We have visited Weisinger multiple times since moving to Conroe in the summer of 2020. The guy that operates the tractor has alway been extremely courteous and professional. He has helped us by answering many questions, recommending various delivery options, selecting the best materials for our mini-projects, and he has even helped us load some of the MANY large flagstone pieces we have purchased. The lady in the office is always kind and very professional. We have been very pleased with the quality of their products, the great service they provide, and their very competitive prices.

Customer service is terrible here. They dont greet you with a smile like other businesses do. They give the impression that they dont like working here. I got the impression that the guy was the owner and the receptionist was not much help either. UPDATE: We went back a week later and we were helped by the guys who work the heavy equipment on the grounds. They were a delight to talk to. They even helped us load our vehicles. Hope the owner takes note.

I bought red mulch for an Eagle Scout project and Mr. Weisinger was kind enough to donate to our project. Red Mulch looks great on our outdoor stations of the cross path. Thank you Mr. Weisinger!

Charged me $12 to dump some limbs. Not cool.

Went in to buy my 30th yard of mulch in the last month. Im a teacher and do mulch and top dressing during the summers. I have used Weisinger for the last 3 years doing this. I have always wondered why there is such high turnover in staff. I think I figured out the reason. The owner. (according to him) I needed to drop off a tree limb in the back of my truck to make room for the mulch. The person stating to be the owner drove up and began to chastise me for not paying to drop off. I have dropped off tree limbs dozens of times and nobody has every told me this is the policy. I have even forgotten and the tractor driver would put the limbs in the tractor so I didnt have to take it back there. When I explained this the owner was puffing on his cigarette and chastising me for not following the policy that I just told him I was never been made aware of. When I showed him the 9 receipts totaling over $1000 he asked to see them so he could see the dates. after looking at them he shakes his head and says you need to pay to drop off, $6. If he would have been nicer about the situation I may have paid it and continued to do business but his attitude and the way he handled the situation led me to ask if he is willing to lose 1000s of dollars in business over one tree branch and $6. he said yes. so I will take my business a few miles farther down the road to Natures way Resources.

Weve bought rock and sand/fill material from W on several occasions. Cost is usually a bit less than the other local suppliers. Always dependable and never any short loads. If anything the material quantity is usually slightly over your ordered amount and I really appreciate that. Many yards send slightly low of the amount ordered, and most folks dont really know the difference.The material is clean and the descriptions are accurate - you get what you expect, especially with fill. Its clean and easy to work with.Their drivers are very helpful, great to work with. Josey (sp?) in the office is good about calling you back and setting everything up. I find that to be very considerate and appreciative of my business, even though Im not a major customer.Remember - its spring and they are busy. Plan ahead and get with them a week in advance to verify materials and to set up delivery.All in all they provide a good honest service - we will continue to use them for all of our landscape needs.

We made 7 trips, 8 yards worth. The last trip they topped us off with a little more for our time and effort. I will definitely use them again. Great knowledge and very friendly. Thank you so much!

They always help me with everything I need. From the workers out in the yard, to the lady in the office. I come in there often and Im never disappointed. They are excellent. This is my go to place for mulch and rock.

Somehow my credit card was double charged...there was a communication error during the process, so that could be understandable. What was not understandable, was that when I called back to get the problem resolved, the manager told me she didnt show a double charge. I told her my credit card company showed a double charge, She was unsympathetic and I had to get the duplication fixed with my credit card company.

Poorest quality garden mix I have ever purchased. According to the lady working inside, the standard garden mix offered only has sand and topsoil in it. For 10$ more they offer a mix with compost. I opted for the more expensive soil and I could not be more disappointed! For 38$ the mix I got basically looks like unscreened topsoil. It is full of sticks and large clay dirt clumps, some are bigger than a fist. I went ahead and added to my garden and watered it down. The water just ponds up on the surface and turns the top 3 inches into a mud slurry! The water will soak in evem after 30 mins. WORST GARDEN MIX EVER. Now that I spent a day dealing with this garbage soil, I will have to go to 1488 mulch and get some good quality mix and rework my garden! Never come here again!

Have been there for several different projects, the guys are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Although they did not carry what I was looking for they were extremely helpful and informative, that speaks volumes of the quality and care for customer service.
