They have ways been a great place to get tires. I usually set it up and pay for it, then have my wife show up with everything taken care of. I have been back at least 5 times with nothing negative to say. However, during my wifes last visit, she said one of the associates was somewhat rude and arrogant. This is the first problem I have heard of, so I will be back to give them another shot.

Ive bought several times from here with good results but this last time it was terrible. From them not keeping up with an order of wheels that took two months to charging more than we had agreed to on different set of wheels, plus not installing a tpms sensor right. For the first two months they would only call manufacturer when id call to ask about the wheels. When no good results would come out of it i decided to change to a different set of wheels. I talked to logan about a new set of wheels and we agreed to a price (id have to pay more for the new ones as the previous one where cheaper and had already been paid for.) he told me it would be an extra 238.18 with tax included. On the day of installing they took 3.5 hrs to install the new wheels, arch street or any other place could have done it in half the time 🤦‍♂️. When it was time to pay they “couldnt find” the right invoice and came up with one that came out to nearly $400. I explained i was told it was going to be 238.18. He wouldnt charge that and proceeds to charge the near 400. The rear driver tpms sensor was damaged during install, i went to a different shop back home the next day to get it replaced which was 89.19. Needless to say i wont be going back to sure stop after this incident.

Got 2 tires here today. Really good prices compared to anywhere else I checked with super fast service by friendly technicians. The owner is right there with dirty clothes on working next to the other guys making sure it’s done right. They also have one of the largest selections of rims and tires I have seen in one place in their showroom as well. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Hats off to Sam and his crew!!! We were traveling pulling a 36’ travel trailer and blew a tire right in front of this business. We had to pull off across the street into a empty parking lot. As we were putting our spare on we notice a tire shop across the street. My husband said let me check with them and I’ll just upgrade all 4 of ours. They were very nice and accommodating especially for it to be mid day and on a Saturday. They were very busy but worked in perfect strangers and had us back on the road in no time at all.

They do not stand behind the product they sell. 4 month old tires that are wearing badly and this guy Russell wont even look at them. Says there is no warranty on tires. This shop doesnt even rotate and balance the product they sell.

Tire was losing air during a long road trip. We stopped at the nearest shop. Thankfully, they were able to patch the tire up quickly and affordability so we were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Staff was very courteous as well.

I went in for new tires on their finance option. Got a great set of tires. On my way home, my drivers side wheel came off and buckled under my jeep. All the lug nuts worked themselves off and snapped the studs themselves. Thats the worst of it. The reason they got 5 stars is because of how they handled the mistake. They paid for the tow truck, replacement parts, new-new tire, and replaced my rims with a used set they had at the shop, AND the labor to do it all. They didnt once try to sell me anything or ask me to pay for any of the repairs. They apologized for the unfortunate problem and offered their service if anything else went wrong. Could it have been avoided? Absolutely. But they owned up to their mistake and took care of me all the way. I will definitely be going back to them.

Horrible financing options. They explain it as 100 day interest free but never tell you that it’s actually 100 day without rental fee. Now I’m stuck paying the rental fee which is double of what I paid for the product. When trying to obtain an explanation I was basically told I was dumb for not understanding something I was never told. Terrible.

Very kind and helpful, but they will try to get you to buy things you don’t need. When I bought used tires from them, they assured me these were perfect for my vehicle, and even cut me a deal! However, a few months later one of the tires goes flat. As it turns out, these tires were the two sizes too big, and were obviously rubbing against my fender. The men at this shop put these tires on knowing this just to make a sale. They offered me credit toward some new tires but that hardly makes up for the their deception. I hope they don’t treat anyone else this way.

My daughter has gone to this shop repeatedly and they have never tried to sell her something she doesnt need. They have always told her what the problem is and her car runs like a champ. Im getting ready to send my car from Little Rock to this Conway Shop just because of the honesty that they have. I just got my oil changed and tires rotated for only $19.95. The service was excellent, the people are friendly, and I will be going again...and again.

The two mechanics Dylan and Dylan, fixed my alternator and got my car running, in under an hour. Sam, Russell and the whole team are great.

We had a brake line go out on our truck and we had it towed to their shop to have it fixed...we live 3 hrs away....we were told there was a lot of rust and they didnt want to touch it...so we had to leave it and get a taxi home...well, that cost us about $200.00...my wife and I put new brake lines on it at oreilleys and it cost us about $60.00...were not mad...we just think its funny that a brake shop couldnt fix a brake line...thanks for nothing....its ok...we got it...we did what you should have been able to...we wont be recommending your shop to anyone...worthless!

