Jay was awesome, they had a huge wait and I had three small children under the age of 6 with me. Not only did they squeeze me in and get my tire fixed but they did it so quickly! I took my car too Mavis to have some break work done. I have been to many places and was giving the run around of what I need fix and they wanted to add something esle. But at Mavis they fix what I needed and didnt ask for anything else. If you need anything fix on your car the only place you should go is Mavis. Im so grateful for the employees at Mavis Tire in Conway! I recently moved to SC and was experiencing tire pressure issues which I thought could have been due to the extreme atmosphere change. My boss who is a local said Mavis tire was the only place I should be going for tire issues. The online appointment set up was incredibly easy and when I arrived for my appointment everything was organized and on time. They discovered I had a nail in my tire, removed the nail, patched and filled my tires and reprogrammed my tire pressure sensor - all of this for free which was amazing since I would have usually paid $75 for this service in New England. Mavis in Conway will be my go-to for as long as I live in this area!

Mavis ties are the best. Ordered tires had them within a few hrs and installed. Ended up having an issue with one of my rims and they went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed. Joe at the counter was supper helpful and kind!

Just got a flat tire while running an errand. Drove straight to Mavis. They fixed it immediately and showed me the screw that was the culprit. So quick, so easy, and such pleasant service personnel. We have been there four times in the last year, most recently last week for a wheel alignment on another vehicle. Before that, they worked on our brakes. They consistently provide quality service with a smile. Ill really miss them-- were moving to another state in a month. I hope Mavis expands to Indiana!

As a young woman with limited knowledge on vehicle repairs, I’m always so skeptical of getting ripped off. From the moment I called, Joe and the shop guys were awesome. They were able to take a look at my Jeep same day and had me in and out in under an hour. Never felt pressured for more than the exact work that needed to be done, and when my tire couldn’t be repaired Joe swapped it out for my spare free of charge. My tire went flat late on a Sunday afternoon. I called Mavis as it was right up the road from me and they were able to get me in and fix my tire right away to get me back up and going. From the time I walked through the door the staff were pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend Mavis Tire of Conway for everyone. Bought a brand new set of tires just to get a defective tire. Even bought the extended warranty for $15 extra per tire. Still getting the run around. Mavis refuses to do any thing and even says my warranty is invalid. I have no warranty. Next time I’d do to Goodyear or any other tire place this one will steal your money and tell you good luck!!! Very unsatisfactory

I was at the bank and someone honked behind me and let me know I had a flat tire. I was horrified that I had been driving on it without any idea. I’m a college student on a budget and I needed to go ASAP. So I googled auto repair shops in Conway. I came across Mavis Tire & Brakes. It was only seven minutes away so I went. When I walked inside I noticed everything was very clean and quiet. The staff were professional and friendly. They communicated that it may be a couple hours before they can assess whether or not they can repair or replace it because there were a few people ahead of me. So I sat patiently and within the hour they replaced my tire and quoted me a affordable rate. I was impressed by how quickly they fixed it and am very grateful. Being away from home and adulting can be scary. From now on I will continue to go back to them for any other maintenance or repair issues.

I bought some toyo open country mt from Mavis tire in Conway South Carolina. I received one bad tire it had a lump in the tread and made the truck vibrate aggressively at 40 mph. I spoke with Mavis with in a week and 300 miles, they gave me the biggest run around saying my truck was at fault. I spent hundreds on dollars replacing steering components, shocks, ball joints, u joints, etc. I also had 3 alignments, 4 tire balances and rotated the tires 5 times. I finally took it to another tire place they found that one tire had a defect causing the rest to chop and wear horribly. I bought a new set of tires and it corrected the issue. Mavis is now still giving me the run around. The only resolution they have offered was $184.50 back when I’ve spent $1739.86 on the toyo and $1491.48 on a new set of nitto trail grapplers. Guy joe also contacted the buyer of my truck(i bought the new owner the new set of tires) and bad mouthed both me and the truck. Lucky the new owner was well aware of the situation.

Always tell me exactly whats going on and show me how everything works! Jay and Joe were awesome in explaining what I should do.

The only place in Conway SC I know that will take care of my car and won’t be dishonest about what it needs, they’re quick too and if there’s a delay they make sure I’m okay with waiting awhile longer. Very great group of guys there.
