My daughter got this arrangement delivered yesterday. No one was home so they left them outside on the porch in the heat. When a complaint was made to the store… my daughters boyfriend was told that he could not get a refund. Customer service should be a top priority but based on all of thereviews that I just read- it definitely is not.What a waste of money and fruit.

My husband and I stopped by the Conroe location to get two strawberry banana smoothies. The young lady had on gloves when she took our money and then was going to leave on the same gloves while getting our smoothies. I asked her to put on fresh gloves since she had been handling money. She went to the back and came back with other gloves on top of the originals. Took our smoothies to the car so we could wipe our own hands before putting in the straws so we didn’t taste them until we had left the store. They were absolutely awful...absolutely no flavor!!! We found the closest Sonic...threw the terrible smoothies away...ordered cokes to get the taste out of our mouths!!!

My husband ordered a fruit bouquet for Mothers Day from the Conroe location. $70 for unripe strawberries and pineapple. Some of the strawberries were absolutely no good at all. Too many would have to be thrown away. I contacted the manager. She made another arrangement which was just as bad. The strawberries were red but very tart. The pineapple had no taste and some were hard. I wish I could give a -5.

No stars at all. Waited in lobby Noone came out afterv5 minutes of my mother and me saying hello I went to kitchen door open it and said hello women came out from behind boxes very rude and said go back to lobby. Waited another 5 minutes and we left guess they didnt want out business to day.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a Mothers day arrangement for mom. They attempted to deliver around 8pm on mothers day May 09,2021. I know for a fact that did not call or did they knock on the door because everyone was home. My mom had to go pick up her present the next day. The pineapple in the arrangement she was given was already rotten... Very disappointing

NEVER order from this location this is the WORST location to possibly order from the owner is rude and doesnt own up to her mistakes. 1 star is being to generous. If you absolutely feel the need to order from Edible Arrangements go to the Woodlands or Spring store, do not give this store your money. I promise you, you will be extremely disappointed. You cant even call to place a complaint to the OWNER of the Conroe location without her getting INSTANTLY defensive even when her store was in the wrong! They only have ONE delivery driver that leaves early in the day with ALL of your orders so yes your order will sit in a refrigerated truck or non refrigerated car the whole day so if you get soggy fruit this is why and according to an employee that I spoke to (when I called to see where my order was) they even deliver in their personal cars which have NO refrigeration! She even said that was the cause of the soggy fruit. I placed my order at 9:04 AM, wanna know what time my order was delivered? 9:12 PM. Yup 9:12 PM although their website states they only deliver until 7 PM on non-holidays or 9 PM on holidays. My order was placed on a NON holiday. Called the next day to place a complaint and got hung up on by the owner like I said save yourself the headache and give your money to a store that actually deserves it cause this one sure as hell doesnt! I personally will never purchase from EA again even their corporate office disappoints.

I just visited your store, I was trying to purchase a $50.00 dollar arrangement, only to be turned away because you refused to break a $100.00 bill. Wish I could rate this a negative star. The only WOW Im feeling from your establishment is poor customer service. Thanks for all the help you refused to provide. Definitely will not be back.

Another failed attempt with terrible customer service! This is common at this location. I would hesitate ordering from this location especially if you need a big or quick order done for an event. Very unorganized staff and complete lack of detail. You would think a $200+ order would get attention especially when you pay extra for expedited delivery. Not with this location. The staff and management could really care less. I would expect a day or two delay in your order. Make sure you call in to see if they even looked at your online order. Which they typically dont.. See the other reviews below. All showing terrible customer service! Shame on me for not reviewing them before ordering. And no, they dont make things right and do a free courtesy order. That is not true. Wont ever use this location again. What a nightmare!

I absolutely love to send fruit baskets to my sweetheart. He loves them, it nice to be able to show you love your man who doesn’t like flowers or balloons but loves to eat. Spoil your man, all men love to be shown that you are thinking of them too and this is the best way to show it. Fruit is always fresh and delivery is always on the time I ask to be delivered.

Horrible verbal communication skills at this office.Tried to order over phone, girl said they don’t deliver wouldn’t get my address. Finally another girl got on phone got my address and said they did deliver, then when I asked what time they could deliver she said to order on line but that she could take my order over phone. When I asked her what she has available she said she didn’t know to order online.... if this is review is confusing can you only imagine how I felt dealing with these nightmare ppl. I will go to HEB and deliver it myself thanks.. I personally feel whoever owns this franchise waits for orders online and has no verbal skills.

I live in Miami, my brother in Conroe. I ordered a basket (just to send my love) and he, his wife & children were absolutely amazed & thankful. They enjoyed the chocolate dipped fruits very much.