Some of the worst service ever. I had to keep calling about my vehicle and they kept my vehicle for a whole day on a job that was only supposed to take a few hours. Ill let my vehicle break down before I take it here again

Needed new tires before starting a new job. Loved the opportunity to do same as cash. I got a little upset when they added on additional fees that werent explained to me prior to servicing my car, but they took the difference off my total. So all and all they made things right.

Stopped by to get a tire balanced - which they did. However, when they put my car on the lift, they slammed it into the alignment points on the rear of my car and ruined my perfect alignment. When I called and asked them about it, I was met with excuse after excuse as to why its not their fault, and they suggested I bring it back for an alignment. No way! Dont use these people, they will mess up your alignment and try to get you buy one!

They had someone help me as soon as I walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon took my truck around and started working on it as soon as I picked what I wanted and took them about an hour from when I walked in to when I drove away great service and reasonable prices

Worst service. It wasnt 5 hours and my car was back in the shop for the same reason. Then he was going to charge me more for fixing it the second time. The owner did not offer to do it for free or else I wouldnt be leaving this comment...... The part was also a brand new part. I think it shows a lot about the owner when he is lying on his reviews to make his business look better.

This place is a true scam, they use used parts, paint tires to make them look new and will have you paying to replace stuff that isnt even broken to get more money out of you. With so many decent mechanics in Conway you would be wise to stay very far away.

Good service real high interest rate a on financeing

Well where to start.....first they did not replace my value stem covers so I had to purchase some. After a month of driving I had a low tire when I went to air it up, I noticed my tire says inside on the outside. ALL FOUR TIRES ARE MOUNTED BACKWARDS. I called to speak to the Owner and was told I could not, thats he is only there once a month and they have no phone number for him. Hmmm sounds like a real scam to me. The man proceed to laugh at me and treat me as if I am ignorant when it comes to vehicles since I am a woman. I have already spoken to my attorney on this matter.###stay far away###

They are So freaking slow here. It’s very irritating. They do not get In any hurry at all. Every time we’ve been here we’ve had to wait atleast 6 hours for the most simpliest jobs that should only take 1 1/2 at any other shop!! we had to wait almost 8 hours the other day to put on our wheels and tires and install a little 2” leveling kit, that job should only take about 2 hours if that.. And they do not go in order, they were putting everyone is front of us instead of getting our truck done when we’ve been there for hours before them. If you don’t want to spend 6 damn hours there waiting then I wouldn’t suggest this shop... I won’t use them anymore that’s for sure...

They did my head gasket repair in late Jan 2017, 90+ days later it failed, (head gasket blew out on the interstate 05/02/17), well within their 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty. They offered to only warranty the failed parts, (a $10 gasket) through the supplier, no skin off their back for shoddy work, & said they wouldnt warranty any labor or towing, but I was stuck with even more expenses like car rental, etc since I was out of state when it failed.I spoke to Sam, the manager until I was blue in the face, & he never budged over the labor, & I ended up having to give up trying to convince him to do the right thing & make a labor exception with even a portion of the labor to make good on the warranty, but he said theres nothing he can do to help me past having the supplier replace any failed parts. Their failed attempt to repair my vehicle was the real issue that he refused to make good on. Anyone who wouldnt stand up to make something right when its obviously their failed effort, whether it happened in state or not, doesnt deserve my business, or anyone elses for that matter.Im now thousands of dollars sorrier that I used this shop, & Im stuck paying to have their work literally done all over again with no real compensation for a paying customer who gave them no trouble getting payment whatsoever.CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

