Very rude unprofessional and I can say this is my first car from a dealership and my last a lady name Dee if that was even her name was very rude no one helped me are called me about anything to let me kno what was going on with my car until I was at the point Frustrated and upset, my car has been at there shop for 2 weeks and when I mentioned the fact after I turned in my car for something being wrong with it I told the lady Miss Dee I got a call the next day about my car payment and that was odd to me because I pay my car on the 28th she told me r you calling for you payment are the problem with you car very rude like I’m getting on her nerves a little advice you need to learn coustmer service now I’m stuck with a broken car
