Enjoyed hot, soft, melt in your mouth Krispy Kreme donuts! The staff was very nice and greeted you with smiling faces. We arrived when the Hot sign was on, so we knew it was going to be awesome! The inside was very clean and nicely furnished. The regular coffee was good and strong. Really get you going early in the morning.😄.

This place is wonderful. Best donuts on the market! My girlfriend and I recently did a taste test of 13 different donuts they sell and the original glazed came out on top! (Followed of course by the raspberry filled and the chocolate icing Kreme filled donuts).

Its a donut shop. They have donuts and coffee. Its clean. The employees are nice.Krispy Kreme donuts are different then any other donut but theyre very expensive and no worth it. Theyre good but they should be half the price. Theyre small and mostly air.

I love Krispy Kreme, but this location to me the dough taste off. Not like the original. And hot light doesnt mean you get one free anymore.🤔🤷🏾. Just buying 1 donut is pricey.

Bad on line pick up visit. I was 45 minutes later than intended to pick up order. Order was never fulfilled for correct pick up time, as it was not pulled (2 dozen doughnuts). Was told order receipt was thrown away, even though it was paid for. Order was fulfilled after having to sit and wait in drive through. Defeated the purpose of ordering ahead.Wrote complaint to corporate, but no response.

Where do I start.I from the west coast so we maybe have a hire standard when it comes to Krispy Kream, like the east coast has for Duncans Doughnuts. The Doughnuts i ordered were 2/3 the normal size. I thought I was purchasing a mini dozen. When I question them the staff shrugged it off. If you spend a few minutes on line Krispy Kream has the standards post. This particular store is far from corporate standards.

Im sure its a 5 star experience, but I dont live in Conway. I didnt catch the hot fresh donut light, or even the luke warm glazed donut. I got the extra cold, been in the fridge, and harder than a week old grocery store donut. And I ate it, but there was something lacking in the experience (which was not their fault).

I dont know what happened Tuesday but I was very disappointed with my donuts they where not fresh it looks like they where cooked in old oil and the taste was really really bad I drove 30 just to get them I love there donuts but I couldnt even eat them this week next time I will definitely look at them b4 i leave if I ever go back guess ill have to stick with daylight donuts at least they will be fresh

Why are they still in business? Everytime I have these donuts, the after taste is just awful. The sugar gets all melty in even cool temps. Staff was unremarkable. Many times I believe Walmart has better donuts.

Honestly the worse customer service ever. Every few months I give them another chance because I 100% everyone has bad days. But unless your order is only a dozen glazed donuts they will mess it up completely. Sad this is the only Krispy Kreme around.

Drove 40 miles to get 4 dozen donuts for our Police Department for $5 a dozen ALL weekend (no hours specified) like my email said. Manager was not nice at all. Said it ended at 9...1 hour before we got there and said she could only offer a 10% discount. Donuts were cold. Wont be going back!

Got to krispy kreme to pick up order and they said they got a email that it was cancelled.i showed them my email so he gave me 2 dozen donuts that i paid for but what i got was not what i paid for..it was a waste of my money and a rip off from krispy kreme.

I went there today.. ordered 1 apple fritter $1.79 and a chocolate iced yeast donut for regular price. What ever I was given in the place of an apple fritter tasted good but was more like a glazed twist with apples on top, not what I paid for.. my favorite is apple fritters..My niece ordered a chocolate glazed cruller and was given what appeared to be one but was actually a cake donut shaped like a cruller. Wont be returning.

Went here a few months a go and mainly wanted apple fritters. They were out. I tried to order various things and they were out of almost everything. Whats going on here? Is this a Monty Python skit?

My son and I visited the Conway store 9/25/20. My husband had to go to the ER and the ER not allowing visitors in we stayed in our car in the parking lot. Sitting in the car waiting for several hours I decided to run up the road and grab us a treat. The store was closing in 5 minutes as I was pulling up to the drive-thru. I felt bad because I knew the workers were probably ready to leave and would be upset I was there. I was greeted with a “smiling” happy voice on the speaker. I placed my order for 2 iced coffees and a dozen glazed donuts. At the window I was greeted by another smiling face! After I was handed my donuts and drinks I was told “Sorry for your wait.” I hadn’t waited at all!!! Then I was told to have a great night and thank you! These 3 employees could have made a big deal about the late customer. Could have made my already bad night even worse but instead showed kindness to a person they didn’t know was hurting. I want to thank them for that and for just doing their jobs and being the way we all would want to be treated.

