I have no idea who has done my piercing since he didnt say his name 🤣 whoever did my nose piercing today he did a really good job! I had to come in an hour before my appointment but they accomodated with that. Got a nicely professionally done piercing with minimal pain. More than satisfied! Will definitely come back someday for a tattoo! Their nose piercing was $45 btw. Good value for the price!

Chad was a great piercer! He squeezed me in the same day I texted him about his appointment availabilities and was super nice about me being a couple of minutes late since I came from out of town. He did my second lobe piercings and my conch--I love them, they look great! It was quick and clean, 5/5 stars!

Wasnt even allowed into the building. Their Google page says they open at 10:30 I got there at 10:55. A man stopped me at the door and rudely asked me what I wanted. I told him I was hoping to buy some jewelry, he wouldnt even let me in the door and said that their lobby doesnt open until 11:00. It was literally 10:55. When I told him I wanted to buy body jewelry he said I would have to text this number and pointed to a number on the door and then shut the door in my face. Texted the number then got a call for a response and that person wouldnt even be there until 11: 30. The guy on the phone seem nice enough but said he couldnt help me unless I knew what Gage my piercing was. Since this is my first piercing I dont have that much experience, he said I would have to call the shop that did it to find out. I told him they dont open until 2:00 he basically said he couldnt help me then.

I got a cartilage piercing from Primal Urge. I hadn’t gotten a piercing since I was a little kid and didn’t remember what I went through with them. Based on reviews and pricing I picked primal urge. I got a guy named Chad who did my piercing. First off, I was in and out of the building in 5 minutes. He didn’t give me any care instructions for my piercing except a printed sheet of paper for all piercings, not my specific piercing but all general piercings. He told me to wash the wound with wound heal twice a day and rinse it. He gave me 3 options for my piercing and I went with the small diamond option, but apparently it has come to my knowledge that the earring he gave me was too short for a fresh piercing which explains why it got infected 2 weeks after getting it. I’m a very hygienic person and I knew very well I was going to have to take care of my piercing but I didn’t know I was going to be doing it wrong. It was 6 weeks after my piercing and I called to ask when I could replace the earring with something prettier or more my style. I was told I couldn’t remove the earring until 6 MONTHS after the piercing. 6 months. Not weeks, months. I asked for clarification. They said 6 months without removal. The care sheet they gave me to read didn’t even say 6 months it said 6 weeks. I called a different tattoo shop (NVUS) and they fixed me up nicely. It turns out, all of the people I know which is 5 different people in total have had problems with this place and their piercings. They need to stick to tats and that’s it. Do not go here for piercings!!

I got my ears pierced today. I took less then 5 minutes and just felt like a tiny pinch. I’m a huge baby when it comes to pain so I was very surprised how little it hurt! Definitely would recommend anyone coming here for a piercing!

I had an appointment to get a cartilage piercing (two other friends went with me to get piercings of their own as well: industrial & doubles). I went in SO nervous to get the piercing! It was not at all as bad as I thought it would be. Chad was so great! He was so calm (which helped great with my nerves) and did everything professionally. I enjoyed my time here, and if I ever get another piercing I will definitely be coming back!

Had to take my septum out 30 minutes after getting it. Was pierced wrong, bad quality jewelry, and poor service. Sold me the wrong sized jewelry & wouldn’t trade it out.Wrong placing for my septum, no count down, completely rubbing against my cartilage. Went to Electric Panther to have it removed and setting a new appointment there to get it repierced.

I took little red here to get her ears pierced. Chad was great with her. She had a little break down before she got them pierced and he was so patient!I would recommend this place to anyone!- side note. I found out several hours later that she had no idea that a needle was even used. 😂- photo note this was taken in the parking lot after we left. No redness, and according to her, hardly any pain at all.

I have several things to say. First off; Chad was super professional, calming, and made sure I was 100% good with everything he was going to do before he even touched me. Second; the shop was immaculately clean. Third; I was put at ease by the amount of knowledge Chad has about his profession, the specific piercings (Daith) I wanted, and the after care. Chad gave me his card and said if ever I have questions or problems with the piercings, give him a call and hell help me out. Im sure he does this with all his clients, but it is comforting to know I am not getting a piercing and shoved out the door. I have somewhere to turn if anything happens with it. And forth; the cost, $45 plus tax for each Daith piercing, including jewelry. I would have paid sooo much more for the relief I am experiencing. Now for the piercings; I had my Daith on both ears pierced for migraine relief. I went in being hopeful, but reserved on weather or not it would work. IT WORKS! I had a severe migraine when I went into the shop, when I left, it was already down to a lower level than my migraines have been in years.. over 25 years. I have exhausted all medication paths, including botox, with little to no effect. I am over the moon with how well these piercings work. It is advised to pierce the Daith on the side you have your migraines, I pierced both since I have them on both sides (left predominately). I am so happy with this decision. I highly recommend Chad for piercings. I am so happy!

I called primal urge last Friday wanting to make an appointment for a half sleeve tat the next Saturday. They told me to email them a picture and they would email me back with a time and price. Seven hours later no reply back, so I called. I talked to a girl who didnt know anything about booking an appointment and told me Tim was busy. I waited another day and still didnt hear anything back. Needless to say, I went to lucky bella in Maumelle and couldnt be more pleased with my tattoo.This place seemed very unorganized, who wants to do business with a shady company?? They lost a long term client and I wont waste my time with them in the future!
