First time customer, now guaranteed repeat customer. The customer service is outstanding. These people would give you the shirt off your back if you needed it. I know next to nothing about jewelry or the like so I can’t give an opinion on such. I stopped in to get my watch battery replaced on a whim because it was on my way to dinner. It was done before I could finish browsing. They bring a new meaning to the word hospitality.

My engagement ring had a broken prong, and the diamond had to be reset. They did a beautiful job and also polished my bands. On the same visit, I got my Galaxy S7 Edge screen replaced in a very timely manner. Did a great job and I couldnt be happier! My husband got a link removed from his watchband and the battery replaced on the same trip for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back!

Ann Booth Jewelers is one of the few places that has a skilled Rolex technician. I dropped my Rolex off there to be serviced and they were very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to do what I wanted done rather than making numerous suggestions. Ill update my review once I get it back. Hopefully all goes well.
