I needed to ship computer items to my office and everyone I encountered both trips were helpful and friendly.
1. Arrived at this location @ 7:58 am 9/20/222. Waited for the clerk( Tall, old looking white guy )to open after he saw my daughter and I sitting in the car.3.He did not open the door till 8:10 after we knocked on the door several times as he stood there on the computer watching us4. He unlocked the door, pulled his mask over his nose and walked away from us.5. He Never acknowledged Us! I guess he was having a bad morning.6. There was a lady that came in 5 minutes later and he greeted and asked her if she needed help and that’s when I realized it must have been bc we were black.7. This was my daughter and I first time here and the service he gave us was a straight up disappointment and it totally lack professionalism. I’m going to sams today to buy ink for my printer bc I will Never Ever come back to this location.
The computer and printer were more cooperative than the welcoming staff. I will Come back to print because its the only shop near me .
Savanah was great!! She welcomed me with a smile a provided great customer service and she even helped me load a big package into my car loved her joyful and positive attitude.
Karen assisted me this morning, she got frustrated because she couldnt get the address right even though I offered to write it down for her since it was a Mexican address. Instead of helping me with the process she walked out in the middle of the transaction and asked the gentleman next to her to finish assisting me. Terrible attitude.
Awesome place. They package my stuff for me and theyre all very helpful. They seem to take really good care when handling computer equipment.

Great people at this store! I lost my FedEx Tracking Number, and of course, the day after Christmas. Nonetheless I called into Tracy, she found it in minutes although its not super easy to do, and she called me back in minutes with the number. Also the other Gentleman there whos name I dont remember was ever so friendly and fast entering the delivery information. Thank you Store 1043! Appreciated.
Really friendly staff. I dont do a lot of shipping, but I always come here when I need to send gifts or important papers. I have never had any negative experiences. Keep up the good work!
So far good service... 4stars because they have inline they open 9am and in the door said 10am soo a have to wait 30minutes until they open
Very rude customer service. Aimee was extremely unprofessional & rude. Employee had a terrible attitude ever since we came in. Management needs to step up & train their employees in customer service. I will for sure not be returning back to this location. I’m a manager as well & know that no customer should be treatedin such manner. The lack of respect & customer service had me shook,especially coming from an a employee. That shows what type ofenvironment is being cultivated in that location. I’ll for sure not becoming back to this location. This shows the lack of training & managementwithin the company. I’ll for sure not be recommending this location toanyone. There’s ways of speaking to your customers. Which for sure needs tobe brought up & trained to their employees.
Paid for 2 day shipping didnt arrive on time, 5 days later package was received.Fedex isnt honoring the fedex guarantee at the moment so you cant even get a refund or partial refund.UPS is not too far, recommend choosing them for your shipping needs.
I needed to take some quick copies of some documents and my printer went down I hopped in the car I was there in 10 minutes it literally took less than 5 minutes I was in and out everybody was super helpful their machines are awesome and fast and it was cheap too! Win win! Easy location lots of parking and a friendly staff who could ask for more?

My package arrived to my local airport early morning and I received it that afternoon very pleased with everything.

This location may be nice, but my current driver is costing me money left and right. This office does nothing but shield the deadbeat from any repercussions. So I just stay out of money and he keeps not delivering my stuff. Scanning it back in at the Conroe location as undeliverable. Yesterday he scanned it back into Conroe undeliverable at 4:30 pm but the packing tracking said 9:30 pm. This guy is good at bucking FedEx’s system to earn a paycheck, but horrible at actually doing his job. Seems legit? FedEx. Supervise your employees or call their supervisor and tell them what’s up. Plus my package was damaged when it was actually dropped off. Pathetic
Had some things printed at this local office and Tracy was a pleasure to work with. I have gone into this location numerous times and Tracy is always professional and very helpful. More businesses need people like her.

No customer service skills, not helpful, not even polite or friendly. If Aimee (name is based off of my receipt) would have put for the effort to help me in person instead of the very little effort she put in, then she would have saved us both the frustration we ended up with. A simple print job took way too long because of a simple setting request from color to black and white. All she would have had to do was come up to me. There was no one else in the store when I arrived and only 2 others arrived while I was there.I completely respect the features and options they have on their machines to obtain your materials for printing. However, there are so many options that you either need step by step help, regular use of the machine so you gain that experience each time or time to sit and read all of the steps and instructions before you print. To put it plainly, this is not an in and out experience if you havent done it before and the staff are not willing to help. (Gawd forbid the poor people who are not technically savvy try and work it)The one thing I expect from any business I visit is customer service. I didnt get that here. Absolutely not going to be coming back.
So I order a 18x24 print of my Dog from this location.I go in today to pick it up and when I get home,I realized I ordered the wrong size (16x20) Obviously I thought they messed up the size,cause its not like I make mistakes.lol But nope,I selected the wrong size.So I call down there and explain what happened and asked if there was any way I could get it re printed in the correct size and they did.They easily could have told me no they cant.But they went above and beyond.
Manager Casey is an absolute pleasure, nice, personable and professional.Unfortunately, they have an employee Echo who is nasty, extremely unprofessional and has absolutely no people skills whatsoever. She is a detriment to this Fedex Facility and taints the efforts of the otherwise professional employees. Unprofessional behavior exhibited by the likes of employees such asEcho is the reason Fedexs stock is dropping like a rock and Fedexs value is plummeting!

Walked in to try to mail out a package and the guy would not even help me out he was to busy chatting with someone else and also said that the shipping prices on line are wrong as well so needless to say I will not be doing business with here ever again

Every time we come here I leave happy. The staff is so friendly and helpful, even when confronted by grumpy people. Lori helped me today and was an absolute sweetheart. I would definitely drive out of my way to come here instead of another Fedex or UPS.
This place is a joke. Went in to get invited done. Was told it would it would be ready on Monday. Then they called my daughter last minute to say there was a problem. Then I found the lady who was they didnt even write the order up. The Manager doesnt seem to care that their employees lied from the word go.
Good service and convenience, but the lady that works here is not very customer friendly or displays much interest in helping/listening to what you are requesting.

I have a large account with FEDEX. I had packages that needed to leave today. I arrived at 5:05PM and Amy refused to take my packages even though the FEDEX ground driver had just pulled up and hadnt even loaded the packages in his truck. I asked the driver if he could take them and said it was up to AMY, which she again refused. I pay more to FEDEX annually than AMY gets paid. She needs to be reprimanded for her laziness. I drop my packages down to the next closest FEDEX location and guess what? They took accepted my packages, no questions asked. Even saw them go straight on the truck!
An excellent option to the Post Office with usually no wait. Friendly staff and easy access.
Lori and Holly worked a LARGE and complicated printing project for me. They were very helpful and completed it in a timely manner. I will return for future printing projects.
Horrible. Shipped my sister a birthday card and gift card from here. I handed it to the girl behind the counter and she typed it into the computer. I paid her and went on my way. It never made it to my sister. Apparently, they lost it AND FedEx will not pay the claim because the employee did not fill in a declared value. Wow.

Yikes!!! Stopped by to print 3 pages from my email. The computer said the charge was $7 and some change but my bank shows they charged me $15.00 even. Not good.
Better watch out, they force you to buy a very expensive box to ship your package in if you have it in a manufacturer box, even if the box is perfectly adequate.