I was very excited to order at Edible Arrangements for my moms birthday today. When I arrived at the place, it was closed. Thankfully, as I parked someone that worked there got out to do something inside and was able to get me my order. I am shocked and don’t understand why I didn’t get an email or a call before the store closed, just to verify if I would like to pick it up or not!!!! I gave this place 3 stars because the lady, that gave me my order, saved the day!! If it were not for poor/lack of communication, I would have given the store 5 stars.

After receiving an absolutely gorgeous and delicious arrangement from one of our very very very thankful clients, we decided to add Edible Arrangements to our list of Thank You, gift options. We eventually sent an arrangement to another office in appreciation for their assistance with a business matter. They absolutely loved it. They said it almost looked too pretty to eat. The fruits were still cold and fresh, and we heard they were gobbled up in no time. We will definitely keep them on our go-to list.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would! My husband surprised me with a gift from edible arrangements and it is by far the worst experience in any food service EVER! First my husband spent $139 on a box of chocolate dipped strawberries, a box of chocolate and 3 balloons for my VERY FIRST MOTHERS DAY. Upon arrival, the balloon that said happy Mother’s Day was not inflated, the chocolates were so hard and stale I couldn’t even bite into them and the strawberries were HORRIBLE. When I brought it the situation to the manager ISABELs attention she was very unprofessional, didn’t even let me speak to which point I started yelling then she got mad because I was yelling and just completely hung up! She’s a joke, the food was a joke, and I keep getting promises From corporate that the owner is going. To call me for a refund but it’s 3 days later and still no one has called me back to even address the situation. If there is a big event you’re trying to make special steer clear of this place, unless you want your event completely ruined.

OMG! I was the happy recipient of a delicious arrangement Friday! The delivery guy was very patient waiting for me to get to my door and very professional! I will have to start sending some arrangements too, this really put me in a good mood!

A disappointing mothers day as my arrangement that my daughter ordered for me never arrived. The conroe manager assured me after i called her that it would be delivered and it never arrived. the most frustrating part is that the manager couldnt refund my daughter due the suprise not being delivered on time and are being forced to receive a product that is not welcome at this time. At this point the surprise was ruined for their mis handling of the delivery.

I ordered on the feb 6 spent 94 dollars and the delivery doesn’t show up when it was requested did not include all items ordered and they refuse to answer phone to correct the issue or to even talk to the customer. Tried to place an order on Friday and the website would not accept my free delivery coupon. Called the store, spoke to Rebecca, and she said I can use that the next day if I call her early.Called today, Saturday, at 9 am and was on the phone until 10:39 trying to place order.Rebecca couldn’t get my message right, my address right, or the recipient’s info right. Then, Rebecca said the coupon for free delivery wouldn’t work, even though she assured me the day before that it would. She also said they would deliver by 5 today.Fast forward to her “accidentally” hanging up on me, me calling back 3 times in a row, only to be hung up on again and again...Naria answers the fourth time, rude AF and refuses to let me speak to the manager and makes excuses about why my call wasn’t going through.Fast forward to manager FINALLY getting on the phone with me.... this is over and hour later, mind you!Manager makes excuses for her workers, says no delivery today at all, offers NO apologies for any of this, and hangs up on me!! I will never never never order from this store with this type off service offered. Pitiful.

I had the Conroe location make me 25 baskets for a health event my clinic was doing at a local elementary school. They went above and beyond to make the baskets beautiful and fun for families- adding balloons and even cutting all the fruit within hours of my event. The owner helped me select the best arrangement for my needs and delivered them personally. Everyone loved the fruit - it was a huge hit!

We recently did an event with a local school and needed a healthy dessert option. The Conroe Edible Arrangement location helped us chose arrangements that fit our budget and assured that everything was very fresh. The families absolutely loved them! They put in a lot of extra effort to help us; really great service.

We have had chocolate covered strawberries delivered from other companies. None could compare to Edible Arrangements in Conroe, TX. The berries were fresh, juicy and huge. The chocolate was delicious. Most important, the package wasnt left outside for hours, a signature was required.

I got a box of chocolate covered strawberries, bananas, and pineapple. All are delicious. The chocolate is very good.

