I had a sudden alternator fail while on the road with a fifth wheel. After calling around to a few places, I contacted Auto Care Plus and spoke with Anthony and he said to bring it right in. They fit my truck into the lineup and had the part the next morning. Back on the road quickly and at a good cost. Very professional, timely, and professional. Highly recommend this team.

We are on a road trip from California. Our truck started tractoring and the check engine came on. We were able to get our RV into an RV park and had the truck towed to AUTO Care. This was on a Saturday (surprise). Anthony was was on duty and took us right in. He arranged for us to get their loaner car, a savings of about 600.00. They were very professional, thorough and got us back on the road in a few days. We would highly recommend them.

I was in the middle of a road trip from Virginia to Massachusetts to New Hampshire, and my friend and I had just driven down an EXTREMELY steep mountain road and I smelled some rubber burning. Turned out it was my brakes. Jake, Anthony, and the rest of the team were fantastic to work with. They called me after we dropped off my truck and broke down what the issues were. They helped make a very stressful situation easy to handle. After we spoke, they emailed me an extremely thorough break down with photos and level of urgency of repair. It was a serious issue, but I felt like the pricing was beyond fair. I was able to continue my vacation and then make the long drive back to Virginia- which was smooth as butter! Jake and Tony are the best. Had a broken down vehicle while vacationing here. Unfortunately the car needed a new alternator which had to be special ordered. Jake scoured the country for an OEM alternator and finally found one in Florida that was overnighted to the shop. He was in constant communication with us throughout the whole ordeal. While we had to extend our stay for another 5 days, Auto Care Plus provided us with a free loaner vehicle that was a life saver. This shop was highly professional, did good work on the car, and we safely made it back to NJ. Thank you!

Jake and Anthony made us feel welcome during our first visit to Auto Care Plus in Conway today. We were there for an annual inspection and we were impressed by the report we received on the condition of our car. Very thorough, detailed and no pressure to address 2 minor items that werent pressing. They even gave our dog treats and water! Very happy with the service. We will be using them again in the future.

I always trust everyone at AutoCare Plus...they are informative and explain everything clearly, so I know exactly what I’m getting and trust their judgement. Anthony and Jake were especially kind and helpful in explaining what all I need to get done, but did not pressure me into anything- they gave me all the info I needed to make a decision that is best for me and the life of my car. Shame on Auto Care Plus for taking advantage of my neighbor, he is an elderly veteran living on a fixed income, right before Christmas. They charged him $714.40, for a rebuilt starter, after a AAA discount. He called local area auto parts stores and was able to get parts for $109.00, they charged him $291.65 for the parts and labor $379.48, environmental charge $43.27, a charge that might as well have been called miscellaneous for all the relevance it has to the repair. My husband installed a starter in my truck and it took him one hour!!! He went in today to ask why the bill was so high, they said the truck was rusted and they couldnt put it on the lift, which is completely unrelated to the problem being addressed! You dont even NEED a lift to fix a starter; my husband did it in his own driveway! And even if that was the case this still does not justify the exorbitant price they charged this man on a limited fixed income without any justification or explanation beyond personal gain! Merry Christmas Scrooge ~ The manager of this store should make this right with the customer, not depend on the customer to call him.

Car would not start for drive back down Mount Washington and had to be towed. After evaluation it was determined a fuel injector and spark plugs needed to be replaced, along with oil. Spoke with Service Manager Anthony. Had already called a few shops and was refused service at Prompto 10. They had pushed for blended synthetic after I had requested synthetic twice. Then refused work becasue my dipstick is shoved down into the oil pan. Its not a big deal, but Prompto was insistent they could offer no service. I knew when I spoke to Anthony, I would havent to bring it all up, I just got the sense hed be fine. He squeezed me in at 4 pm, and I arrived at 4:45 pm. Couldnt do the work asked to reschedule next morning which I did. ACPCTSC road tested the vehicle and provided a concise visual report with photographs. I ended up replacing the entire rear wheel brake system and replaced fluids. I am in this area working and when I learned I was looking at an expensive job (labor was 3 hours, ~$98 per) and complained about my time and schedule I was immediately offered a loaner and the transfer process was easy. They completed the work on time (not always a guarantee in automotive repair) and test drove it again. The work is guaranteed for 50,000 miles nationwide (excluding normal wear). Getting it back into my hands again, everything is in excellent order. So for these reasons, customer care, reasonable pricing, timely and complete work Im giving this business an excellent rating. In a location like this, their customer service reveals the owners have committed ensuring a better business; I like to prioritize that, especially in the automotive industry. Its rare.

