The staff is friendly, Doc.well hes like talking to a friend, he shoots it straight like it is, right down to the last detail if you wish. He makes you feel comfortable with what your going through, knows his stuff, his confidence shows. Real nice man to deal with Ill be using him from now on when I need ENT. THANKS again for the excellent experience.

I love the Conroe staff and Dr.Shah, he makes sure that all questions I have are answered and I’ve been a patient from 2019 but the reason I list 4 stars is because of the phone. I spent 25 plus minutes waiting to be answered and was worried the phone system would kick me off at lunch hour. All for them to send me to the nurse line and it go straight to voicemail, please get the phone services together. This isn’t the first time I’ve waited 25+ minutes to actually speak with someone.

Dr. Burke and her practice (Conroe and The Woodlands) are wonderful! Her staff is always so nice and helpful. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Burke! She goes above and beyond to treat her patients! I have struggled with allergies since I moved to Texas and she has been a life saver!

Dr. Burke is wonderful. Listens and does what is necessary to educate, diagnose and treat. Only reason I can’t give a 5 star review is the staff ( not the doctor) were ridiculous with the mask harassment. It needs to be a personal health choice, just like choosing to come to that practice.

Convinced my 84-year old mother that her insurance would cover her hearing aid even though it was pretty clear it would not. Claim was denied. Now shes stuck with a $6,000 hearing aid she cannot afford.

Dr. Jaecel Shah was excellent! I had trauma to the nose which deviated my septum and partially obstructed my nasal air passage. Dr. Shah was spot-on from his diagnosis, advice for the surgery and recovery. The surgical result was a success. I am very satisfied with the surgical result and with Dr. Shah. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions and had a caring approach to treatment. He was proactive in seeking out my questions.On top of the medical skills, Dr. Shah was quite pleasant to speak with and had a nice balance of professional and personal interaction. I am very pleased with Dr. Shah.

I saw Dr. Newland after requesting a same day appointment which they were surprisingly able to do with the current state of things. The staff was WONDERFUL. The lady at the front desk was very friendly as was every other member of the staff I encountered. A Qtip mishap brought me in unexpectedly and being my first experience with a mishap of the sort I was incredibly nervous. I should not have been. I walked out feeling much better and was instantly able to hear again. Dr. Newland explains what procedure he is going to perform, walks you through it as it is completed and listens to what you have to say. I will no longer fear an ENT visit, although I will also not be using Q-tips any longer either. (Age old advice I chose to foolishly disregard.)If you are looking for a friendly, professional staff I would highly recommend giving then a try! I saw another review regarding masks. The do require masks, being recently ill with covid I am not concerned with getting it nor spreading it but they seemed to have a good number of vulnerable patients in their older years who may not fare as well and I certainly would not want any of them to get it so I understand why it is mandatory at this office. I did not mind wearing one with the circumstances. It is still a medical facility I would recommend visiting regardless.

Dr. Shah is very gentle yet very thorough. Very concerned about his patients.

After moving to Conroe recently & looking for a new ENT doc due to having a long time history of ear infections, etc., I decided to choose TX ENT. I honestly have never experienced a more thorough exam, with tests, explanations, & treatment plan as Dr. Shah provided! I was actually stunned at how the first visit was amazingly productive. Dr. Shah was very caring, knowledgeable, & gracious. The whole staff (including Val, Brittany, & audiologist were very considerate & professional. I highly recommend Dr. Shah and the entire group of professionals at the Conroe practice!

Dr Burke was decent, bedside manner was tolerable. I would visit again.Im not sure whos dropping the ball there but I was referred for a sleep study.Two weeks later it was denied by insurance. Insurance requested a peer to peer with Dr Burke for more information. (Phone call for more information)After several phone calls, and likely another week, the office finally asked me several questions about my sleep. Like I was answering a questionnaire about sleep apnea.Frustratingly so, I answered the questions. Why frustratingly?? These questions werent asked until after the insurance denied the order. Instead of when the order was put in.Now, its over a month later, and my insurance has stated Dr Burkes office submitted another order to be approved by insurance. This too has to go through the same drawn out process.Dr Burkes office has finally sent an order to the sleep study place for an at home study. Which doesnt require insurance authorization.Im not sure what the issue here is, Dr Burkes office squirming at the idea of a peer to peer or the complete lack of completing the task right the first time. Not to mention the refusal to do a peer to peer. If a practice is about patients, then why is there not a willingness to do a peer to peer?💵💵💵💵This has cost me a ton of time and patience.In the end, the patient gets the shaft to save time and money.This process shouldnt be this painful.

Everyone at Texas ENT has been professional, friendly, and highly capable. I certainly appreciate all the great care I always receive.

I took my son to see Texas ENT a long time ago and ended up walking out because we waited for nearly 2 hours. He needed to see and ENT again and since they pretty much are the only ones in the area, I gave it another try. This time I waited an hour before walking out. After 45 minutes I got up and asked what the hold up was. Was told the doctor likes to be thorough, so he takes longer, and that there was still someone ahead of me. So why do you make regular timed appointments! Lost 2 hours of work pay and wasted an hour sitting there. Wont be going back.

I saw Dr. Burke, I was a new patient and arrived 30 minutes early. I was in to see the doc 10 minutes before my appointment time. She was very knowledgeable and got straight to the point.

Amazing, kid-friendly audiologist (seriously, shes amazing with little kids!!), and a great ENT. Lots of knowledge and experience in this practice.Their surgery center is run so smoothly, to the second on time. Every nurse, doctor, anesthesiologist, and surgeon, is thorough, patient, attentive to detail, and still efficient.

Had an ear infection. Wait time was minimal and received excellent care. Very friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommended.

Dr Shah is very thorough and professional. He is detailed in his explanations, takes the time to listen and answer any questions (which is rare in todays class of physicians) cant speak for others in this practice, I but I like and trust him.

This ENT office has treated my daughter as if she was apart of the family. Dr. Chenault is AMAZING.

Very bad experience here. Made to wait a long time and then was rushed through and told to do 3 years of expensive allergy shots. Very disappointed in the quality of care they provided. Would not recommend.

Be prepared to stay all day! 1.5 hours later and I still havent seen the doctor! Wont be coming back!
