Amazing service!!! I just moved to Conway to attend college and still don’t know many people so I was freaked out when I got a flat. A man approached me in the parking lot where I got the flat and put the spare on for me, then told me to go to R & D and they would take care of me. When I got there, everyone was super nice and helpful. Ended up being super cheap and they even checked my other tires to make sure I was good to go. Before I left, Randy, the owner, was sure to let me know that if I ever needed anything, I could come back and they would help me or find someone who could. So glad I went there! 10/10 recommend

I came to R & D Tire in Conway because I used the one in Damascus growing up. They had quick, good service at honest prices. I moved to Conway and decided to give the Conway Branch a try since their reputation was good. Same great service. Mr Randy helped me at the desk and was friendly and honest with his prices. I got an alignment and they fixed my negative camber and gave me the diagnostics sheet to show what the correction was, so I know they didn’t just say I needed an alignment for the money.Highly recommend. Good people. Good service.

One thing I find very funny about this company is that everyone is allowed to rate how they feel the service they got was yet they respond very negatively to being told they do anything wrong. Yet dont try and fix what they are doing wrong! Its called opinions and we are entitled to it. And yes I have been there weather you have a record of it or not! Ty!

This was the worst experience ever! Myself and a friend took our cars here to be fixed. He went in told the gentleman his issue. A mechanic (whos probably not an actual mechanic) looks at his car. They come back and inform us of whats wrong and say the parts for the car are $200 each plus labor. The next day when we pick the car up, its still making the SAME noise and has the SAME issues. After them telling him its fixed. He takes the car back. They then say the car is safe to drive, but the original issue that he went for is now coming from somewhere else. Another mechanic then gets in the car drives it and says what the problem is. Only to come back and tell him they dont do that type of work. $700 WAISTED!Now, to my my car. They tell me my issue, fix it. I leave and my car is still doing the same thing I EXPLAINED to them that the issue was. I spent $200. They tell me my car needed 3 parts, but they only told me about one. The next day they get another part (one). The same mechanic that worked on my friends car say this is the issue. If I put this on you wont have any issues. Spent another $70. 3 days later the same problem. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I have been here multiple times. They always get started on the job as soon as I arrive. The people here are honest and their prices arent just fair, theyre actually low compared to other shops in Conway. R&D is the only tire shop I trust.

Friendly and pricing is fair. No, More than fair. Brought my Mother-in-laws truck in for an alignment on a recommendation from a mechanic I trust. The gentleman who helped us let us know we needed new inner tire rods but noticed our new tires and new outer tire rods. He got us a fair price on the parts, explaining that they could do the alignment only if thats what we wanted but until we replaced the inner rods, it would still have the same issues and would be a waste of our money. He even priced the labor very fairly. Its nice dealing with honest people. I definitely recommend this local business to anyone.

Ive been doing business here for 15+ years. Randy and the guys are the most honest, reputable and professional folks youll find anywhere. When they do a job, its done quickly and its done right. You can count on them every time.

I love R&D Tire.I just had some extensive work done and the price was $300 under dealer quote.The have always been honest and their work is excellent.I trust all my vehicles to them.Because of them I have a 13 year old Honda Pilot and a 10 year old Toyota Rav 4.Thank you R&D Tire.

Tire allignment is a Scam and bought wrong part for vehicle had to go somewhere else to get vehicle fixed... R&D wouldnt offer refund for something they did wrong... Customer beware of bad service and lack of experience.

Had my truck worked on here several times. Usually come in under quote and good honest service.

Awful! Had my car aligned TWICE and it was still WAY OFF. I even showed them how to make rear adjustments and it was still so far off I could see it with my own eyes.
