The employees at this business went over and above to help me obtain the equipment my doctor wanted me to use. Kathy is excellent and pleasant at scheduling appointments and John was patient and through at explaining the equipment and how to use it correctly. I was transitioning from an old cpap to a newer model and the people here went out of there way to insure i knew all about it and how to handle it and work it. Prior to that everyone at the location was very pleasant, (John) who i met with a couple of times was very patient and answered every question i had. Another point that helped was that they handled everything with Medicare and my doctor to get all the scrips and clearances i needed to get the new machine, which is great by the way. Anyhow, i would strongly recommend this company and of course this location. Great, great staff.

The best health care decision we’ve made in three years was to switch from our troublesome CPAP supplier to Texas Home Medical. They’re a breeze. We never have to call them over and over and over to get out stuff. If anything, we’re the difficult ones as we travel all the time. But they call and get our current address, then send out what we need. Adriana is so easy to work with and she does it right the first time. I have been with another BiPAP supplier that was very difficult to work with. My doctor gave me a prescription with Texas home medical. John met with us and within 5 minutes I had learned more about my equipment than in the 3 years I was with the first supplier. John knows how to talk with people, not down to them. I have been a highly satisfied customer with Texas Home Medical since September of 2018. I have jad issues with my CPAP mask, frame and headgear in the past. I have made several switches of masks and headgear on my own with not so good results. In every case Texas Home Medical has been there to help me find a workable solution to get back on track. Adriana takes care of ordering and filling orders to be mailed to their customers. John takes care of the setting up and deciding what equipment best suits each customer. Cant say enough good things about them both. For CPAP machines and suppliers you will not do any better than Texas Home Medical.

John was excellent. Very detailed in his explanations. My wife has a bipap machine and I have a cpap. My wife was recently put on oxygen which John delivered to our home at about 6 pm in the evening. Switched to Texas Home Medical after I had a bad experience with another supply company and my doctor had Texas Home Medical on a list of preferred suppliers. Glad I switched. Been with them about 6 weeks and have been very satisfied. John got me set up with a new CPAP that works great and even downloads usage data automatically daily to the web and you can go their and check out results of the treatment. Had to change the type of mask I started with and they made it fairly easy to switch to a different type of mask.

It has been a pleasure working with Texas Home Medical Supply to get set up with my CPap machine; from Michelle who was diligent in following up with my doctors to get the necessary paperwork for insurance approval; to John who made sure I knew all the ins and outs of how to use my equipment before I took it home. SEE UPDATE BELOW. Not impressed. I chose Phillips DreamWear under the nose nasal mask and had trouble with the headgear slipping up during the night causing leaks. Suffered a month trying other masks and technics to get a good fit. After researching the problem on the internet, found that the problem with DreamWear headgear slipping was well known and a replacement headgear with arms was available. Im at a loss to understand why Texas Medical did not know about the latest technology of a product they distribute to sleep apnea patients. I ordered the replacement headgear from Direct Home Medical for $28. Until then Im using a chin strap to hold down the head strap. Others with long hair use their pony tail. LOL.UpdateTexas Home Medical made it right...Got the new improved head strap and gave one to me free of charge. Works very well. Thank You.

They do not return phone calls or voice mails even when we call every day. My father has done everything they asked and has been waiting for them to get back to him for over a month and counting. If you need a cpap try to find another business to work with you and avoid this from happening to loved ones.

Texas Home Medical is the second company that I have dealt with on CPAP equipment and service. This company is by far the most outstanding for care, service and just a call regularly to make sure my equipment is working properly and that I understand how to use it and are using all the benefits the equipment can provide. I have experienced smooth sailing with this company and the personnel. I recently found out that the cell signal option I paid for through Texas Home Medical was never monitored by my supposed sleep apnea doctor. Not only do I consider that a waste of money for the service, but unbelievable that my doctor never accessed this valuable information. If the only purpose of the compliance data is for my insurer, then I would think the insurer would pay the service. This is pertinent to my review, because if you too buy this service, I recommend you ensure it is actually being used by your doctor to monitor your health.

