The staff here are so wonderful, helpful and friendly. Knowledgable and the store smells wonderful and is adorable too. Crystals everywhere and a huge selection of everything even high potency homeopathic remedies that I could only find online before. Im an herbalist and geologist from out of state so was impressed. Definitely stop in even just to look at their gorgeous selection of crystals!

I love this place. The employees are knowledgeable and really helpful. There are so many options for so many people. No matter what youre into- essential oils, fitness, general health and wellness they truly have it all. I will always make the 30 minute drive, theyre worth it.

My husband and I LOVE this store. They really know their stuff. I’ve been to “other stores” and feel like they were talking down to me when I asked questions. I was so happy when I found HC as they love talking about their products and educating you on anything you want to know. They have lots of offering and so many choices in their store. From pain to diet to healthy choices they have it all!!

I absolutely love this place! It smells amazing every time we come in here. Really fun to just walk around, they even sell the crystal that they had mined! They also carry my favorite candy, GinGins! Best place to get your vitamins if you are looking for top quality! 😉

The best place to find every natural and herbal remedy, including homeopathic pills. It was very difficult to find this place though. The personnel is very nice and I had a wonderful experience. One of the workers gave me additional information about some natural pills and they’be worked perfectly!

I visit this store every month. Sometimes, more often. The staff here are always friendly. They always circulate the store helping customers. When I have a question, there is somebody available to assist me. Im always greeted when I walk in the door. There is always pleasant conversation when Im being checked out. The floor staff is always pleasant and helpful. I have always had a wonderful experience shopping here.

Came here at 5:50pm store hours say they close at 6:00pm they had the doors locked..I knocked on the door and 2 ladies just look at me and shrug their shoulders as im showing them my watch saying its not 6pm and they just continue to shrug!!! I know exactly what I needed and would have been in and out withing 1to 2 minutes total..

Great place to go . Very nice staff I visit sometimes to destress very relaxing atmosphere I can feel the positive energy when Im in there.

Beautiful store with plenty of great herbs and very friendly and knowledgeable staff! This place has a really herbal apothecary cottage feel to it. I love the extras like the crystals and the huge selection of diffusers! If Im ever back in Conroe I will be sure to visit there again!

I had a very bad Experience with this store!I went in with my children to get Vitamins when we walked in the store & I seen a young lady Behind the counter and so I said hello and she said whats up!Very unprofessional!I moved on Started looking around, I seen one of my children asking one other person that worked there questions and so I asked questions About different products and the young lady Behind the counter came giving my children Vitamin samples She gave my son 5 vitamin samples and then some one else behind Another counter said children cant have more then two a day or they will have Diarrhea!So I told my son to give me the other vitamins and then we Continued to walk around for a few more minutes looking at different products and then Went to the front counter to check out and I had my things that I was buying in my Whole Foods Reusable grocery bagAnd so I was taking the things out of the bag to put on the Counter and the same young lady started putting my things in a Plastic bag after Ringing them up I said to the young lady here is my bag I dont like to use the plastic bags, I paid for our things and left the store went Straight home picked my bag up out of my suv and went into my home and went to show my mate the things that we got at the store and the two bottle of Vitamins that we had Purchase at herbal connection was not in my whole foods Reusable bag and so I looked at my Receipt to make sure the young lady Behind the counter Charge me for these things and yes they were on the receipt and so I made a phone call to ask if the things that I paid for maybe was left on the counter by Mistake and then some one got on the Phone and told me that she would check her inventory and check the counter and then call me back, I got a phone call back from this person and then she started to say to me that she checked her Inventory and she said To me very Rudely I dont know what you are trying to accuse my business of !And my reply was I have my Receipt shows that I paid for These things and theyre not in my bag again she was very rude when I said that I would like my money back my child is sick thats why I came to get the Vitamins and she said to me I will not give you your money back!

I have been comming here for a few years now and it is always been a great experience. The staff is very friendly and they know their stuff....they have always been good to me. Its is 10 stars from me....lol

Love visiting this store! If you cant find it anywhere else, they probably have it. Excellent skin & hair care products for women too.

The place is well organized. Friendly people working there offer to help anyone who walks in. Fair prices and lots of unique things to look at.

Great service and selection

The service is not that great, the store owner (I assume) needs to be more humble and not treat customers like we were ignorant or low educated. We have been few times to this store since we like to support local business, however every time we go we get a bad vibe and challenging attitude from the staff, its very uncomfortable to shop in a store where customer has no value of opinion.

Knowledgeable team that is helpful and friendly. Decent pricing and sales and specials from time to time. So glad to have them here in Conroe!
