We bought plants last year and some have died. The deal was if any plants die they would replace them. We were like cool! What a safe bet. So we hired them and paid them. Now no one returns our calls. All we want is customer service. At this point after sending this one star I’ll send a message to the Better Business Bureau and the secretary of the state about their bad business practices. Hopefully the planet outlet will resolve this before they lose too much business.

So today I went to Plant Outlet to get some berry bushes..oh my goodness ! I had no clue they would have so many different strands to pick from! I was greeted by two very nice guys that was helping me and showing me & helping me pick out the best looking blackberry and raspberry bushes. Chris was so friendly and so helpful and today was his first day on the job and I was his first customer of the day!!!He was so sweet and kind and I am so sorry but I forgot the other guys name but he himself was so very nice and helpful!!! So glad Plant Outlet was my first stop to shop for berry bushes and I will for sure be going back when they get some more in stock!!!Thanks Plant outlet and the guys that helped me out today!!!!

Incredible plant store! Incredible staff! Incredible prices! This store and its employees have been so helpful to me. Ive been building a vivarium with all real plants and so I could only use specific types of plants with specific care. They have helped me find so many varieties that just make my space come alive!! Sometimes its not as stocked as other times, but thats because of the seasons. It is smaller in size to other plant stores I have been to, but they TOTALLY make up for it with what they have inside. Wall to wall with gorgeous healthy plants. 10/10 recommend as your first place in Conway or surrounding areas for all your plant needs. Every type I could have imagined were here, and they knew what was there and where as well!

I went today to purchase additional zoysia sod (have purchased 50 pieces in the last month) but called first to make sure they had it and was told they had 2 pallets. We have purchased all of our plants, sod, planters and mulch from them over thepast 25 +years. I went in and paid $78 for 24 pieces. Then went out to have loaded and they wanted me to take the last of a pallet that was brown and had little dirt underneath. I went back in and told them I wanted the better sod and they refused therefore was refunded what I paid. We have been very loyal customers for over 25 years so very disappointed with the service I received. We have also referred people new to Conway to them over the years but will never do that again nor make any future purchases. It it a shame to treat loyal and repeat customers in such a way. I hope no one else in the future is treated this way. Shame on your poor customer service.

Variety and selection is the keyword for plant outlet. A modest sized business they definitely have put their focus on having what the customer is looking for. Even when everywhere else was sold out of Jane Magnolias they had them, they also had 2 other varieties of tulip tree available, in various pit sizes as well. I highly recommend Plant Outlet, friendly helpful service, good prices, and excellent selection.

Called ahead inquiring if they sold sand by the bucket and was provided a cost and informed they do. Arrived and informed otherwise, staff on site seemed unsure so before we loaded down buckets of sand, we asked for confirmationFront desk young girl called the manager as he raised his voice rudely and sternly across the walkies and we were informed they sell per their large scoops. Young girl replied, thats what I thought but wanted them to hear it. WOW.There was such a lack of professionalism and they dont honor their own quotes.Ive been to The Good Earth in Little Rock and will continue my business there. Dont waste your time at the plant outlet, selection is minimal in comparison, and customer service by the owner is appalling.

Love going to The Plant Outlet! Their plants are always so pretty and reasonably priced for what youre getting. I could easily spend the whole day there looking at the beautiful plants and creating a wishlist. There are so many pretty pots and fun statues too. If you are looking for a specific plant they dont have, they will order it for you too. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend The Plant Outlet to friends and neighbors.

Management/Owners must have changed!Ive used the plant outlet to service my sprinkler system for the last three years. The service has been nothing but impeccable. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was anything but satisfactory. We sold our house in early spring and I was requesting that they reconnect the system one last time. I called, added my name to their schedule, just like before (April 2021). No call, no show, nothing! I understand these things can happen, therefore I called again. I was told, sorry we’ll be out next week, well call you when were on our way. You guessed it; no call no show. Lastly, I stopped by the store and spoke to a Jennifer. Who again apologized for the no show and assured me they would be out by the end of the month (May 2021). Again, no show no call nothing! I dont know whats changed with this business, but if you need sprinkler service, do yourself a favor and call somewhere else!

