Thank you Catherine.

I hosted a couples wedding shower Saturday, May 22, 2021. I had ordered and paid for 16 balloons to be delivered, they were 2 1/2 hours late, three of the balloons were not the correct colors and there was a Hogwarts balloon mixed in which obviously I was unable to use. The first time I called the store I was lied to and told they were “on the way”, 45 min later no balloons. I called back again and the girl confessed to messing up and that now the order “just went out”…21/2 hours past scheduled time I had balloons, not all the correct balloons however. The week of the party I stopped by to confirm my order-They were very busy, the young people working there seemed overwhelmed and unorganized, the guy behind the register was clearly new, the girl took 20 minutes to find my order so I had a bad feeling. That day I stopped in they did nothing to inspire confidence about my order arriving on time or complete and boy were they right!!! This was a party with all adults so all you will got was a bad name. But if this had been a children’s birthday party? Well… I don’t have to tell you about the WRATH of a parent!

Management, staff and stock. All top notch. Staff is always helpful and willing to give options. Management is always ready to problem solve and keeps store at the ready as best as possible. Clean and friendly environment. Some prices are a little outrageous (for me!!! I dont live in the city, so they may actually be average for the area/content) but they keep everything stocked as best as possible.If they dont have what you need, they try to find out if the other store down road has it so you have options. Will go here again, if I ever need while I am visiting.

Contacted the Party City in Conroe, TX, to get assistance in gathering some items to do an Over the Hill small (trying to be responsible during this time; only couple of family members) celebration for my wifes 40th bday. Both the assistant and an assistant manager on duty informed me that they didnt have anyone who would assist me in gathering items for the birthday -- AT A PARTY SUPPLY STORE?! I called Cool Kat Party Warehouse (20 miles away), which provided me with excellent customer service and helped me with exactly what I needed. Needless to say, Party City and any of its locations will never receive my business now or in the future. Surpised at a time when businesses are shuttering by the day that a company can afford to not offer ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

They didnt have anything in stoke that I saw on display that I wanted for my party. But the customer service was great and once I did pick something they had everything else went great