They told me my rear breaks needed urgent replacing and were about to bill me +$500. When I took it for a second opinion nearby was told my breaks are totally fine and had several more years on them, not at a 3 as I was told. The other shop had already ordered the parts so I was lucky they were honest and didn’t scam me as this place would have.

We had a freak accident and our vehicle was towed here. Jake was absolutely amazing. Right away we understood that he cared, that he was extremely competent and that we were in terrific hands. Jake kept us posted every step of the way and actually pointed out an additional significant problem not related to the accident that required immediate attention. Our damage was extensive and Jake and the team’s appraisal was very thorough. Going forward in the Conway area this is the only place we plan to bring our vehicles for service. Can’t thank you all enough.

Routine NH inspection that revealed two major issues of a cracked leaking battery and air filter that had damage from a rodent. Always honest and upfront. There is never an upsale when performing service on your vehicle. I have been using them since I moved here 4 years ago and will continue to do so.

Family vaca from MD...thought a nice ride in the white mountains with four children would be fun but we were left stranded. My alternator and battery completely died on my mercedes gl450! No phone service thank God we were with family traveling together. George at auto care was a sweetheart and had my car done as fast as he could...even on his birthday! His price was fair for my car. Id recommend this place for sure!

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Jake and Joe. First night up on vacation serpentine belt shredded due to an ongoing power steering leak. Got AAA to tow to Auto Care Plus and they got the motor cleaned, identified the power steering leaks, replaced the Power steering pump and high pressure line, both leaking. Got a new belt on and had it back on the road within 30 hours. Just to add to the hospitality side of things they gave me a free loaner GMC so we weren’t stuck with the kids and no car to go sight seeing. Prices were fair considering the location and convenience. Thanks boys.

I found this place online because I try to avoid big chain businesses if possible. I raced to get there an hour before they closed. I told the 2 guys I just needed an oil change, they kinda laughed and said now I said yes, just an oil change. Nope. They shouldnt advertise next to Meineke and the other 10+min oil change places.

Tony was polite, andtand service was prompt and a good price. I would go back.

Ill lead with the one and only con -- prices were about 20-30% higher than what I am used to. (To be fair though, I have no idea what local prices are because Im from out of state). Other than that, everything about this place was impeccable. Fast to get an appointment, great work getting my car running again, fast turn-around, wonderful customer service, honest and upfront with money and repairs, and even a loaner car for my convenience. If my car broke down in Conway again, Id come right back.

One star because my bill was $300 higher than it should have been, and I feel not only cheated but talked down to and ignored when I tried to find out why my bill was so high.I had my passenger side view mirror replaced- the entire apparatus. The bill came to over $600. I was shocked at payment and when I asked for details was told the part alone cost $500. I let it go at the moment, as I didnt have time to research.Later, I researched the price of the part from a dealer locally, and found it to be just $200, not even close the the $500 I was told. Online, the part can be found for just $65.I called AutoCare Plus immediately, and talked with Tom, who told me, again, the part cost $500, despite my explaining Id talked with a dealer of this exact part who told me it was priced at just $200.I also never received an itemized bill, even when I asked for one. The mechanics didnt review any of the potential issues with my car, or future needed repairs, as they have in the past.Overall, very unhappy, this place has gone down hill since I started going here, and I wonder if my very pricey coil spring replacement price that I had to get done last time I had inspection, was also a ripoff based on reviews.They have lost me as a customer, I will certainly not be going back. I will continue to pursue getting a $300 refund. Life is busy, I wish I didnt have to add to it by trying to get a fair price from a place I have been bringing vehicles to for the past 4 years.

We broke down in Conway with a wheelchair lift van that was carrying myself, my oldest son, my daughter-in-law and my adult wheelchair-bound son. Because it was Saturday and 2:40 in the afternoon, one of the repair parts was not available at the local parts supplier and repairs would have to wait until Monday. The emergency problem then became how to get my son and his chair home, 60 miles away. Joe, the service manager, and employees Jason and Joey (along with Francis (Bumpy) a friend who came over when the garage was closed, did everything and more to try to get someone to help. They called everyone they knew or who they thought could help to no avail. The problem was FINALLY solved when some friends came over (several hours later) and we moved him into their extra large pick-up and tied his stripped-down chair in the back. Then we had a problem getting the rest of us home and they helped with that by providing us a loaner vehicle which also helped carry the wheelchair parts that had to be removed. They are an incredible crew and the service was way above and beyond what was to be expected. The van was repaired as promised on Monday and it works very well. Thanks to everyone for their absolutely incredible help. They need a raise for providing this type of service. I just cant say enough.