BEWARE--Public Service Warning---Run from these 3 local Tire/Auto businesses less than 1 mile apart-ALL run by the Rileys and known well by many locals which probably learned by the unfortunate real life lesson of being STUNG if they had ANY dealings with the following:Robert Jrs Tire and AutoRileys Tire, MufflerSure Stop Brake Tire/AutoAny mechanic work is over priced; if you actually needed it to begin with (Trust only after getting a second opinion from a reputable shop) They employ mostly illegal labor to perform tire and mechanic work without any certification. Customers are routinely charged higher prices than their estimate or verbal quote when the customer goes to pay, adding bogus charges but your tires have already been installed and it works. All of these shops have a reputation for not actually performing half the mechanic work they say needed to be done or quoted but that you paid for. These shops have many common complaints and work off the same questionable schemes but most people dont realize if they feel cheated or decieved and go down the road to another business the next time--it easily could be just another wolf in sheeps skin run by the Riley tire/auto shop racket.Did your oil really get changed or was the old oil filter replaced after draining the oil and replacing it with recycled old bulk oil while up on their lift especially on the $19.95 cheap oil change special (Gimmick) to get customers in and then tell them they need alignment or other mechanic work done, known commonly as up selling...women are easy victims but how often have you actually watched your vehicle while the job was underway or checked the old filters to make sure a new one was used? His sons are actually worse if that is possible but the big $$$ profit makes people easy prey.Never Ever buy a used car or one of their lemon repos doing Buy Here Pay Here from any of the Riley RIp Off locations, which is their famous scam. Your down payment will be more than it is worth in full and you will be lucky if it runs more than the day you drive off.STAY AWAY from these 3 conway auto/tire and mechanic shops creating a local moffia racket. Used Tires -lets just say its worse than you got popped if you bought here. The only good reviews they have are by each other and family members! All the locals know they created the BBB and legal system because of crusty people ravaging for the greed of $$$.......

Went in for an oil change, service was fast. Ended up having them replace front brake pads as well. We will be using them in the future for sure.

Yu told me, the only way you can work on a car is if I spend at least 800 on tires, then you tried to sell me a car and I asked why the check engine light was on and you said, I dont know, it seems fine to me, ac works though hahahahaha

I blew a tire on Sunday and called every walmart between Conway and Ft Smith to try and find a 100 dollar decent 70000 mile tire. I called Sure stop Monday morning because they are on my way home. They didnt have any so I ordered a set and Sam said he would get me a set by 2pm and would put them on. So I was working so I had my mom take my car. 3 my mom called me that Sam ordered the wrong size. I spoke with Sam and he stated I told him the wrong size. You know the same tire I pulled off on the side of I-40 the same tire I called 5 wal-marts on Sunday and priced. I had him call around to find a decent name brand tire. He was able to find a good year tire that was 200 more a set. I need a 70k tire so I reluctantly took them because my mom was sitting there for me. 3 hours of my moms time spent doing this! Ohwell lesson learned. Never would I recommend these guys!

Did a great job on my brakes

The Honda CR-V they have on their lot is unsafe lower ball joint fell out of it and messed up everything on the front end alot of the front end needs to be replaced. They put the lower ball joint back on and fixed the brake line that broke but it is not fixed safely. The back needs brakes new disc and also a brake line. So if you need a safe vehicle do not go here.

Worst Service ever... Dont buy a car or anything else dont finance a vehicle it breaks down that same day then u charged to buy parts and labor. The communication is terrible PLEASE I WARN YOU.. I spent over 1000 in a down payment and didnt keep it a month.. They are total Rip Offs.. There all about money not helping the customer... I just wanted to switch cars since truck was always at shop. Had to pay a note first which y i have to pay a note wen its on side of road.. Very shady... Reporting to the Better Business Bureau... And small claims court just cause i can unless situation is resolved.. No reason to lie i have all messages from the company worker and all the miscommunication.

Best price that I could find on tires.

I took my car in to get an oil leak fixed. They quoted $365 and told me it should be done by the next day. Its almost a week and over $600 later. Now my car doesnt start and they want another $240 to be able to drive it away. Before they touched it all it needed was an oil leak fixed. Now Im out over $600 and I cant even drive it. Either dumb or shady. Either way never going back and now I have to pay a tow truck to take it to another shop that might actually make it better rather than worse.

A long way from home and they got truck fixed and on the road again.

Bought rims and tires took about 3hrs to put on went back and got front end alignment set there 8hrs getting done started at 89.99 when I left ended up costing me 350.00 needed camber plates which is 59.00 only put on one and today thought my wheel bearing was bad nope they didnt tighten my control arm up great job guys would not recommend to anyone

Terrible service quoted me a price over the phone and when I got there for the same job nothing different added 75$ to the original quote then took them 3 hours to put 2 tires on and do an alignment because the mechanic wanted to take a 3 hour lunch at 2pm will not return.
