Cool store if you wanna get away from the big chains.. prices are reasonable and they actually have some pretty good furniture here. Not really the best place for groceries but they do have the necessities and actual cashiers not robots.

Good customer service. Seems to have a slightly smaller selection than say the Little Rock store but its a much nicer drive. Found what we wanted. In and out in less than half an hour.

Weve gotten our furniture from here for years now. Far better prices than other furniture stores and they have better options and better customer service. I always manage to find stuff to buy when I come here. This is my wifes favorite place for Black Friday Deals every year.

Big Lots is my go to store for nearly everything. They have food items, clothing, decor, furniture, everyday necessities, etc. Its basically a smaller WalMart or a bigger Dollar General. They also have rewards. I highly recommend it!!!

Location has recently changed the way the store set up and they have more furniture than they ever have. Store carries food and house food items but seem high on their prices.

Great affordable furniture, decor, home supplies, food (including really interesting food...). I have loved coming to this store for good deals since I was young with my parents. Always able to leave satisfied. Also, great location and the parking spots have room between them, which is fantastic!!

The customer service was excellent Abigail and the other gentlemen there was very helpful and nice. I was pleasantly surprised by the electronic accessories section and found more of what I needed. Prices were as competitive as Amazon on most items. I have signed up for their rewards card and will be shopping there again soon.

They have reorganized this store since I was last there. It is clean, easy to get through the isles and find things. Prices are well marked and reasonable. I was able to find what I was looking for there. A pleasure to shop there!

Big Lots! is always an adventure. I always go home with exotic junk food I wasnt looking for. ;-) but they also tend to have the staples that I often need. They also have home furnishings, small appliances, pet supplies, etc. The only downside is if you go looking for any particular brand or size of something, you arent always going to find it. Usually their prices are very good compared to other stores.

Prices are great, they have a variety of items that are high quality. dont come here if you arent openminded tho, they have some interesting food items and brands that you might have not heard of before. also they have AMAZING customer service!! very welcoming!! their seasonal items are fantastic!!

Yesterday me and a friend went to the Big lots on East Oak Street in Conway Arkansas to shop and got follow by a manager or employee or secret shopper we were looking on the soap section when a Big white guy came on the same row we on pretending he was stocking or just looking for something I notice he didnt leave off the row until we left off the aisle 😡 so we went on another aisle and the same man came over to where we was standing and my friend had mentioned that the oil was expired and I said ok so I told her Im ready to go because I feel uncomfortable because hes watching us as if we were going to take something so as we proceedsto check out he comes up to the counter and bring some oil to the counter and give it to his boss and said its expired how would he know that unless he was listening to our conversation I told the young lady that was a cashier to get there secret shopper or what ever he is and stop following people we were the only 2 Black women in the store and it was white women in there as well but he decided to follow us and thats completely wrong you never ever jugde a book by its color because you never know whats inside there until you actually open it in other words we wasnt the right color because he didnt follow the white women at all I will never come back to this store ever again and Im going to tell everybody I know not to shop here because they are racist!!

Great prices for a low income budget. Staff not helpful in finding something though because the only ones Ive seen are at the checkout. Sadly, cant use SNAP/food stamps here.

I was very impressed with the store the day I went in. It looked better than Ive ever seen it. It was very clean and well stockef. We were impressed with the furniture manager. He was kind and helpful and went the extra mile to get me my sectional!

Good visit overall. Some of the shelves were kind of bare, but thats retail. They lost one star because they were woefully understaffed and carts were nowhere to be found. Id definitely still go back though. The employees that were there were very friendly, working with a sense of urgency, helpful, and cheerful.

They have a wide variety of items priced just right. Located in an older shopping center, I wish it was a little larger, as this is one of the smaller Big Lots L Ive been into. Stereotypical retail experience as far as the cashier trying to push surveys.. seems like there are new company policies in effect too that make staff ask if you are finding everything okay and then they state their name and to ask them if you need any help. While thats a nice, its not sincere. I kinda felt like I was in Chikfila with they typical rehearsed spill....

All the staff were very customer service orientated. Anytime one of them was walking past us in the store, they stopped, introduced themselves by name, and asked if they could help. The store was a little disshuffled as they were in seasonal transition.

Man have to say I love big lots but this ones not to hot, well actually it was hot too. The air didnt work.

I always enjoy going to big lots . I could look through their stuff for hours. The bookshelves are nice but most is of cheep wood. I have bought a radio, cd player from them and it lasted for years before the cd player went out on it. The radio still works fine. I like the food choices they have and the soda drinks are good. They have so many different items. Candles, lamps, furniture, pilows, outdoor items, picture frames, earphones, telephones, electronic items, bathroom items, household items. Almost anything. Big Lots is like finding hidden treasures.