TERRIBLE INITIAL CONTACT SERVICE. This firm received my CPAP orders from my doctor, sat around for 7 days ( no contact with me ). I finally called to find out the progress of my equipment, told they were having a problem with paperwork and talking with doctors office. Called doctors office, thay had not been contacted. On 7th day after receiving orders, Texas Medical spoke with doctors office, told them that sleep study was out of date ( wanted it within 6 months, the study was actually accomplished within past 3 1/2 months ). Doctors office called a different supplier ( Aero Medical - Conroe,TX ), told them dates of study - issuing equipment within 3 days. Texas Home Medical is extremely poor at communications with patients ( at least this one, I understand my doctors office is removing them from their recommended list of providers ).

I would give them zero stars if possible. These people are liars. Do not deal with them. I have paid hundreds of dollars and was told would own CPAP machine. Switched my insurance and they are now telling me I have to return machine and that I was only renting it. They also will not return my previous payment. Spoke with Sandra not at all helpful-feel they are comitting insurance fraud very unprofessional and questionable tactics.

Dorothy at THM has been instrumental in competently fitting me for my face mask and cushion. She is very knowledgeable of all the equipment and very prompt in delivering CPAP supplies. Dorothy is a first class professional.

This company had horrible customer service . Had to leave 3 voicemails over three days and still didn’t get a call back from Michelle. Same with Eddie - I needed to get the sleep study information that they have and Eddie said he would call me back in an hour . No phone call back. Office manager basically laughed at the situation and said they have other customers they are not worried about me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else !!!

I got a seg up with a sleep therapy machine from Texas Home Medical in Conroe, Texas. I chose them because my wife got hers there. I delt with Michelle in getting the machine ordered, Medicare approvals, and appointments. She was always very professional and so helpful. My setup meeting was with John Ober. John is so very knowledgeable and was so patient with me and my questions. My wife was in the meeting and was amazed how helpful John was. She has been on the same machine for a number of years and found out things she knew nothing about. Monday morning, John called to see how my first few days had been sleeping with the machine. He helped me with a couple of issues and said he would check with me again in a week. All of this is what I caal Service!

I would like to make special mention of John Ober at Texas Home Medicals, Conroe, TX location. I received my CPAP machine on June 11, 2019.Their representative was John Ober who walked me through the assembly and use of the machine. He was very through and easy to understand. John knows his product and its application. He is also very friendly and easy to talk to. He addressed my concerns and was very patient. If you are looking for a CPAP machine I would look no further than Texas Home Medical and John Ober!

CPAP delivered and set up by courteous, knowledgeable technician. Subsequent communications via phone and email received quick responses.

Maribell answered the phone when I called to get on the Semi-automated reorder list for supplies for my new CPAP. She was extremely helpful and informative. Very pleasant to talk with and went beyond the immediate issue to explain that because I have a federal insurance plan, the supplies are delivered on a three month basis. She further assisted me with two issues I have been having - one with needing more humidity and the other with the mask and thoroughly explained the options to include directing me to a You tube site to see those options. She suggested I wash the mask with mild baby shampoo, thoroughly dry it and see if I continue to have a reaction to the mask. She also pinged my file to check back with me in a couple of days and see if the initial washing of the mask fixed the reaction with my skin, or if I need a new type of mask. Maribell is a five star customer service agent!

Very poor to an extent I think they are a fraud, I wont recommend them at all, called their helpline were told that come in in the morning ing and pick up the equipment, drove from SL to Conroe, took off work just to be told that they cannot provide us the equipment intact since the equipment is non compliant, it needs to be returned

Refuses to accept warranty claims for devices they didnt sell despite Resmed stating they should as its a manufacturer warranty. Very friendly though, despite unfriendly policies.

Called in to ask a question about a product and they were kind of rude. I dont know about their supplies or services but that was my brief experience with them. Irritating enough to cause me to write a review.

Texas Home Medical is terrific ---- and the Conroe people are the best of the best!
