We bought a trail bike for our special needs son here are they were amazing. They cared for him and took him to the parking lot and showed him how to use all the features, we are serious road cyclists and have bought a good number of bikes over the years, one of our best experiences ever!

This is a great bike shop with very helpful staff. They will do bike fittings and are patient with people new to the cycling hobby. They do not try to upsell you things you dont need but find what works best for your budget/needs. I recommend going here to anyone getting anything related to cycling!

The entire staff are great people, super helpful and are true cycling enthusiasts. They are great to answer your questions, have a good selection of what Im normally needing and the service department helps me get back on the road and trail quick when I cant quite get it myself. This will continue to be by go to bike shop.

I’ve known Erik for over 18 years. Bought a bike from him when I first moved back to Arkansas. Since that time, I’ve bought bikes for my family (6 people) from him. I can tell you that he is a class act and worthy of receiving your business and hard earned dollars.

I have been in several times for accessories, information, and help with some issues I have had with my bicycle that I purchased independently.The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and seemingly enthusiastic about biking. Definitely a the place to visit if youre in the Conway area for all things bicycle.

The Ride has the best customer service in town. Erik and his team will take care of your cycling needs but the best part is the relationship they build with you and suggest ways to make your riding more comfortable even if it involves giving up some sales for them. Ive bought bikes from the Ride and serviced bikes I havent bought from them and the service and quality of work doesnt change. Highly recommend visiting the Ride for all cycling needs or just for casual conversation and hang out.

A great local shop with an excellent staff. The owner takes pride in his work and the work of his crew and will bend over backward to make customers satisfied with their purchases. They mostly sell Specialized equipment, but can work on anything you bring in. I would and do recommend it to my friends and family.

I brought my son bicycle in there it was on flat the guy called me back left a voicemail said i would be 47.00 said it need a intertube and the one of his training wheel was off he said he needed to order a piece for it..so I went to pick it up when I got off cause thats too much for bike that was only 80.00 I was gonna buy him another bike I had one of my friends look at it come find out it only needed air in it and the part for the training wheel just needed to be put back on I thought itwas another part missing so basically I was gonna get screwed out of 47.00 I feel they didnt eveb look at the bike at all so thats y I gave the ride 1 star
