Upon arrival customer service is very friendly. A great attitude toward customers. Came here to see about an auto title loan on my 04 Impala. Had to fill out an application. Which is normal at any auto title establishment. I felt too much personal information was requested for such a small loan. I understand that no credit is required for the loan but, just seemed it was more than normal. I have used other auto lien holders without much info. Needless to say I felt this place was not for me.
