I understand that places are going to get busy. It’s totally fine that sometimes your going to have to wait a bit for your drink at Starbucks. But I would hope that the staff would still be nice. Especially when you have to wait 30 minutes for a drink because nobody told you that they were out of something. The staff was just really rude.

This Starbucks is absolutely AWFUL I put that I wanted no pumpkin spice topping and they still gave me pumpkin spice I also ordered a decaf warm white mocha they gave me a hot it burned my brother as he was expecting it to be warm there was no whip cream on any of our drinks we will Never be going to this location again as this was not the first time they have messed up our orders

This is the WORST Starbucks I’ve EVER experienced! They’re either opening late or not open and you never know because not even the business hours on Google get updated! When people go out of their way to stop here for service just to find they’re closed or opening late it’s very inconvenient and disappointing. This location should honestly be closed permanently! The location on south loop 336 is way better and always available.

This is my normal Starbucks and lately it’s been nothing but normal. The usual hi how are you, here’s your drink, have a good day. (No complaints from me, I’m here for it.)Today, the girl in the window said “here ya go, made with love.” I definitely smiled and didn’t think much of it. But good God whoever made my drink today DEFINITELY made it with LOVE. So good, 10/10 you’re doing a great job guys!

I give this Starbucks team a high five today. I am a new customer and after 3 times in the store I was called by my name! Wow, great customer service and my coffee was perfect😊

Good workers, but they worked very slow, I ordered a caramel frappe, 2 salted caramel cold brews, and 4 cake pops at 12:48 pm, and it took almost 30 minutes to complete my order. You can get Trentas for cold brews but for frappes it’s different; I have gotten a trenta for one everywhere else but there.

*Upgraded to a 2/5. All the workers in there hustle. And attentive when noticed. But they should figure out how to speed up service during semi busy hours. Prev: Slowest service in the world. 45 min wait for an iced coffee.

Love place. Just wish they kept good hours and sometimes there just complete closed.... half cafe closed or drive thru closed.

Grabbed this on my way home to drink while I study, after I put my baby to bed. Didnt realize till I got home the milk they used was bad. It was very busy when I was there so I dont completely blame the kids but its still a bummer.

Always friendly, orders are correct 99% of the time, and never too long of a wait if you go inside. Drive through is a different story sometimes.

They didnt have any of the drinks we wanted any of the it is the muffins what you wanted the customer service was OK but it was OK but that was the 1st Starbucks I had gone to they didnt have any of the products

Since this is Conroe there is nothing ghetto about this place at all the service and the atmosphere was above spectacular, the girls who work there were friendly and helpful and of course the Latte always tastes great

I stopped to get my usual drink, and Journey gave me some tips for my drink like what she recommends and I can’t believe no one has ever told me these tips. Thank you Journey!! My drink was bomb!!!!

I use to go here all the time, untill this guy was very rude and unprofessional! He took my order, and then got to the window and I wanted to add some cake pops for my kids and he got an attitude about it like it bother him to just add it to the order! I am paying for it you know! And obviously made me have a bad day he was rude and didnt like the way he said it to the other crew person to get it for me. But I decited to just move to another location. And by far the best decision.

This location was very busy, but the staff were incredibly friendly and kept things moving efficiently. Despite the line it felt like I was not there long at all. As for how it was, my picture shows the drink didnt even survive a drive to work so I could take a proper picture of it lol

I hate stopping at this location but unfortunately its the closest Starbucks to my house. Its always incredibly slow and the drive thru line is awful.

So they close at noon now? And still have have “open” online

Close to home and pretty fast. They just make a lot of mistakes so make sure you got what you want before leaving the place ☺️

Love the service and staff. But the drive Thur needs more signs to direct the cars, it causes a lot of problems because the lot isn’t being used the way they were designed to be used… people can’t think clearly before their cup of coffee lol

Went this morning around 645 to get a morning coffee before dropping my son off at daycare and then heading into work. And at 645 in the morning they were closed!!! Not one person working. Absolutely baffling! Not a sign on the door or the drive thru stating why they were closed or reasoning on why. This store closes randomly and opens whenever they want. I will never end up going here again with how inconsistent they are. It’s 645 on MONDAY morning and there closed?!?! Ridiculous!!!

Theyre popular and usually theres a long line at the drive through but the staff is very efficient and works fast to serve customers.

Always have signs up that their closed but people are always inside. When they are open it takes nearly 30 minutes to get a simple coffee. Pathetic. Just waiting for this place to shut down already.

The drinks were amazing but the cashier didnt give me my change. I had to ask for it,she left came back no clue what she was doing. I had a hungry three day old baby in the car 🤷I honked my horn ask for my Chang and then she didnt even give me back the write Chang. I was over it buy then and just left!!

Really wish they would just make the drink I ask for…. I can go to any other Starbucks and get my drink and get charged the same amount every time. But this location wanted to charge me almost $10 for one drink and and told me what I was ordering was actually (named a specific drink). Didn’t even look remotely close to what I normally get. Not the first time this has happened with this location but definitely won’t come back.

Manager was lacking in diplomacy. Her being at the drive through window alone instead of her assigning employees to DTR and DTO is telling. Its apparent the staff is slipping through her fingers.

No ice and my cup is literally FILLED with ice? Specifically ask for something and you won’t get it. I didn’t even ask for a complicated drink. The girl at the window said oh sorry. And acted like it was funny. It’s not complicated to make a drink correctly, I’m a bartender and if I make a mistake I fix it. I don’t act like the customer is wrong. What a joke.

