Bought a H3 Hummer, totally not happy about it. First 3 times I drove it, had problems. This vehicle has been in the shop for the past 3 months.just not happy... Im not sure yet but I think they have a lemon law here. Have a certified machanic look at the vehicle before you buy it. Ive owned it since September, 10 months. Its been in a shop for over 5 of those months.

I purchased a vehicle from here. Shortly after purchase my check engine light came on causing me to panic. I took my car back to Brothers Auto Sales and the owner provided me with a loaner and assured me everything would be fine. The car had the same issue happen again and yet again the owner provided me with a loaner assuring it would be taken care. The issues that my car has been having had me extremely worried. The owner was available even after business hours and making sure I was kept up to date with everything. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. The owners are friendly and extremely helpful. Staff can be kind of rude when it lasts about a missing cap inside the engine Im not sure if it was windshield wiper fluid that was covered with tin foil it was told while youre buying a used car quite nicely I mean it was a $6 pie you could have bought it and placed it inside the engine and certainly not have been as rude as the salesman was to me when questioned about it

We bought a vehicle from Brothers Auto today 3/26/2020. I honestly have bought a lot of vehicles since I was 18. I want to say that this group is absolutely amazing. They have great sales group, great person doing paperwork fast and efficient, and all around great atmosphere. I will never go anywhere else to buy another vehicle again. I plan on buying a work car in a month or so and I can guarantee I will be back to buy from them again. Not to mention we got some of the best news in the entire world while we was doing paperwork and they celebrated with us seriously great group of people.

I went there today, looking at different cars, not one person came out to see or help me even though I was opening doors and such to different vehicles. I saw a Nissan Armada online that I was excited to go see only to get there and find several things wrong with it, the ad said it came with a 90 day warranty but the paper in the window says no warranty. I looked up value on the vehicle and it was priced on the very high end considering. I looked through the car thoroughly not only did I find someones belongings in the vehicle in different places, I found several things wrong that would need immediate attention. I found water coming out of some areas of the car that should not have water coming out of it. If they were willing to come down on the vehicle I would have bought it today, but they are very firm on their prices and made that very clear in the ad so I left. I found the same vehicle 2 years newer with 122,000 miles on it for $1,200 less. I also found a couple of the tires are extremely low in tread looking like they need replaced. Very disappointed after driving 2 hours to look at their cars.

This dealership deserve an award for hospitality, and great customer service.I never ran into a car lot that offers extended warranties on used cars. I advise everyone to give this establishment some of your time especially of you are serious about finding the right wheels and deals. (GO SHOP WITH THEM ASAP)

Bought my vehicle along with 4 year warranty less the 3 months later ended up pay over 3000 out of pocket car was full of sludge so warrant would not cover. The dealership keeps saying they are working on getting my warranty to reimburse me but it is going on 4 months since I had the issues with car fixed so I paid 2500 down 1400 for warranty then still had to shell out over 3000. I certainly hope they keep their promise!! Time will tell Was offered 500 and was told it was coming from warranty company, which was a lie he recently messaged me saying he was going to give out of his own pocket!!

This dealership goes by CarFax Fair trade in value,I was told KBB,and NADA,which are nationally accredited,are unaccuracte . They also wont pay higher than Carfax good condition when Carfax is already 3k lower average. NADA Excellent condition Trade-In was $9750 I was offered $6800 from this dealer,this was the offer I received for my car as excellent. Good Luck with Them.

I dont normally write reviews but i felt compelled to let potential customers about this small but great establishment for used cars. I was shopping for a car for my nephews first car at 16 years old. I was referred to them by a friend so decided to drive down and check them out. The dealership is small with 30-50 cars with good cars at affordable prices. Took off with a ford, we are happy with it.

Very nice people but financed a car from them amd 2 weeks later it had issues. They tried to help but did not fix anything. Everytime I call they refer us to Caleb and he seems like he wants to help but doesnt do anything. The warranty that they offer doesnt pay for anything so now we are stuck with a car that we cant drive. Do not buy from them.

My family just bought 3 difrent cars from them this year all them aroun 5k and 15 k all them are in a mechanic at least once a month the last car we got from them was a 13k suv air conditioning vents gets freez in the cabin filter side after a week to use it in a 6 hour drive we came back to get help from them because of a 90 day warranty and they didnt help us we have to pay to fix it now .after one week we buy a 13k car .ARE YOU SIRIUSi dont know what to wait now after a month of drive it i will never go back to buy not even a basicle from them😡

They were friendly but I’m so glad I don’t have the car I got from there. Bought a 2007 Nissan Sentra . My A/C stopped working within a month, I wasn’t happy with the car at all there was problems after problems . They weren’t honest with me, telling me that my car wasn’t in a wreck, they try to fix my hood but didn’t fix anything, they gave my car smelling like cigarettes And all I can say is that I’m glad I am not doing business with them anymore I don’t recommend it to anyone. I know it was probably my fault for choosing them and to the owners no I am not going to contact you to work things out or even take my post down. (:Back to your response... 1. I did had a male with me checking the vehicles. 2. I didn’t test drive 3 vehicles.3. You & I both know it was a salvage car. & you guys weren’t honest. 4. Y’all didn’t fix anything .