Horrible, Horrible Experience. I understand that when you fill 1,000 orders in 24hrs that your bound to screw up 1, but this ONE is epic. I ordered on Monday with Valentines day on Friday just to beat the rush. I called at noon on Valentines day to make sure I was not going to be that 1 in a 1,000. I was told no worries that it would be at my house between 3-4pm (Which was my desired delivery time). I called again at 4pm worried that something was wrong and talked to a nice lady. She assured me that my order was being filled and would be at my door in 30 min. 4:35pm I called back again the nice lady again told me the driver should be on my street and to look out for him. 5:00pm I called the store back to tell them no sign of the driver and at 5:30 we had to leave our kids have Karate practice. A man this time told me that it was delivered and to check with my neighbors. I live on a small street / cold-a-sack with one way in and one way out. I never saw the driver but still checked with 6 out of 10 neighbors that were home. NO surprise the edible arrangement were no where to be found. At 5:30pm I call the store upset and mad this time I spoke with the manager and he assured me that they would remake the order and I would have it by 9:00pm. We got home at 8:30pm found no package on door and called the store. This time the manager told me that my money was refunded and he had no edible arrangement heading to my house. He could not tell me when the order was refunded but that their was nothing he could do tonight to make the situation right. Well I take that back he did offer me a free shake the next day at noon when he reported for work. I informed him that I was not interested. People, please, please, Please take warning that this company does not care about your order, your money, or your time. I will never order from this company the rest of my life and will tell everyone I know what a Horrible company Edible Arrangements is. My wife and I will hopefully joke one day about how for 14 years straight I managed the get her flowers. Then on year 15 I trusted Edible Arrangements and had to start over. Just think if you trust Edible Arrangements you could start over to.

I called this location because I had some special requests for my delivery. They were friendly and helpful when other companies had told me that, No they could not accommodate me. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Edible Arrangements in Conroe TX and my gift recipient said the arrangement was PERFECT!!

They had my order ready even though I arrived early and gave me a container to put my arrangement in for traveling which was nice. Easy checkout process and was very pleased with my arrangement.

They delivered my order but the delivery man told them the ballon flew away I was bummed because this was my first time ordering from edible arrangement .

This store has amazing customer service. I realized that it wasnt so good before, but now everything is great. They keep the place clean. Oh, and if they missed your order, they would most of the time give you a free courtesy order to say sorry. They will ensure that they make their customers happy. Dont forget, nobodys perfect.😀

Fruit was fresh and ready when I scheduled to pick up. Took a star off because I asked for a pink, purple, yellow or turquoise etc. (girly color) arrangement container but received a black and white container. They had every color mentioned in the same or similar size container sitting on the shelf when I walked in.

Sent a LARGE arrangement to my Aunt in the hospital. This is the ugliest thing I have ever seen and it certainly is not a LARGE. Looks nothing like what I ordered and I have learned a valuable lesson. I will never order from this location again. The only thing I can say is that they were nice on the phone but after I complained the manager offered to give me some free strawberries. I told her I didnt want anything for free - I just wanted what I actually paid for! I declined her free strawberries. I am embarrassed by what was delivered to my sick Aunt. $100 down the drain.

This location did not reach my recipient who was ill with the flu and only contacted me after making a final delivery attempt. I was told that the only option was for the sick recipient to drive to the store. I was also told by the manager that the owner would not call me back to discuss this issue. I wish they would have called me before making a final delivery attempt. I’m very disappointed.

Worst place ever to get an arrangement from! I called to place two orders going to the same location, but the lady wanted me to do two transactions, so I had to tell the “manager/owner” no that you could do two orders on on transaction. Now if the “manager/owner” doesn’t even know how to work her own computer system I don’t know why I thought she was capable of getting anything else right. I literally had to spell out just about everything I wanted on the cards and she still got it wrong. When I called her about the cards being wrong she told me “I wrote exactly what you said” when I told her no she didn’t because the cards weren’t even proper English she got mad and said “if you told me one of my employees did it wrong then I would say yes maybe they did, but I did them so I know they are right” I then asked her if she was “perfect and didn’t make mistakes” after that she got even more rude and then was yelling over me trying to talk and hung up in my face. After multiple calls to corporate the issues with her still were not resolved because she is an “owner 😂” she’s a joke to me and I will NEVER do business with her again and would advise others to use a different location!

The arrangement was for my best friend after she lost her brother in a motorcycle accident. The arrangement didnt arrive until after 5 and although the arrangement was beautiful the fruit was not edible. The melons were mussy and the cantaloupe was not rip, it was tasteless and hard. I felt horrible because I paid ALOT of money to send something for her to use while guest where in and out of her home and it was thrown away. The store owner is now not returning my calls. Oh well, I guess I will never use them again

Purchased the Easter Feaster Box as a gift for delivery. The Valentines Box matched the Valentines decorated strawberries.

Husband spent $157.87 on a birthday bouquet with balloons and delivery. My bouquet was their last delivery (so I was told) and was delivered in a car, not a refrigerated van. The bouquet was full of condensation and the fruit looked bad. One balloon was missing. I asked about it and turns out they decided to cross it off the order, even though they charged my husband $5.00 for the balloon. The driver said she would check and then she drove off! I called the store and they said they would return the money my husband spent. They did send an email showing the refund but I will still be on alert to see it is actually returned to the bank. Oh and the delivery driver came back to my home and picked up the ridiculous bouquet.