Stopped in after roadside assistance helped me with swapping out one of my dual rear wheels with my full spare. I had ran over something in the road and the tire was determined to be unrepairable. They did dismount the spare from the grey rim and remounted it on my chrome rim and put it back on my truck. Seems like a small thing, but it was important to me to have my truck looking the way it should! thank you

Ive been using this shop for a few years now and have had nothing but good experiences with them. My repairs have always been fixed correctly the first time and they are extremely good at explaining the issue and repair work performed. I am especially grateful that they provide a loaner car (when available) for no extra cost... only need to replace the fuel you use.

So I had my 99 GMC 1500 towed her on a saturday afternoon after i broke down thru the notch. Jake was awesome and super personable he fit me right in to have a full vehicle inspection and my truck was in dire need of some work i couldnt afford... they allowed me to let it sit for THREE WEEKS!!! All without charging me any extra storage fee... ontop of all that when I finally found a buyer who couldnt show up till close Jake was willing to not only give us company and assistance but to also stay over a half hour late till we could get it running and I could find the title so I could use that money from selling it to pay them! Got it towed to the buyers house and had a beyond excellent experience. I will be back and I recommend anyone to this garage! They were also VERY thorough in examining the vehicle and effortlessly broke down the complicated mess of work it needed! Thanks auto care plus! It was 4:30 pm when I called George at Auto Care Plus with a busted exhaust pipe on my Subaru Outback. They were the only ones open past 5:00 pm in the Conway area. No sooner I pulled into the shop they had it up on the lift and finished the job in an hour. The mechanic stayed late just so we could have a safe and quiet ride home. I cant thank George and the mechanics enough for patching my exhaust pipe... Best auto service shop in the area!

I have utilized Importech for over 8 years. The service is excellent. All repairs are explained in understandable language. I have older cars with substantial mileage and Importechs maintenance has allowed them to operate in a trouble free fashion. They are courteous and professional. I recommend their services without hesitation.

As always the service was top notch. They took our vehicle (the one my wife had previously taken elsewhere) in on very short notice, did the inspection immediately, and told us what had to be done. Their inspection found several items that her regular mechanic had missed, one of which would have had a devastating result on the vehicle if not discovered and fixed. The vehicle was fixed to our satisfaction in a timely manner so we had it the same day. We will continue to use Auto Care Plus in the future for both of our vehicles now.

Where do I even begin? Not only does Importech have the best and hardest working crew I have ever met and not only do they have the most skilled techs I have ever met. But they are the nicest people I have ever met. Being a young man who knows nothing about cars it would be easy for someone to take advantage with me when it comes to my car. But Jason and the boy do the exact opposite. When I first went in the took great care of me and invited me into their family. Honestly Jason gives me better advice then some of my family members do. He treats me like Im part of the family and makes sure that my car is running better then it should be. The skilled techs there know their stuff. They get the job done right the first time and they get it done in a timely manner. Without they guys at Importech I would be so deep in a hole I would hit china. They are always looking out for me and are always up front about what work my car needs. I will never truth another mechanic or group of mechanics as much as I do the Importech crew. I suggest them to every person I know who drives, and I suggest them to you as you read this very comment. Very good experience. I took my BMW here for a battery change. Staff was EXTREMELY accommodating. I had to leave the car at their shop for an extra day because of a large snow storm. Car was safe, clean and I am happy. Thanks Jim!!!!

They take advantage of the customer with their dishonest practices. They are not knowledgeable regarding brakes or engines. They cant keep good techs just the dishonest techs that dont know the simplest repairs. Go to an honest repair shop that will not steal from you and ruin your car.Your tech wanted to repair just one front brake not both front brakes. You should always repair either both front or rear brakes together to keep your brakes in sync and for safety. No other shop would ever just repair/replace just brakes for one wheel.Your estimate for incorrectly fixing only one of my front brakes was $205.17 more than what I actually had to pay to have both of my front brakes replaced correctly at another nearby shop.

This is a wonderful garage that is very helpful. Especially Mike who took care of everything when my car broke down while I was in town for a hiking trip. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Weve come to this place a few times, and once now under the new ownership. Very happy with the level of service and how personable the staff was. We have limited experience with the shop compared to some long time locals, but have heard great things and are very happy so far considering were new to the valley and used to have a friend in the business who was our mechanic.

