All of those qualities listed regarding quality, value, professionalism and responseiveness. BUT hes not just a shoe/boot/purse/belt/anything leather/odds/n ends repairman, but an artist with a good eye. We appreciate having him here.

The shop is clean, organized and in a good location. The owner, Ty, is always friendly and welcoming to all. His work is excellent and his turn around time is very reasonable as are his prices.Whether he’s replacing soles on boots, heels on dress shoes or repairing belts, hat bands, purses or cleaning suede to spruce up boots/shoes...it’s all done extremely well.I recommend him to anyone looking for a professional cobbler.

The strap on my favorite leather backpack broke, and I was so bummed. I found The Conway Cobbler online. They were very quick to respond to my need. I was glad the shop informed me that is could be repaired. I picked up my favorite backpack and it was much better than when I bought it new. I was so impressed. They do Great Work!! Great work at a fair price. Some may think the prices are a bit high, but when you deal with someone in a specialized trade, you really do get what you pay for. Thats why I dont mind paying them a little more than the next average shop, which may not produce the high quality work you will find at this place.

I had a speed-hook missing on a pair of boots. Walked in and had it replaced within two minutes for a reasonable price.

This place is top notch. My dog chewed up a boot that belonged to a deceased family member and he made it look like nothing happened. I have been using him since and will continue to do so.

I have had my boots polished, some birkenstocks that were chewed up, resewn and zippered items repaired ...etc.etc. Very pleased with all results and highly recommend visiting here before you toss damaged goods.
