ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, FOREMAN UNPROFESSIONAL, TOOK ALMOST 2 WEEKS, BELONGINGS WENT THROUGH, LET BATTERIES DIE SOMEHOW OR DISCONNECTED THEM FRIDGE HAD FOOD IN IT RAW MEATS, 48 DOLLARS WORTH SPOILED AND LEAKED ONTO CARPET OF FLOOR, DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO CLEAN IT FUSE BOX COVER ON FLOORBOARD, INVERTER NOT W ORKING WAS WHEN IT GOT THERE DOORS UNLOCKED, COULDNT FIND PART AFTER DELIVERY, IF U GO THERE ITS UOUR FAULT U HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!!
I’ve been trying to reach their parts department since yesterday. I’m 1 hour away and I’d hate to make the trip for nothing. I called the Laredo Tx location and they were quick to answer. This sort of customer service shouldn’t be acceptable. I understand they might be busy with clients but a simple answering of the phones would be greatly appreciated.
Rear drive axle leaking grease, technician fixed non-existent front axle leak.
They did a good job got my truck fixed and running in less then 48 hours Id recommend them In the future if I need a truck repair.
I had my RV inspection here. The service guys were great! They were fast and efficient. But the payment process is very inefficient. After the tech was done with the inspection report, I went to the service office to get an invoice from them. Then had to into the main building up front to pay. There are no clear signs indicating which counter is the cashier. Once I paid using a credit card, she had to leave that counter, walk around the other counter to the end for a receipt. Then after coming back and giving it to me, I had to go back to the service center counter and give that to them. They then made a copy of it and gave me all the paperwork. Why cant the service center also run my credit card?
Only day I have off. I go there only to find out theyre doing inventory. Ive been trying to call for 2 hours, noone answered.

I love this shop. Weve always done mhc, but I believe French Ellison is my new go to place. Needed water pump and an air leak fixed. They found 5 air leaks (I have an older truck) and didnt charge me half the labor other place always do. Theyre friendly, theyre smart and once in the bay, theyre pretty quick compared to others. Thanks yall!

Calling them for a week for a part availability, after 15 minutes waiting on the phone the call just fail, I live 3 hours from them, is unbelievable that I have to drive that way to check if they have the part or not.

I have tried calling multiple times for availability on parts and can never talk to anyone.It just says, Call transfer failed and hang up on you.In person the guys in the front really do help you out but just due to the fact that i can never talk to anyone over the phone, they get 1 star.
Sent truck to get plug wired an fix ac. Got truck back and only ac was done right. Plug was done wrong an James said he would fix it with out charging me. Came the following week and they wouldn’t release truxk unless I paid for parts. Left truck without radiator cap

I was only asking an inspection but took them 6 hours. But the parts department staff are nicer and try to help you with the parts. Try to ask for the after market parts it cost much less than the original parts

Want here for some repairs. And turned into a Nightmare... Every time someone did a repair... Something else broke that wasnt broken before. 4 days and now my$ 3,500 Kenworth instilled radio. Thats the one with the touch screen. Now will not work.. And it was good before. Trying to leave Friday and hooked to my trl. After 1.700 in repairs. Nope was still down. Want back in$650 more. Did I say they opened my dash to instill new air valves. And thats when everything started with my radio..

Got here at 8 in the morning they said they would look at my truck by 1 in the afternoon they didnt look at my truck until the next day how about 2 in the afternoon and then at 5 they told me they dont have the parts and they wont have the parts until tomorrow maybe so a one day job turns into maybe a four-day job depending on how fast they work when they get the part so I wont hold my breath

Mechanics are unable to properly diagnose issues on the very products they sell Was sold parts that where defective and or not needed. After the repairs on both trucks 1 made it to 3009 in north San Antonio before spraying fuel through the exhaust destroying the new DPF filter that was sold and installed, the other truck made it to the dealership gate before it broke down,. The total of out of pocket money was 10,000.00 and the other portion was paid by Premium 2000 Insurance. The dealership and the district manager could care less and obviously condone the actions of their employees. Rude, lazy and unprofessional service and the only thing they managed to do properly was take money they were not due.My advice stay far away from French Ellison Truck Center in Converse Tx “ San Antonio “

Had truck for 2 and a half days for a PM. Didnt even have filters for a PACCAR motor in stock. Their OWN engine line and didnt have filters...epic fail.

Kinda fancy place,but 2 out of three they get it wrong on my truck,they are quick to overcharge if they can get away with it.This last time their mistake would ve been deadly,they installed my steer axle kingpins wrong,after they installed them I went over to the Flying J to have an oil change,and when they tried to grease the kingpins the grease would go right out,upon examination it was determined that KW had installed KP upside down or something,went back to KW to correct their potential deadly mistake,had I not done an oil change I would ve gone and start my journey,possibly have my wheels fall off due to heat and lack of grease.No,I wouldn t recommend this shop to any one.,

I am pretty disappointed. They couldn’t even call me when my truck was done. I kept having to call and finally they said oh yeah it’s done. I basically got charged $70 for the mechanic to turn the AC on while test driving it. I had the AC compressor stop turning a few times but it’s random. This is how you test it? Another $200 to put a cable back on the door handle. I got 100 miles down the road and check engine light came back on. Not going back to sit for two days when you did about 4 hrs of work on it.