My family and I were there on Saturday evening October 10th. We had an awesome experience with very friendly polite staff and fresh hot donuts. We hope they dont let misinformed individuals with bad agendas stop them from continuing their awesome service.

Donuts were old and Red Hot sign was on. Said they forgot. After I bought 15 glazed 7 min they started the assembly line AGAIN with fresh and i addressed guy about it and he offered ONE FREE 1. He should have replaced mine because I specifically asked for FRESH HOT ONES!!! SIGN WAS ON!!

Young boy had on the same glove (only on one hand) the whole time he checked others out with, touched countertop, used register, replenish front bar, and went to the back grabbed used trays and stacked them and not once did I see him change the glove. Supervisor came out the back and to no surprise he had on one glove too... I guess all you can do is pray over what you eat.

Today I had the worst experience with Krispy Kreme in this location.I order a half dozen Of including 2 Chocolate iced custard filled which were nasty and had really bad smell inside You can smell the mold. I think because it was old and Not fried or cooked very well 😷

Cant go wrong with plain glazed. The donuts here are delicious, and you can ask for them fresh. In fact, I recommend doing so. While theyre good after theyve been sitting a while, theyre amazing warm.A little on the pricey side for donuts. While theyre delicious, of youre wanting sprinkles or anything special, go somewhere cheaper.

I went to Krispy Kreme in Conway Arkansas yesterdayAugust 10. It was gloomy and raining outside but inside the staff were warm and friendly. They had the/my favorite sign...denoting the donuts were hot and melt in your mouth.The young lady at the at the counter was very helpful not trying to rush me as I made my selections. She even made fresh coffee.So thank you McKenzie for having great customer service.

One of the managers offered me a free fresh hot donut. The girl making my coffee stopped taking care of me to help 2 other guest. Then she came back finished my coffee, couldnt even taste the flavor I got and she didnt fill my cup all the way. She seemed new, but other than that everything was fine.

Probably the best Krispy Kreme I have ever been to. The store was extremely clean and the employees were a delight.

Fresh donuts were just coming off the line as we walked in, and the place smelled wonderful! We bought a dozen and got two additional donuts to eat immediately. Those 2 donuts were fresh, warm and creamy and didnt last long! I think that was one of the best donuts Ive ever had. The staff was very courteous and friendlyI WILL be back!!!

Hi. I placed a online order for $28.31 worth of Donuts on July 1st and I went to pick them up on the morning of July 3rd and they said their computers were down and I’d get a refund for it. I ended up buying what I ordered online I’m store so I paid another $28.31 worth of donuts. Manager said I’d get a refund. As of today 7/7/20 No refund yet. Highly disappointed.

May 21st I placed an online order for pick up. When I got there at 10 I went to the drive through past the order box so they were aware of a customer. I pulled to the window and waited. After a bit, I noticed a dark haired female squating in front of the register. She stayed there the entire time, just glancing at me. Another employee finally came to the window, asked for my order and she asked if there was anything else I needed. Nope, thank you. At this point the female on the floor was just staring. Around 4 in the afternoon I get a text about my card being declined on a purchase I didnt make. Turns out the employees at Krispy kreme that day decided to steal my card information and phone number to purchase Keto pills.

Always a yummy pleasure to eat a fresh Krispy Kreme. Yum!!!

Have purchased donuts from here before and was to the point where I wasn’t going to buy any more because they were not filled very well at all. Thought I’d give it another chance and I’m glad I did. While they didn’t have the Oreo donuts I wanted, and told me upon walking in that if I wanted the regular glazed it would be a while, they did have the chocolate iced cream filled donuts I love. I ordered 2 and one chocolate iced custard filled (for my daughter). I ate one when I got into the car. The filling squeezed out onto my cheek! I was so happy about this as with prior ones I had to eat half a donut before getting to any filling at all. This donut was filled all the way through! This gives me hope enough that I will go back to this restaurant for more!
