Usually locations will help you find what your looking for at their other locations or hell maybe even ship it in, but I guess the clown on the phone Is usually at the circus; or just has to little care to help a long time customer. If your are ever for some reason working or need electrical components for one go to Lowes they are always willing to help you or just go to Eck or its 2017 by it off line and put these clowns on out of business. I will definitely use other supply chains these guys are SCRUBS!

Supply house that doesnt stock supplies. Went in for 4 items. They had 1. Not hard to find items, a ballast, 48 T8s and an LED. How two of the same branches of a company fail to communicate is beyond me

Thomas is a great counter salesman, need more like him.

Lots of inventory and good and knowledgeable staff.
