Got in there, we asked to be helped with something they were not set up for, the mgr over heard us talking with an agent but ( the mgr) made it possible for us to get the help we wanted . Great place to do your craft shopping. And good customer svc. RECOMMENDED!

Very happy to find this place! Extremely organized with a ton of things to choose from. I didnt see 1 empty shelf. All were we stocked. The young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable & helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend shopping here!! I DEFINITELY know I will be returning!👍🙂

Well Jonas is kind of far out. But they had a lot of things a lot of stores dont have. But they also had a lot of sales. But they are a little expensive. Due to I guess that they have things that other stores dont have on hand. I love all the crafty things that they have on hand. And they customer service was Grand. Now you know if I say Grand that is 5 most best service you can get five star rating.

Ever since I have found this place it is my go to spot for all the iron on vinyl needs that I have to complete my customers orders. Now that they are open 7 days a week I can literally stop by anytime and get what I need quick and fast. Great quality material no complaints from me whatsoever. Huge selection of vinyl. Wasted whole sheets while printing due to quality of certain materials. Its hit or miss. Stretch was great in bright green but not white. Permanent adhesive for long term outdoor use is not holding up to indoor use. No heat press available for public use. Staff is knowledgeable. Blank shirts are so soft. Had customer request another shirt left blank because they loved the shirt fit & feel so much.

Nice selection of vinyls both adhesive and htv, lots of patterns and glitter and speciality stuff. Lots of blanks and project ideas.

I love it here I just wish they had more clothing and vinyl I hope they use the rest of the store. Would love to see short sets

I love this place!

I use to love this place but I recently had a bad experience. They showed open online so I drove an hour to the store to be told that I had to order online then watched them help 2 other people face to face while I had to navigate their horrible website and wait for my order to be pulled.I ask the lady why she didn’t tell me I could just give her my order and she ask me how much stuff I was getting. If she had ask to begin with I would have understood. She didn’t.I’ll avoid this store in the future. They just lost a pretty significant customer and a social media influencer who uses their products in my videos with over 20k followers and hundreds of thousands of video views.

Helpful staff and great prices

Very well organized and clean. The young lady there knows her stuff and very helpful with the questions I asked her in regards to new projects I was wanting to take on.

They have many colors for vinyl and stick on for t-shirts, glassware, etc. They have plain shirts to buy. They have basic colors, and they said they are working on getting more colors in stock.

Love this store. They have another one on harwin which is to far from my home. They have everything a crafter could need!

I bought colored stretch vinyl along with white stretch. No issues with the white but when I went to cut the colored vinyl it cut in dotted lines. After thinking something was wrong with my machine I went to a friends and used hers. Same thing happened. We went 3 times in one day and purchased purple vinyl. NOT once did they tell me that the setting needed to be set different on the colored stretch until I called them to let them know there was something wrong with their vinyl. She informed me that they tell people when they purchase what settings to use unless they are busy and forget (they have had this issue before) we went there 3 TIMES IN ONE DAY, and NOT ONCE did someone inform me that this had a special setting. They said they couldn’t do anything for me but tell me the settings, when I asked for the owner to call me she said she would talk to them. She called back and said the owners would NOT be calling me back and there was nothing they could do, even though no one informed me that this needed to be cut differently. I am now frustrated that because they did not tell me on 3 separate visits about this that I am now out that vinyl and they Will not even call me back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The employees arent the friendliest and just kinda watch you wander around lost. Be warned, the 851 vinyl is cut larger than the normal 12 inch roll, I did not realize this at the time of purchase. This shop is close to work but the prices are higher than I am used to paying. Would only be back in a desperate situation.

Its an out of the way place for vinyl crafters. The traffic at certain times of the day is horrible, but it may have what you need. There are many colors and types of vinyl to choose from. The place looks like a warehouse with a few sections. The prices are right. The store clerk was very helpful and gave me some great tips as a beginner. I hope this place is here for a long time.
