I was rear ended with some pretty significant damage. The staff at Service King did an amazing job on the car, but I was more so impressed with their communication and follow through. The response time was great. As we were getting toward the home stretch, I had so much support with them helping deal with the insurance and so much more. I had an amazing experience and highly recommend them.

After the sudden winter weather I had to go back to work. Hit a patch of black ice down by the Forum entering 35. Lost traction in all four wheels at once and hit the wall front and back. No airbags and drove away thinking it was mostly cosmetic and would look terrible for awhile. Jumped on my insurance app and got my car in the next morning. After a few days I found out it was some frame damage and a lot of cosmetic. Thankfully I had a rental covered because covid and Japanese parts took some time to arrive. All said and done I got my car back with an open return for the remaining part they went above and beyond to track down. I am so happy with the look and drive feel after all the hard work they put into it. Very satisfied and impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. Customer service was the best Ive ever had. They kept me updated throughout and understood the inconvenience of not having your own vehicle during the repair. Hands down best overall experience.
Went for lunch. Fast and friendly service that still took the time to treat you like a human being. Only downside is it is located at a gas station so parking and getting in and out was a bit odd. Food was great and remi did me of the real food I had in Yukatan. Had good dine in seating room and take out was easy if desired.
In general, this is one of the best experiences Ive had with a business. Service King was professional throughout the entire process. They informed me of the entire process, provided pick up for a rental, and sent updates daily until my vehicle was completed. My truck looked amazing when I picked it up. Thanks again!
Had a very wonderful experience at this service king! The staff was very friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable, and walked me through the repair process of my car. I received almost daily updates of what was being done to my car and when I should expect the repairs to be finished, and I received my car in a timely fashion. The general manager even reached out some days after to make sure I was totally satisfied with the work on my car—it was the best! I had my hood and fender replaced and they made my car look like new. Great repairs, great environment, overall would recommend.
My vehicle was repaired here after a minor accident. From the very beginning of the process to its completion I was kept up to date on the progress of repairs via text messaging. Service King found hidden damage that was not visible and made all necessary repairs. The snow storm that hit caused a minor delay but otherwise my vehicle was delivered as promised. I smiled and laughed as I drove away from the shop in my vehicle after repairs. It was like an accident never happened. Excellent customer service! Highly recommended.
This place and staff are very professional. They did a great job on fixing my car. You dont how important color match is when your car is more than a few years old. They matched my cars color perfectly! No dull spots either. You cant tell I was in a an accident at all. They did a great job!

Super fast service and their seamless coordination with Allstate and Enterprise Rental takes the majority of work and concerns off you. Drive up, go over estimate, sign, turn around do rental and you’re off.The have adapted well to the COVID requirements with masks and interior surface disinfection.

Service King did an amazing job on the Challenger. It actually looked like a brand new car afterward even though it’s a 2015. They even washed it and cleaned the interior. Then they helped us get an appointment to fix the tires too!( even though that had nothing to do with their service or the accident).?They definitely are true to their name and went above and beyond with their personal service. I would gladly recommend going there again.

Took it in for hail damage. Noticed car had scratches and scuff marks . Over sprays .tape marks unmatched paint . Orange peel. . Terrible work . I feel like my car came out worst than when I took it in.

I was referred to come here but after speaking to a gentleman named Mat I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my car .My headlight and horn went out and I knew a little about cars and tried to explain what was wrong I was talked to like i was incompetent and mat stated he happens to know a little bit more about cars. Mat was very passive so I decided to take my business else where and explore other options he wasn’t willing to listen it sucks because I just moved hear and this place was close to my house:/.
Repair did take longer than expected, but received excellent customer service from Matt and was informed the entire time of everything that was gong on. There was a few things that needed to be followed up on, but they were done immediately and was not given any hassle. Really enjoyed working with them and will recommend them in the future.
This is the best place to have work done!!! Service King took care of my every need and made my car look as good as new. Even down to the rental, Megan took care of me and was able to help get into a vehicle that accommodate my family and I. Also additional repairs were found and nothing was missed. The entire staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. definitely reccomend this place
I didnt even go to this place because of the customer service. Called to ask a question and the guy that answered was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive. Id rather pay the dealership prices.
Brought our Cadillac Escalade in June/July 18 for body repair. They went out of their way to make sure everything was good as new and even fixed some other stuff they didnt have to. Hope we wont need any more body repair but if we do, we will return to these guys without a doubt.

Bad Management, This started out on a good note then tuned into me paying extra 6 days for a rental car and my truck left there shop with plastic wrap on the rear window as it was never looked at and never wrote down to fix. this was well communicated before bringing the truck in. when the call came in to pick it up it was not fixed. Matt said he had not been told about the rear window leaking and acted surprised when i asked about thishis response was wondered why it had plastic on the window when it came in.i now have it at the dealership to fix the problems that Service King couldnt. bad Management.bad communication skills TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE.
Getting in an accidents stressful enough, so I appreciate not having to deal with stress in having my car repaired. I was greeted right away when I entered the shop, didnt have to wait past my appointment time, Service King already had the insurance information and payment issues sorted out, the damage was inspected and all repairs that needed to be done were explained. They also arranged for the rental car and for me to be picked up from their location, which was a nice plus.The time estimated to complete the repairs was reasonable, and I was able to sign up for text alerts informing me of the progress of the work. It was completed a little ahead of schedule, and when I went to pick up my car, I didnt have to wait around. The service advisor went over everything and made sure I was satisfied with the work before signing off on it.One of the doors was badly damaged and had to be replaced. There havent been any issues with it squeaking, difficulties in opening/closing, or with raising/lowering the window (ended up with all those issues after a repair at another shop). They did a good job on the paintwork, blending it well enough with the undamaged areas that youd never know its been repainted.They made the entire process as hassle-free as possible. Hopefully I wont need any more repairs due to accidents, but if it were to happen, Id take my car to this Service King location again.