I ordered an arrangement online and paid for it online. When I got to the store, #1380 in Conroe, Tx. there was no one in the store though the hours posted on the window of the store indicated it was open. Edible Arrangements has my money but I have nothing. I have called several numbers to ask about my order but all I get is recordings and a disconnect when I choose to speak with a Customer Service person. This has been an expensive mistake which I wont be making again. This is sad because I have been able to count on Edible Arrangements many times in the past.

This is the absolute worst franchise location I have ever come across they have no respect for the people theyre delivering to. They appear to hire people said I would not think could pass a drug test or background test. They charge you a fee for delivering in a air conditioned Van but yet they send someone and a 30 year old car with your fruit basket in their trunk. The person that delivered the basket walked into my house and out in the backyard where we were at the pool without knocking ringing a doorbell or anything. When I called and complained on this Mothers Day basket I still have not received a call from the ownership. If this sounds like a fake review I have surveillance cameras in its all recorded. If their ownership would like to contact me Id be happy to show it to them for any local new station that would like to advertise how they broke into my house.

I paid for a party size large fruit basket based on the website picture and received a much smaller arrangement. When I called to ask about it the lady argued with me that I was wrong because they count each piece of fruit, but they would send another arrangement as ordered. Just got the replacement and it is even smaller than the first one. Had to call twice to find out when it would even be delivered and they finally showed up 4 hours later. Just my opinion, but if you show pictures for what people can choose to buy, then its probably a good idea to deliver what is purchased. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE...will not use this location again. I would rather drive and pick up my order from another reliable location than use this place that delivers to me! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My mother had placed a order 1pm Friday for a arrangment as a surprise for my birthday today. The facilty obviously waits until their good and ready to send your gifts. I had waited 8hours today to receive my arrangment. After multiple attempts of calling I finally spoke with the driver and she said it would be deliverd at 230pm. It should of been delivered this morning like planned but instead she shows up right at 5pm when my office is closing for the day to give me my arrangment. The delivery driver said she was lost how do you get lost when my business is 5 minutes from the edible arrangmet store. The arrangment its self was warm barely cold . you could see the condensation through the silafane wrapper. This is not worth 80$. This not what my mother order. I am not impressed at how they make their customers wait around all day just to have these deliverd and show up minutes before a business closes to want to drop it off BS.. I could of done a better job at dipping fruit myself . My mother was not pleased nor satisfied with the facility behavior. I will not be recommending this store or business to anyone future buyers. I will be contacting cooperate myself and will have my money refunded.

Called the store talked to the manager Frank, and he laughed at us, because we wanted the rest of the order we paid for. Then when arriving home, my mother didnt receive her arrangement from my father till NINE at night, aftwr we were in bed. And it was old, rotten and not correct either.

If I could give this place no stars I would!! Worst customer experience ever!! My husband was out of town for Valentines due to business and so he wanted to surprise me with a little something. So he told me to be home that day bc I had a surprise being delivered. Well 7pm rolls around and my husband calls asking if I received anything which I didnt. He had been trying to call the store all day to ask why it hadnt been delivered but apparently they dont believe in answering the phone. Then he gets upset. I receive a call at 7:40 asking if I will be home tomorrow and I told them no I have to work and wont be home til late. The lady was like how late and Im like after 7pm. And she was like oh... you home now? And I said yes been home all day. So she was like okay well I will be there in an hour. Mind you she didnt introduce herself or tell me what company she is calling from. So 9pm rolls around and nothing. At this point I had to get my kids to bed so I gave the info over to my husband. He calls and they give him some bull excuse and hang up on him. They kept saying they were coming. Well at 10pm they show up and ring the doorbell. At this point my kids and I were in bed bc it was so late. They keep ringing the doorbell so I get my robe on and run downstairs. The lady hands me a box and trys to get me to sign the paper that CLEARLY says there is supposed to be more with it. Mind you she doesnt know I have the email of EVERYTHING they were supposed to give me. So I ask her about the other stuff listed and she says no that would be highlighted if I was supposed to get it. Basically telling me I dont know what Im talking about. So I show her the email and she is like oh...okay hold on. She goes back to her car for 5 minutes or so. Then comes back with the rest of the stuff so I know she knew it was supposed to go together they were just trying to con my husband out of money. So she asks me to send a picture of the email to her phone. How unprofessional!! I was in disbelief. We will NEVER order from them again and will be spreading the word about how horrible they are!!

Only one item from an order was delivered. I called to address this and was told that the driver failed to give the other two items upon delivery. I was also told that they other two items would be delivered the next day. That did not happen, instead I got an email from them with a refund receipt. No call, no explanation, just the refund. At least I got that though.
