I visited Corey in June for a project deadline in September. I sent my design ideas for his design team to complete. After several weeks of silence, I stopped back in July and he said it went to spam but still no worries plenty of time. I called early August asking for design for approval and Corey said by end of week. Still plenty of time. Nothing! Conway Embroidery just blew me off after leading me down a promise road for nearly three months!Luckily I found another competent company LDR productions in Laconia who could still meet my deadline.Conway Embroidery was unprofessional and gave all lip service with false promises.I would not even consider using Conway Embroidery!

I had a wonderful experience with this shop. Corey and his staff were very gracious and kind. They helped me with a time sensitive project and it came out beautiful.
