After calling Cupid’s in Conway to see if they were open, I was told “just go to Seductions.” So I called Seductions to see if they were open and Mary was incredibly kind and helpful. She provided wonderful customer service with a great sense of humor and reassured me that the store is sanitized multiple times per day. Thanks, Mary, for a wonderful customer service experience, unlike Savannah down the street.

Worker was friendly and a reasonable variety of items. The downside....nothing had a price on it. Who wants to have to ask the price on every item while shopping? Huge turn off and not worth the trouble when I can go down the road to another store with priced similar items.

Wow! This place is great! The girls were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They answered every question, did NOT hover, and never tried selling us anything out of our price range. Will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Ive been a shopper here since I move to Conway. Do not like that a employee lied and said its state law that you have to be 18 to shop here. Im well over 18, but I dont condone lying about state laws. 😐 Never will shop here again.

Seeking to rekindle our “spicier side” while traveling through Conway, Ark, we found Seductions Lingerie open til midnight on the 4th of July!! Meeting us charmingly at the door, Sarah quickly made us feel relaxed and totally comfortable. She was very informative and with her awesome personality and knowledge of store inventory and “intimate use” of each, she recommended “just right” toys and products for our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and before the “real fireworks” begin with our Seductions Lingerie purchase during our overnight local stay, we just wanted to say thanks again!!

The young lady working was pleasant and helpful. She had some strange folks come in and handled them very professionally.

I was given patience, consideration and experience. I will definitely be back.

I will not be going back.I had an interest in the glass pipe selection and bought my first piece there.Once I got home I found out that there was a manufacturing problem with the glass piece. Glass was inside the pipe and prevented any draw. The pipe is completely unusable.I took it back to exchange it for another piece since they sold me faulty glassware, but they refused to do any sort of exchange, despite it was their fault for not checking their products for any sort of flaws.I am not impressed with the customer help. I asked if they could check their products in the future before customers were tied into a purchase.There is nothing we can do to check them, but we take pride in our glassware and we are sorry about the inconvenience.Wrong excuse.If any pride is taken in products sold, all glassware pieces should be inspected with pipe cleaners (if not by eye) to ensure quality pieces.Beware of the the no return policy on their glass pieces. You can be hooked into buying a product you cannot use

I bought some thongs from this place, but I decided I didnt want them. The blonde pregnant girl said I can return everything if it was still secured. So everything was still secured but they dont give you cash. They put it on a gift card and the Manger was rude about it. I will never shop here again!! I recommend you dont either!!

So I bought a toy for my ol lady, the girl put it in my hand and it work. I left and I soon as I get home the damn thing wouldnt turn on wouldnt even work. Yeah needless to say Im highly upset and wont be shopping here again! I was worried about shopping here because of the reviews. But i tried to give it a shot anyways because you shouldnt judge a book by its cover. But in this case I was wrong and should have listen to my gut. The girl who work there was super friendly and I know it wasnt her fault. But Im disappointed and wont be going back.

You cant even shop without someone checking on you every 5 minutes. I felt pressured into buying things and honestly uncomfortable. They have a lot of nice things, but you cant shop without them asking you a billon questions. I just wanted to look and see what they had but I dont think I will be returning.

I went there with my S/O and I cannot express how bad it was. I’ve been to many other chains and other seduction stores and hands down this was the worst one. The first problem I had was the staff accusing me of taking pictures while I was texting on my phone the stating that she couldn’t allow that in a rude tone. She then proceeded to follow us throughout the store like we where going to steal something. I don’t know her name but it’s a younger girl with blonde hair. I was looking into buying something but change my mind by how uncomfortable I felt. I don’t recommend coming here.

I have been in several times and never had a good experience. Once I purchased some clothing, got to my car and realized that they rang up significantly higher than tag price, went back in and they refunded me, that was no problem.On my most recent trip the staff were extremely unprofessional and had several friends in there playing around with them, which was extremely uncomfortable for me having to stand and wait for 10+ minutes to be rung up while the friends surveyed what I was purchasing. I would rather drive to Little Rock than shop here again.

I used to love this store until last night. The girl was rude and unhelpful. I typically get great service. I left and went all the way to Cupids outside of Cabot. I had just spent over 300 dollars in there last month for my friends party. I will never do business with them again as long as I have to deal with rude people working there.

Terrible customer service and bad prices. I bought a toy kit for my friend she took it out and looked at it then said she didnt want it so I thought I could take back but apparently not even though the receipt says you can!! Im beyond angry I wasted my gas and money. Their toys are also terrible quality, dont buy anything from them.

I went here today and I will not be returning! I felt like I was getting treated like a theif, I just wanted to look around and see what they had because I wanted to get my wife something. But you cant even do that without them keep checking on you nonstop asking a million questions and trying to sell you the most expensive toy. I felt uncomfortable and frustrated. Im not a theif so why should I get treated like one. I just wanted to get my wife something for are 10 year anniversary but I will be going some where esle.
