Scheduled a in home estimate. No show, no call

Terrible first they put tile in both my bathrooms with in a week 6 were cracked. this was in June 2018 after numerous calls they finally scheduled to replace them in December 6 months after i first contacted them. i took the day off and of course they dont show by 9am so i call and was told they couldnt do it because it was raining. so i wasted a day for nothing they reschedule for 2 weeks later and my wife takes the morning off because they said it wouldnt take long. well he shows up gets cracked tile up and leaves for 4 hrs for a doctors appointment. he returns finishes and leaves. one of the tiles next to the one he replace cracked and one of the ones he replaced was higher than the rest so i call and am told they will order more tile and replace them that was January it is now mid march and im still waiting. dont waste your money on this company.

I was actually at Debis Hair Studio, getting a new Spring cut.

They Installed my vinyl well, but they had to take out Ceramic flooring before laying down the vinyl and failed to warn me how messy this would be. There were fine ceramic particles over my Kitchen Bathroom,dinning and living room. I spent $200 on an air filter and sweeper to clean up the mess. Wiped the counters 3 times to get rid of it all. My Asthma got flaired. The installers thought it was ok to smoke at the front door while the door was open for the ceramic dust.