They have so many plants to choose from! And they’re very knowledgeable about plant care. I went in today and only got 2 small succulents but I had my toddler with me and the worker carried the plants out to my car for me I didn’t even ask! Above & beyond customer service

Bought 2 apple trees. Was told we needed 2 for pollination. They are planted and staked down. Now I find out we need 2 different varieties to produce fruit. They want us to dig one up and they would exchange it for another variety. All I asked for was a little discount on a different variety. No can do..Ill get one somewhere else.

Great houseplant selection at bloomscape prices. Had a lot of plants that are harder to find in central AR especially begonias, pothos, philodendron, sansiveria and ferns. And I think the succulent selection surpasses any other in the area, not just in variety either - they had huge plants. While the plant prices seemed a bit higher to me than some other garden centers they have an amazing selection of pots, terrariums and cloches that were very reasonably priced. I will be a returning customer.

Poor Service after the Sale. We spent thousands for a landscape project only to find no barrier and weeds after weeds. Sad. I expected more. I just assumed there would be a weed barrier when paying for professional landscapers. When our top quality azaleas died one after one I stopped by the office to ask what could I do. First guy said he couldnt know without seeing. Went back to the office after taking photos of the damage one guy said too much water as I was watering everyday. Second guy said not watering enough. Started with 6 beautiful azaleas now down to four and everyone of them dying from the bottom. Weeds and dying azaleas I will never go back. Wish they had offered suggestions to help save my plants after spending all that money. Plan to go to County Extension Office for help in saving last 4. All other shrubs they planted in the same bed are doing great. So are the weeds!

Good plants and good selection, but don’t ask for help when trying to select a shrub or tree. I’ve bought so many trees based on their recommendation for my yard and all of them died because the information they gave me about the plants’ needs was completely inaccurate. Now I do my own research online to pick out my plants and since I’ve done that every plant has done well - and I know nothing about plants outside of Google! And think twice before calling on the phone for help with any issues, I’ve had multiple rude interactions on the phone trying to get help for my dying trees.

Every time we visit, its special. Im a houseplant hoarder, and they have quite a few different varieties and different cultivars than I usually see at box stores. The staff are friendly and if they do not have the answer, they usually try their best to find an answer. Their plants are in great condition and well cared for.

We had a big job done in our backyard. We had a huge water issue. We were extremely blessed to work with plant outlet! They exceeded our expectations. They worked so hard and they went above and beyond what was expected. They also helped fix our fence and sodded an extra piece of our property. Their customer service was great; we worked with chris and Brett! Both great people! My husband and I Highly recommend them!

We bought about 5 bags of organic compost from Plant Outlet, which states on the bag that it is for vegetable gardens. When we opened a couple of them, it was not compost. It was straight up cedar wood chips. CEDAR! Cedar inhibits seed germination and seedling growth, so why in the world would we want to put that on our garden beds? We knew that this was a packaging mistake because the other bags we purchased smelled like compost (earthy), while the other two smelled like cedar.Plant Outlet said that since we had already poked a hole in the bag to see if it smelled and looked like cedar or compost, they wouldnt take it back. So now we are out money and stuck with 2 bags of cedar chips that we did NOT want or need. What business wouldnt take these bags back and give us a refund? Not to mention they wouldnt take it back because of the hole we made in the bag, when we purchased other bags from them that already had holes in them to begin with. We are beyond furious with Plant Outlet and will never shop there again. And maybe we wouldnt be so furious if the employee hadnt been so rude from the get go. Dont buy from Plant Outlet because you may purchase something with false advertising and not be able to get your money back.

Friendly staff but over priced and low quality plants and trees. Trust me, if you buy a tree or shrub, they will die. Maybe the seasonal flowers will live. Do not purchase the dirt in bulk. I purchased a truck load of dirt and it had so many large rocks in it... I mean some were like small bolders... and the dirt was actually clay. Out of the 6 trees I have purchased, 5 are dead and the 6th is maybe dead, hard to tell in the late Fall season. All trees purchased from Walmart and Lowes are still alive and doing good. Aftercare was horrible as they try to get you to buy more unnecessary garden chemicals. Recommend to go elsewhere. Barely ONE STARS.

We wanted a japanese maple but he wouldst sell it to us cause we didnt have a shaded area and it would just die. Thanks mike. I have noticed Pepole say they are rude......not the case. They dont have time for the clowns who walk in the door demanding discounts cause of a flower lost its pettles. I spent 2 grand and will spend more in a few weeks. Thanks guys. They do discounts for seniors on Tuesdays.(FYI)Scuba Steve
