The loading and download crews were very pleasant and did a nice job packing our things. We had a very narrow steep staircase to get to the basement and the crew never complained once. Only two small inexpensive items were damaged which was awesome considering how much antique glassware we were moving. Weve moved several times and so far Chavis has been our best experience.

Chavez movers were very good and efficient. HOWEVER, the secure storage left a lot to be desired. We couldnt get into the stored items, but their warehouse personnel sure could. We were missing a LOT of small items and were told they were not responsible because they had not packed our move.

Wonderful experience with Chavis representative Matt Bruton. Very professional, very thorough and very easy to work with. Its nice to have someone you trust see you through the entire process. Does the estimate and then takes full responsibility for both ends of the move. You have one person to call who does what it takes to make things right, quickly. Do yourself the favor of allowing him to at least bid your job. Youll be glad you did.

This company lost or more likely stole a valuable piece of furniture during my elderly mothers recent move. During numerous follow up phone calls they lied each time about where the piece was. in the garage, in the storage unit, the legs were broken. There is no garage, no storage unit and even if the legs were broken, where is the rest of the table? Then after filing a claim they say they can do nothing. Dont return phone calls and when they do, they lie. Completely unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Matt came and gave us an estimate on a local move fom a house to a townhouse. We were pleased with his estimate and his explanation of the companies policy. We were unsure of our settlement date and he said that we could call and reschedule anytime. We had to resechedule 4 times and they were more than willing to change dates each time . The workers arrived on time were pleasant and went above and beyond our expectations. Overall excellent experiance and would highly recommend this company to anyone.
