Carl was a very personable person and didnt try and upsell me when I told him what I needed. He was knowledgeable on his product and straightforward. Once I received the mower, there was a small factory defect with the fuel system and they had a service man out the next day to look at it. Im 45 min away btw. They fixed the part, ordered a replacement in case it breaks again. Overall wonderful experience and will be returning whether its buying a weedeater, chainsaw, or just getting parts. Thanks Carl!

I stopped in and told them what was going on with my tractor losing power and that I thought it was something in the fuel tank. They said, no sounds like the transmission. seems it takes 8 hrs to remove and flush the tank and reinstall I thought figured I’d have then diagnose the transmission so they picked it up but wouldn’t tell me how much the pickup charge would be. Last time it was $50 so I figured I’d be the same or close too it. They check the tractor and tell me it’s something in the tank like I thought and that it’s $800 to do the service. Then I go to pick it up and they’ve charged me $110 for the pickup service on top of the $800 in labor. Service mechanic’s are good but customer service and trustworthiness is questionable to say the least. Not exactly up front and open about their charges at all when you ask and it’s always a “I’ll have to check and get back to you”. Why, I doubt I was their first customer so they really should know the charges for stuff.. In the end, definitely the last time I’ll use them and seems I plan to replace this tractor with something bigger I guess I’ll give my $38,000 to someone that won’t take advantage of me when I need service. Oh, plan on calling multiple times to get through to the service Dept too because they seldom answer the first two times. Should have trusted my gut and just done the work myself and saved $1,000.

We were looking for a tractor and weren’t really sure exactly what we wanted to get yet or what brand but because of the wonderful customer service Carl gave us we decided to get a Kubota from him and we are so glad we did. Excellent experience. Have known Carl for many years but have never needed to deal with him regarding purchasing lawn equipment. When I called him about buying a new zero turn he was very knowledgeable about the two brands I was interested in. He provide me with the information that I needed to make my decision. I decided on buying a new FERRIS ISX800Z. This machine is the mac daddy when it comes to zero turns. With the independent front coil spring and coil spring rear suspension this bad boy rides like a Cadi on my lawn. Also a big shout out to Joyce in parts she hooked me up with all new STIHL products weed eater, hedger, edger and back pack blower.I would recommend them to everybody.

Spent an hour in the store (before covid) and couldnt get anyone to acknowledge my presence. I have sent several emails requesting a quote. I would love to buy a tractor but am getting the impression they dont take women seriously. Perhaps I should go down the road to John Deere.

I just purchased a Kubota Skid steer about 3 weeks ago. It had to be ordered but Carl was able to get it in within a week with an additional attachment. . I would recommend they get more than one delivery trailer. Theirs was out of service when the tractor arrived and mine was tied up. But overall experience was great!

WOW! What a ride! This is the best way to describe our new Kubota Zero Turn mower. We ordered our Kubota ZD1211-60 at 3pm on Monday and thanks to Carl Walk it was parked on our driveway by 1:15pm Tuesday. Now thats service! Carl Walk sold me a Kubota 700 series mower on 10-18. All I can say is WOW….It cuts great and is a pleasure to mow with it. That Friday I cut 4+ acres and it was like a hot knife thru butter.Both yards had not been done in about 3 weeks and the grass was quite tall. The mower just chopped it up and spit it out. Store manager Richey or Richard is extremely rude and unprofessional. He does not want to deal with upset customers and will throw it off on the employee. I will no longer allow my dad to do business with this company. We have been loyal customers for years and it amazes me how they have a manager like that representing Kubota and the company business . Please don’t ask to contact me.
