I went into this store on 9/17/2021. 1st let me say the lady that was helping me was not friendly at all. She acted as though she didn’t care to help me on the recliners at all. I forgot to take a picture of the chair and called back to ask some questions and then I asked if she would take a picture and send it to my phone and she wanted to use my email instead of phone so I gave it to her and I have not received anything from her. Needless to say I am upset and another thing is their prices are outrageously high. I was gonna try and purchase the chair because I liked the color but oh well !!!! I hope you have a better experience than I did if you decide to visit the store.

Had an appt for a repair for a date/time. Never showed up or called. After a week I called to see what the problem was, they apologized and said they were sick. So we made a new appt. Never showed up or called. Heck, don’t book repairs if you can’t do it. Or maybe call if you can’t make it. Geez, poor business operation.

These guys installed a stove for my parents and didnt leak check the gas. My parents came home last night and smelled gas. The office told them to turn their gas off and they would be there MONDAY. Im a commercial HVAC tech and I can 100% tell you this company is trash. Dont use them unless you want your house to burn down. Unacceptable. I am just at a complete loss for words

I purchased 4 appliances after going in and getting help with my measurements and suggestions for which options would work best for my location. These were delivered, installed and set up in the time-frame promised. I am very happy with the service and products and would definitely shop here again.

Horrible experience. I flip homes for a living and have never dealt with a company like this. They dodged responsibility, obnoxious customer service-flat out Rude and very incompetent. When I walking into their store in Conway, SC I should have listened to my gut. It smell like pure Mold and Mildew, burning my eyes, pouring tears. I would never by furniture from there and put in my flips because if that place smells like mold then mold spores are in the fabric of furniture which can spread in you home.I buy roughly 100 large appliances and all new furniture for every flip or my rental property upgrades or replacements.They sent me a heavily damaged large appliance, took 2 weeks for them to get it out of my way, almost 4 weeks to get my money back only afterI filed dispute with credit card company. Thank goodness I didnt pay them cash. I never had these issues with any company!

I ordered a new washer machine and dryer from Carolina Appliance and Furniture. The appliances are the perfect fit, impressively quiet, excellent quality, sturdy and durable. The customer service was exceptional in all aspects, especially when helping to decide on the correct appliances and specific measurements. I am more than pleased with the speed of the delivery. Not only did they carefully install my new washer and dryer, but they removed the old washer and dryer as well. I cannot brag enough about the quality of service at Carolina Appliance and their professionalism of making sure the customer is completely satisfied. Excellent service from beginning to end. This company has come out through my warranty company several times & has not found the problem with my my refrigerator/freezer, my freezer is so frosted up but they say there’s nothing wrong with it because the temperature is where it’s supposed to be at,well you might think it’s got to be something else because obviously this is not normal, if you think this is normal then you seriously need to find a new job & you obviously don’t have a clue of what your doing. I can send you several pics of the frost in my freezer & items are frosted with ice on them. I don’t care how long you’ve been doing your job you’re guys obviously don’t know what there doing. Every time they come out they only check the temperature nothing else.

Came in at midnight no Fridge, Friday morning called four places all to busy couldn’t deliver for a week or more, This fine business I called them told them my dilemma and they were more than Happy To Help Me!! Got my Fridge that afternoon and the delivery Guys were some of the most respectful nice men that we have worked with, And the Owner such a sweet kind Lady, As well as the Sale Lady that worked with me. Also the furniture that was in that show room beautiful, I even fell in love with a end table! We traveled from Murrells Inlet after checking their web site, which indicated that the store had in stock a particular over the counter microwave with the model number we required. When we arrived, we were informed that they did not have said microwave, but could order it with an approximate delivery date of 2 weeks. They seemed totally uninterested in the erroneous information and the unnecessary trip this caused us to make. Obviously a business which is totally uninterested in customer service.

I purchased a speed Queen washer and dryer set for my business. It was a smooth delivery and installation. I had a little bit of bad luck with the washer. It was a manufactures error. Carolina appliance and furniture resolved the situation for me with no questions asked. They were very helpful and had great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Purchaed a Whirlpool washer, bew type with no agitator, it never operated correctly, motir transmission failed after two years, they installed a new transmission, they wouldnt cover it under warranty, they wanted to be paid over $250.00for the new transmission, absurd, under 100 loads of laundry washed. It is now July, and transmission failed again.I wouldnt buy a hair dryer from this company. They hide behind the product they sell, not stand up for the product they sell.This is why the big box stores are putting local retailers out of business, the big box stores aka lowes, home depot, sams etc etc.I usually purchase locally, but not from this local.company again, not letting them take the cash out of my back pocket again, I will purchase new from Dews Appliances, or big box

After six months of disappointments, one phone call, walked in and walked out with the refrigerator, washer and electric dryer to be installed