Importech is a top-notch business and I wish I lived in NH, because Id go there all the time for routine maintenance.The night before I was set to drive to Quebec, I had stopped in Conway to break up a long drive from NJ and spend the night with friends in the area. My battery died, and while I was able to get the car going with a jump-start, I was nervous about going to Canada for two weeks. My friend called Jason first thing the next morning, and explained my situation. Jason told me to come down right away. The guys tested the battery and showed me the results on the meter, which clearly showed a battery that had reached its limits in terms of being able to hold a charge. In less than an hour, I was on my way to Canada with a good battery (3 year warranty) and at a cost that was less than what I would have paid had I gone to my regular Subaru dealer. (I asked when I got back to Jersey!)The guys at Importech are true professionals. In was treated like a long-time customer, even though it was my first time there. A potential vacation disaster was avoided - and I had great peace of mind on my trip - because of the prompt and courteous service I received at this business.

George was phenomenal! He was kind and accommodating when I brought my car in late on a *Saturday* afternoon with a sudden brake problem. I was visiting Conway from Burlington VT, and I was worried about getting home. George not only looked at my car for me, but even had rental (again, on a Saturday!) lined in case the job was going to be large enough where Id need to rent a car to get home.The brakes thankfully were okay, and the drive back to Burlington was quiet and stress-free. It was wonderful to work wth George and Auto Care Plus.THANK YOU!!!

I like supporting local business by buying quality used cars and keeping them going as long as reasonably possible. I have relied on Importech for many years. I have high expectations for quality work for a reasonable price. They have responded well, gone above and beyond at times when we have encountered a tricky diagnosis or repair. This latest repair - manual transmission & clutch replacement for over $2.5K - seems to have been done well, and carries their warranty. I am confident in continuing to rely on my car, even though it has 200+K miles on it. I am pleased with Importechs service and high quality standards. You can get cheaper repairs somewhere else perhaps (though not at a dealer), but the confidence I get here is worth so much more.

This place has Awesome employees. Professional and great at what they do. Definitely the kind of mechanic shop you dont regret going to.

Went there to get a state inspection. With my car already passable for the inspection, work on the car done at northern tire and alignment. Was in North conway to go shopping when I decided to swing in to get a sticker. Northern tire is not open on weekends. waited over 2 hours just for them to tell me my car wouldnt pass because I need a tie rod, and there is exhaust seam seal on the seams of the pipe. Brand new exhaust with gaskets. The seam seal is to keep the salt of the metal connections. Witch they told me the law says I cant do that. Went back to northern tire explained what was going on. They northern tire then looked at my car again. They explained that the seam seal is just fine, and they were trying to swindle me the tie rod was just fine. My car took the striker no problem. They just were trying to tell me things were wrong in hopes that I would have them do work on my car. I filled a complaint with new hampshire DOT and reported it to the state police.

My experience at Auto Care Plus was awesome!!! The guys at the front desk and in the back were extremely helpful, extremely kind, super knowledgable, and we had lots of laughs as I waited! I couldnt have been more impressed with the customer service and actual car service!I have a BMW and am reserved about going to a non-dealership autoshop, generally. They have become my new spot as I fully trust the integrity of their work and service!

I have been a customer of AutoCarePlus since they came to the Mt Washington Valley and purchased Importech; however, I can no longer recommend them.Over the years their service has deteriorated to the point where I no longer have confidence in the quality of their work or the integrity of either the management ot the owner.I will not be returning.

Mount Washington Valley is extremely fortunate to have Auto Care Plus in their community. They have incredible management and service staff. My 2007 Volvo XC70 had to be towed there on a flatbed.After diagnostic tests, my finicky old wagon is back on the road! Paul, the District Manager who has been working there,as a new crew is in place, handled my cars issues, set me up with a loaner car and assured me I was good to go......The treatment was stellar!!My husband and I will be bringing all of our vehicles there for service.....Thanks again...

We had a screw in our tire and we were nervous about driving 80 miles on it. We happened to drive by and saw the lights on. Though they were closed Danny found a tire repair kit and fixed our tire pronto. What a lifesaver! Thank you so much!

Once again I received superior service from Auto Care Plus. They confirmed my appointment in advance, was prepared when I arrived and completed the service on-time and on budget. I would recommend Auto Care Plus to anyone looking for a great place to have your automobile serviced.

I will travel 5hours just so these guys can fix my car. I stopped by to fix an issue with my car by passing thru town and it is the most excellent service Ive ever come across, I think Im going to drive 5hrs for a simple oil change. ❤️
