Poor customer service and pricing is outrageous. The only reason I went there was to finish out a project I began with Valspar paint. However, the Conroe Lowes no longer allows mixing of Seattle Mist as its not a Lowes paint color. Chaos and long lines at counter. No thank you, no nothing.

Last year I painted a red accent wall in my sons bedroom. The other day I went and got white paint to paint the entire room except for the accent wall. I use blue painters tape which is more expensive than just any old regular tape because its supposed protect the paint that you dont want to get painted. So I taped around the edges of the red wall to protect it from the white paint. It did in fact protect it from the white paint but when I pulled the tape off the painters tape actually pulled off little specs of the red paint! So in fact the tape did not protect the red paint, it destroyed it! My husband called to find out if they would be willing to give us some of the red paint considering the fact that their tape pulled the red paint off the wall. They told him no! This paint was not cheap either its $25 for a pint. This is bad customer service in my book. I would not recommend going to this Sherwin-Williams or any other Sherwin-Williams for that matter if thats the way that they treat their customers. I would give a zero Stars if possible! Edit: ended up speaking with the general manager not only did he help me out but he made sure that I had everything that I needed in order to get my red wall fixed and looking beautiful! Thank God for GMs!!!

Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, happy to help. I am a DIYer and I get the same attention for a big or small project. I also like going to a paint store with knowledgeable people I can get opinions from that are ready to help rather than a HD or L type place where I have to look for someone to help. prices compare to big stores too. always ask about a sale going on.

This is the store to go-to when you want a customized color expert to assist in the color scheme and amount of paint you need. Benjamin was extremely helpful and took the time I needed to be comfortable with my paint purchase and the paint quality is unsurpassed. Definitely recommend!!

Salesman was great, gave us hints on how to better match the color on the wall and was very patient in trying to get the right match with the wall sample we brought in. Came home and applied as instructed and perfect match the first time, gave Home Depot three tries and they all failed

Totally satisfied with the ex Ellen service the proper protocol for covid19 and the paint is the best I ever used the appearance is beautiful and the coverage is one coat and truly the longevity of the paint is excellent paint last for years on the outside of my house truly love this paint

SW paint is consistent in color and quality. I have ordered the same color of paint years later and it seamlessly blends with the old paint. My 100% go to paint. Better coverage, less odor and random issues. Love that they can look up my name to pull up what I have done in the past. Every time I have used a different brand (for color section etc) I have had some random issue. Never with SW. Just sayin.

Do not rely on this organization to be your builders go to. The builders have a relationship with them but when you show up to buy paint for your house that supposed to be listed on file they do not know what to sell you. They don’t actually have access to that information and when you bring them paint to match they can’t match it because they say inside your house this won’t match. Went to Lowe’s with my sample and brought home paint to cover a mark and it matched flawlessly!

Benjamin was very helpful to me in trying determine what kind of paint I needed for newly installed french doors. He was a wealth of information and very professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the time he took to help me.

We got the suggestion from your expert to cut out a piece of paint on the ceiling, so you can match the color. We took the color sample to the store, and purchased a quart. But the color is still not match the existing on the ceiling. were disappointed.

I have driven to this store twice in the last week. After purchasing a new home. I wanted to get interior paint, so the first time I was told I need a quarter size of paint so they could match the paint. Ok, understand! I returned and another unexcited worker says I need a cohesive piece of the paint . I’m like are you guys serious one said a quarter size & you’re saying something else. These workers are on their phones, no greeting, & don’t even try to solve the problem. Just sad! I will try again for the third time and see what I’m told and then I’ll call corporate because a manager walks out & doesn’t even try to see if he can help the situation.

I have gone into this store on multiple occasions having to completely repaint my home which was a total loss from Hurricane Harvey. With the exception of one younger girl who tried to be helpful but wasn’t particularly knowledgeable, which was also the case on another trip that I made to this store with another new employee. I found the staff here acted like it was an inconvenience to help the customer and also none of the employees seem to be well versed in products across the board. I finally left and went to Home Depot and received better service, which is sad. For a full service paint store this store needs to get its act together.

I bought 3 gallons of paint in Conroe near my house to do a job in Houston, 1 was mixed and the color was right, the other 2 were not mixed and the color was sitting separated like he just put in the color and put the lid on. This is very inconvenient for me to not find out until I was on the job on Sunday when most Sherwin- Williams are closed. The night I was there another lady was in there complaining hers was not mixed right either. so this seems to be a problem for this store. The store only had me and her as customers and two employees so it is not like they were super busy. Since starting this job, I have purchased for 4 other Sherwin-William store and not had this issue.

The guys at this location were efficient and probably the nicest most respectful young men Ive met as of late and I work in retail!

I have frequented numerous Sherwin Williams stores for paint assignments. I have never found better customer service at SW then from Graham or Cory, SW Paint Advisors Extraordinaires!!!These two gentlemen have provided me and my subs exceptional customer service!!! My experience has been at the counter or with service over the phone with orders.If you ever need them to quarterback for your contractors who are on the way to pickup material orders, these guys know how to handle business!!!Keep up the hard work gentlemen!!!

I always find what I need and the Duration paint is the best ever! All the employees, except Gram, are friendly and helpful. When I asked Gram if the 30 % discount was still going on he gave me a very curt No even though I knew it was. I asked if he was sure but he ignored the question. A week later I returned for something else and another employee applied the 30% discount that I should have received during my previous visit. Gram was there again and as usual he had the same sour look on his face and bored attitude. I gave this rating 5 stars because one bad apple shouldnt spoil the whole bunch. I just know who to avoid in the future!

Went into ur store off of 105 Conroe looked around bought some wood finish the sticker where the finish was said 11.99 they charged me 19.99 when I went to get the wood at home depot the same finish was 11.99 and that was what they charged me
