Spoke to a woman about a Husqvarna tractor with a snowblower setup. After two days Im still waiting for an email or phone call with pricing information. They seem to be more interested in selling larger, commercial equipment. Heading to John Deere instead.

Absolutely amazing experience with the superior staff at the Conway NH location. Allen patiently worked with us in selecting the correct tractor and attachments for our campground needs. Mike did a wonderful delivery. Page and Ross in service are very customer oriented. Having spent 25 yrs in customer service, they are model employees from my view. I wouldnt go anywhere other than MB for sales or service.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I called and ordered a part for my machine, after talking on the phone with two different people who where both rude they said the part would be there that afternoon and they would call when it was there. That afternoon no call, the next day no call. Two days later I stopped in, still wasn’t there and they said it would be there that afternoon again. The next day no call, day after that they call and said the part wasn’t there when they went to pick it up at another location. I was told if I still wanted one I would have to pay 200 freight shipping and wait another week! It seemed ridiculous to pay an extra 200 to get something 2 weeks after I originally was told I could have it. They ordered it and when I went to pick it up they tried charging me $500 more than the originally quoted price, I told them to keep it.

Have purchased quite a bit from them over the years. Always good. Recently left my blower off for a tune up. Told 2 weeks. Almost 5 weeks later I told them to forget it, it still wasnt done. Go to pick it up and its done. Lot of grief and phone calls. Was going to purchase a compact tractor, it wont be there.

Unbelievable 1st experience! Salesman not pushy at all and very experienced on their equipment!! Denis is awesome. Will be doing business with them. As for Kubota great specials, and great options.