Do not use this location I had more damage to my truck when I went to pick it up. I was told that it was already there. I hand wash my truck so I know every detail about it. The work they performed was good but as far as taking care of the rest of your vehicle not good . Pay close attention to your own vehicle if you use this location.

I got in an accident and needed my car fixed fast. They were super helpful, did AMAZING work, and got me my car back the day I needed it. It looks better than before it got hit lol. I used this shop after I read ended a pickup with my pickup. Granted, they were selected through my USAA, but I have no complaints with the quality or service from this body shop. Took them about 5 weeks to get my truck back, but the quality seems excellent. I am about 6 months out now and the color still matched well. Would take my car here again, although I certainly hope its not necessary.

They currently worked on our 535XI BMW and I must say the vehicle came out looking showroom new. Commend the staff as well as Crista who ensure that quality assurance was met above and beyond. I will continue to use this facility as I know the level of craftsmanship they put out. Would highly recommend. My advise is if you are unhappy with work done, try to give them an opportunity to make it right before you post. This a lesson learned. Kudos to Service King in Converse, Texas.

Bad management, got my truck back with broken headlights mounts, wrong mirrors, windvisers and emblems. They gave me my truck back hoping I would not notice. Then after having to wait for right parts to come because they had order wrong parts the second time, they just handed the parts to me a did not mount them. Talk to manager multiple times he never attempted to correct the issues. They have no attention to detail when putting cars back together. I had to fix door seems and other little things they mounted incorrectly
After having a bad experience with one of the staff memebers the owner actually called me personally to apologize. I appreciate the call and I didn’t have problems with anyone else so if you want to take your car here I’d suggest asking for someone besides the mechanic Matt.
I had some work done to my coupe after an accident last fall at this location. Everything was all smiles and handshakes at first. They even apologized for delays on the work being done, to which I told them its not an issue so long as my car is repaired thoroughly and as close to perfection as humanly possible. Well after about a month or so they handed me the keys to my car and after firm handshake and goodbye, I drove off. I went down the block to a gas station and turned the car off momentarily so that i could go inside the store. Whe. I came back, my car wouldnt start. Apparently these guys had ran my battery down so much it was completely dead. Now normally you can fix this by having it run for awhile and the alternator will recharge the battery after awhile. They failed to mention that to me when they handed me the keys, so i was caught unaware. Had to go buy another battery, shelling out another 100+ at oriellys because the nearest walmart was too far away. That was day one. After a few months go by I started noticing to some other major flaws to the supposed repairs I had recieved. My rear tow was not repaired which inadvertently cost me another 500 dollars to replace the rear tires that had become so worn out due to the camber being caused. My speed sensor was never fixed/replaced, my hood was never mounted properly even though I was promised it would be. (The guy who worked on it was mysteriously never around when I came back) Lastly, my front bumper is falling off and the grill isnt sitting flush with the rest of the front end of my car. I was told I was in good hands and I took them for their word. Apparently I was mislead into doing business with them. I wont make the same mistake again.

Worst experience ever!!!! Car was wrecked before Thanksgiving! Here we are nearly 80 days later and I’m still getting the run around! Was initially told my husbands car would be ready 12.26.2018. Here we are on Jan. 31st and multiple dates later still waiting for the car. Adjusted our schedules on numerous occasions bc we were told the car would be ready only to be in route and call to be told another week or two weeks later. They didn’t call to notify me the date changed, I had to contact them. Super unprofessional. Then they tell me last week the last step would be to get it programmed at the Dodge dealership which takes 3 hours, that was last week! I call them for an update, nothing has changed, meaning they haven’t even called to check in the car knowing we’ve been waiting for almost 3 months. I have a rental but who wants to pay a car note for a car you can’t drive. They are the absolute worst. Been going here before they were service king but never ever again!!!

Very bad customer service and the worst communication i have ever had with a business. started with JACKS PAINT PLACE back in may 2016 to have repairs from hail damage and was told we would get a call when they are ready to do the work. got no call from them and i had to call them in November 2016 and was told they are working on time line to get all hail roof damage fix and would call. i call them again in December 2016 to check on time line and was told very rudely that they are not JACKS PAINT PLACE anymore and are SERVICE KING now. i said FINE and are you going to call us to let us know that and are you still going to fix our cars. i was told yes by July of 2017. now get this i called again to let them know the check date is about run out in May and to check on the repair date. well the lady told now some time in 2018 and to call my insurance and have them get me a new check. THANKS SERVICE KING im sure ill pass the word how good your place and service is. going to find a new body shop. also i was a return customer for 15 years with JACKS PAINT PLACE. WOW they want my contact info. Thats funny they have my Name, address, and both of my phone numbers and they still did not call. FUNNY