Honestly amazing how slow they are. Be prepared to sit in line for atleast 30 minutes.

Super friendly staff! I couldnt decide which to get, my SUPER FAVORITE, Pink Drink w/ sweet cream, OR the new Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap, so I got both! Definitely worth trying both of these! Once again, amazing staff! 🦩

They need to pay more attention to our coffee orders then the street clothes they are wearing...bring back the simple black and white uniforms.

Although the store was a bit messy with boxes, the staff was amazingly friendly, the drink was delicious and my order was timely. I would definitely go back!

Were Starbucks experience of my life they did not get anything right I had to ask for a refund I sent my drink back twice I asked for a cold brew with cold foam on top I got an iced coffee that was almost white with no cold foam sent it back ask for the proper thing and I received the same thing without ice how do you mess that up I dont understand it not to mention the employee had such an attitude when I nicely asked her if she could fix it and then when it wasnt correct the second time I nicely explained that I would just like a refund cuz I dont want them to have to make it again and she got an attitude cant win

These guys / gals are straight up getting it! Went inside because the drive thru line was around the lot, and there were only three baristas moving at the speed of light. Drinks were just right, and they smiled behind their facemasks!

Was having a slow start yesterday so I went to this Starbucks at about 7 am and I can truthfully say that this is the best Starbucks I’ve been too! The people were so incredibly nice, very personable and care about their customers! I left the drive thru a little happier and ready for work! For their attitude to be so happy that early in the morning is astonishing lol. Very impressed!!

This is my favorite Starbucks in the Huntsville/Conroe area. I just went by this morning most recently and they’re so peppy every time I go even if they had a line of 20 cars. The employee with the long hair who works the drive thru counter is always so nice and doesn’t just throw a drink your way, they wait until you’re ready for it which I find just super thoughtful, and the employee who worked the intercom when I went through was so cheery and helpful with answers! Sorry I don’t have names, I should but yes go to this Starbucks!

A little slow in pushing the drinks through but mercifully the orders were all prepared as requested. Minor inconvenience with access but not an issue.

I have come here to order the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew multiple times. They only make it correctly about 50 percent of the time. Many times I go there, and it taste like they use regular cream instead of the vanilla sweat cream and the drink is disgusting. I asked them to add more sweet cream and it tasted like a was drinking milky coffee. I will just go out of my way to a location that knows how to make it correctly every time. I don’t have this issue anywhere else, but if I’m paying $5 for a cup of coffee, I expect it to be made correctly. Very frustrating.

I wish I would have gotten her name but the young girl working drive thru today with pink hair was such an angel! Couldn’t find my debit card and helped me out! So sweet and kind and made my experience so much better after I completely embarrassed myself! Thank you young girl!

The drive thru at this location is awkwardly placed, and because of the unavoidable backup, walk-in customers are blocked from pulling out when they get back to their cars. I think the drive thru lane could swing out further, behind the parked cars to avoid some of this, and putting markings on the pavement to facilitate this would help. Otherwise, no complaints.

Not enough people working there when we went. Drive thru line was long and slow moving. My cappuccino was ok but my wife said her caramel frappe wasnt as good as usual. We figured because they were hurrying to get all the orders done. Need a bigger staff for higher volume times. I dont like to wait a long time for a $5 cup of coffee.

Wonderful, responsible, hard-working staff. Very kind to fellow service workers, never had a problem with my order. They can be very busy time to time but thats because theyre popular.

Very friendly staff. Just remodeled fairly recently with a brighter interior. This location gets extremely busy because of its location. I recommend placing mobile orders a little earlier than you normally would if youre stopping during rush hour.

Took my order for two coffees (regular Pikes, nothing fancy) then forgot about my order and made the drinks for the people behind me first. Had to remind them of what my order was and then they got it wrong again.

This place has gone downhill, drive through takes 20 to 25 minutes. Poorest ran coffee shop ever.

Ordered online and drove up. Arrived about 15 mins after I orderdd. None of my order was done. I received my drink and continued to wait. The entire time the team was giving me looks. Eventually someone comes up to ask why I was still there. After verifying that I did indeed have other things on my order I was informed that everything else was out. They gave me a refund though.

They are always so nice here and helpful and they have never gotten my drink wrong i love this location so much

Ive been to this location pleanty of times. But Im pretty sure the girl taking the order just put in what she thought we wanted. A guava white tea somehow turned into a passion fruit pink drink. Somehow a latte got thrown on our order. Which is inconvenient but, whatever. 10 min and $30 later Im finally able to leave... I get down the road and take a drink of my skinny iced caramel macchiato and it tastes spoiled 😑 I always look forward to starbucks trips, but todays was completely ruined with bad service and even worse drinks. I dont think Ill be going to this location anymore. So freaking grossed out.

Unfortunately Ive had repeating problems with them over roasting the coffee beans, making the coffee really bitter and burnt tasting

Always great customer service, order is always right. Only negative, I wish they had a better drive thru system when its busy. That little shopping area is too crowded but its better when its not as busy. Obviously that doesnt take away from how great they are!

Dear Starbucks,The flow of the interior design is lacking here. Whatever happened to the organized flow of your furniture and interior architecture? THIS Starbucks location is widely used, especially in the Conroe area. I work in the architecture industry, and would love to make this place MUCH more enjoyable for people to enjoy a cup of Joe in the morning or late night. NOT on these playschool chairs that are hurting peoples back (me as I write this)
