Great shop with everything you need to decorate your home or boat as they are the main dealer for dacrylate marine and industrial paint. One or two individuals are helpful, but the general customer service is poor. The last time I was in the store, several potential customers gave up and left while the one sales assistant behind the counter spent 15 minutes discussing paint brush cleaners with the customer at the front of the queue and ignoring everyone else. There were other staff around, but he didnt ask them for help, or even acknowledge us (a quick Ill be with you in a moment would have helped). This is typical of their service: the general attitude is that the staff run the store the way they want and the customers can like it or go elsewhere. OK, fine, but dont be surprised if we vote with our feet. Im never going back - even though their products are good - because Im not paying to be treated like that.

Absolutely amazing service. There was a slight issue with my order. The paint I received was not exactly what I had ordered. This version of the product was discontinued 4 years ago! Bailey Paints sent a replacement from the same manufacturer, but it wasnt exactly what I was looking for. After speaking to the Ops Manager he decided to send me an additional 10 litres of a more appropriate paint completely free of charge. I cannot fault this company in any way and would highly recommend Bailey Paints Ltd.

Ever since Baileys managed to colour match (by eye) a discontinued Fired Earth paint we have continued to drive all the way from Ledbury to use them - easily the best service for miles around AND a very efficient home delivery service. 10/10!

They have a traffic lights system for controlling access to keep customers safe during Covid regulations. The staff are very helpful. Bailey paints stock a wide variety of finishes and ancillary products. Good service from a local supplier.

Just wanted to say thank you for your great customer service. As someone who is isolating your quick and efficient delivery meant I could do my painting without leaving my house. It was great service all round and i will be shopping here again.

Incredible range of paints...Little Greene,Farrow & Ball,Benjamin Moore amongst many others.Always my first choice to get paint,can mix any of the above makes so you generally can get right away.I Dont bother going anywhere else now as you can get everything you want there.Really excellent professional advice too.Send all my customers there too.

Met the lovely Rhian Suter who took the time and trouble to help a complete novice choose the colour scheme for my whole house and I will be placing an order! Cant thank her enough. Great service and a cup of tea - what more can you ask?

I went to Baileys today to get another can of paint that I had bought from them last week. Their products are very good. I entered the store at about 12:50. As I was waiting two more people entered and began to wait, too. There were two salespeople on the floor assisting two couples who were looking at wallpaper and paint. After 20 minutes of not even being acknowledged, a middle aged woman came out of the back who looked like she was taking inventory. She pretended like she didnt see us or maybe she did but just didnt care. None of us were acknowledged. At this point it had been about 25 minutes of us standing around. I asked the inventory lady if there was anyone there who could check those of us out who had been waiting. She said that one person was out at lunch and then just WALKED AWAY. I just ordered my paint on line. It will be delivered tomorrow which is probably faster than if I had stayed and waited at Baileys. Rude not to, at least, acknowledge us.

First visit to Bailey Paints after seeing reviews on Benjamin Moore paints, staff very helpful even made us a very welcome coffee as for the paint brilliant good coverage and easy to apply.
