Im always treated well and unloaded quickly! These folks do their best to get drivers in and out within as short of time as possible.Thank you especially to the young man that handled getting those huge rolls of paper off my truck---he was FAST!

Lol.. Fast unloaded.. Ha ha.. I been here since 7am its now 10am.. And still waiting, one door for inbounds is a freaking joke. If you ever get a chance to accept a load coming here, do yourself a favor and pass.. We dont get paid to sit around

This is what I did after an hour hanging around. Left on Bruce St, Left on Oliver St, Left on Robinson St, Right on S german Ln and right on Hardy st, and there you turn around the building and you will see the sign that is if they send you to charge at 797 Robins of course. Lucky

They sent me to a off site warehouse. They gave me the names of streets to get there. But didnt know how to get me there. Someone needs to get something more. Like witch way to go from the first place to the 2nd place. Just street names didnt help. Especially when you are not from there.

This is an amazing place to work. There are people of all backgrounds that work here. Its a close nit work family. We always look out for each others safety first. Awesome work schedule and low body labor. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to better themselves and those involved.

We got loaded quickly by a nice guy. If your gps says to take Robins DONT go down to Bruce on the left then left on Griffen then a left to Robins.

I was waiting 6 hours to get loaded

I had a 1300 apt to load. Received a phone call from dispatch at 9am because the customer emailed them asking for my eta because they were “ready for me”. I arrived at this plant at 11am. Was directed back to the sister plant on Bruce St. when I arrived there I rang the bell. A guy pushed past me saying he was on his way to lunch and some one else would help me. I stood for 30 minutes waiting for someone to show up. I was then informed that my product was not even ready. I sat from 1130 to 1646 before I walked in to figure out how much longer it would be. I was told to get into the door and that he would load what he had ready. I got loaded with a few pallets and then I was directed to come back to the other side of the plant for the rest of my load. I came over here was told that my load still wasn’t ready and their attitude was “nothing we can do about it”. They won’t even give me an idea of when it will be and now that I’ve had to drive a mile over to the other plant I can’t even get a split break to run this load tonight. It’s 1800 and they haven’t even attempted to communicate further. My experience here has been piss poor.

Nice people took forever to get loaded.

Very friendly and helpful employees. I came 30 minutes before appt time and in 15 minutes got unloaded. Yes, backing for some docks may be rathe tight but docks 8-10 are super easy :)

They always seem to bust their tails to get us unloaded as fast as possible it is greatly appreciated

Im a truck driver that picked up a load thats headed to Austell Georgia I must say that all of the employees were very friendly and courteous and I was loaded in a very timely manner anybody coming to pick up a load here needs to know theres no overnight parking very small lot

Not to bad of a load, can check in 2 hours before appointment pickup.

You will be lucky if they work you in best to wait till appointment time and they should have you unloaded in less than 30 minutes

The place not good, I have to wait 12 hours to pick up the load....

They are very slow at unloading. Got here at 0600 its 0800 now and still waiting. Make sure you got time to wait. They have 3 other trucks waiting.
