These ladies are the best. They are so friendly and nice. Also their knowledge of different phones is exemplary. ANGIE is absolutely SUPER!

This is the worst internet provider I ever had, And I have had Comcast. Shame I cant pay half of my bill, it only works haft the time and then not all that grate.Agen to day out of service for over 8 hours!?! Customer support is useless!, If you can even get a hold of them, not werth 4 hours hold time!?!

Every time I go to horry telephone with a problem, I seem to get the same answer. We are upgrading is the same answer I always get. My internet and WiFi work wonderful until I cut out my tv cable, since that it hadnt been worth having. Well if it worked fine last year when I had cable, and when they cut out cable it quit working like it should, I think something needs to be checked. Lady who helped me at conway branch was to busy rushing me out so she could go to lunch to help me. If it was that close to your lunch break why call me back just to waste my time and not know any more than I know now. Think it might be time to say goodbye to HTC completely. If you really do read these, contact me, would love to talk to someone who really cares.
