Very impressed with the food! Hats off to the chef! Food came quick, waitress Livia was so nice and attentive! Price is very responsible for the amount of food they serve! Wish I could give more then 5 stars!!
Nice people and food was great. Extremely slow service but we did have a large group. Given them being short staffed I still give them 5 stars as when they are fully staffed its going to be a great place to go.

Pizza was good - I especially liked the thicker crust on the square pizza.Great patio. Service was a bit slow on the day we were there, despite few patrons. Although the kitchen seemed busy with what I assume were carry out or delivery orders. Staff was friendly enough with our waitress bringing water for our dog, without asking.
The boy on the phone who I believe was named lucas was very nice and patient on the phone and the food was very good.

This place is hands down one of the best pizza places Ive ever had. The service, employees and food are all excellent. The way the employees talk made me want to come back just as much as the pizza/calzones did. Im from Michigan and was down in Boca for 2 weeks and we ordered pizza the first night, it was so good we ended up going here 4 different times. Keep it up Rotellis!

We have ordered from Rotellis many many times, but this was only my second order from this location in 2 years. I stopped here today because I pass by it on the way home from work. Ordered fried calamari which were good and also ordered lg. cheese pie and a Nonna pie. I am sorry to say but I will not be going to this location anytime soon for pizza. It absolutely was not up to the standard that I have gotten from my regular location. To be quite honest I only ate the pizza because I was hungry and didnt want to call the restaurant to complain. I thought that all Rotellis use the same recipes and or guidelines when preparing food. Obviously I was wrong.

My friend and I will sometimes come here after work for a bit before we get on the train to head home. The staff is friendly and the food is nice and quick. I recommend the wings and the eggplant sub.

The food is ALWAYS delicious which is why I continue to order but I become more than frustrated when just about every single order for delivery is messed up. Their orders are not consistent with regard to the ingredients, for example, on numerous occasions I have received the Malibu salad either without avocado or without mozzarella cheese. Last time without the bread bowl completely! When I’m ordering and paying full price but omitting all meat I at least expect the rest of the salad to be intact. They always resolve it over the phone but normally it takes double the time, and I hate feeling like I’m always complaining. I wish that they would establish some quality control checks prior to orders being sent out. Please work on that so that I can keep eating your delicious food stress free!! 😂

This was like the millionth pizza I had and I always think skeptically b4 but was proved wrong. The slice was really good: cheese was perfectly done, the bottom and crust was so heavenly crispy. Yummmm. The slices were not that big in comparison to what you pay for but still worth it. Would come again.
Were passing through and just found this place. Wife & I had the pizza. It was really good! The crust is crispy, but still soft. Waitress was great. Price was reasonable, too. A lot of the restaurants in the area are a bit fancy. This was a nice little casual sit-down option.
Definitely doesnt taste like the Rotelli Pizza in Boca (palmetto). Also the pizza is different like the crust and all. I was happy they had regular re straws rather then the paper ones. Our waitress kept disappearing. No followed our request (pizza not to hot and its for kids; it was scorching hot and no ice in my drink) will not be coming back to this Rotelli
Slow disheveled service. Prices were good but a drink was dropped off and no one came back for 15 minutes. Sad food was also luke warm
I called last minute to order for my entire office. The staff was AMAZING!!!! directed me to buy the perfect amount of food and beverage. The Pizza was AWESOME ( yes even by a true NYers opinion) The salad was fresh and chock full of great ingredients.I will be ordering from here more often. Thank you for making our office lunch a success

The Rotelli franchise should really give this manager an award or something -- hes really doing something(s) right!This is by far the most memorable Rotellis Ive ever been to. The service is top-notch. Even the bus-boys seem genuinely happy to be at work. No fake smiles here.They say of good-fast-cheap that you can only have two, but here you really can have all three.

Terrible experience at lunch - waiter forgot to submit our order and a simple soup-pizza slice order took over an hour (while on lunch break). When I went to Corporate to tell them what happened, they ignored my issue!Will never go back to this location on Yamato.

I have been to many Rotellis and by far, this is the best one. I always order the Malibu Salad and its never disappointing. Everything is fresh, i love the balsamic dressing. The bread that comes with the salad is amazing. Our team at the office always get pizza and salad from here. It is absolutely great!
Eat lunch here once in awhile. They food is pretty good and lunch special is price. We usually have the soup, yum....everyone is friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised by Rotellis. The staff was attentive and friendly, the menu offered a good selection, and the spicy clam chowder soup was delicious. The value is great for what you pay for. I personally prefer a more wine tasting red sauce but the sauce wasnt bad, just a little too sweet for my tastes. The lunch combo is a great bargain. Everyone I went to lunch with today was content with their food. I will definitely return.
Took my (finicky) middle school daughter to dinner here. Food was well prepared and delicious. Server was attentive. Although this place is jammed for lunch because of its proximity to several local office buildings, it was almost empty for dinner on a Saturday night. No waiting and fast service was our reward.

Ive had multiple bad experiences at this location (messed up orders, slow delivery, etc) but they are closest to my house. But today I went to just order two orders of French fries, and Im pretty sure they ripped me off and gave me just one, and if this was legit two orders, then its a rip-off all the same. Gave this place too many chances alteady, they have now lost a customer permanently.

Im sorry but we had delivery and it was terrible. The order was not correct. The meat sauce pasta was so dry. Not close to having enough sauce. Scraped the little sauce off and tossed the rest. Ordered plain rolls got garlic so tossed them. Asked for meatballs and didnt get. I was not charged but still wanted. The bruschetta was terrible so we didnt finish that. I will say the driver was awesome. Very polite and great personality. Hopefully this was just a bad night. I wont order again.

We came in tonight and ordered for our party, two adults and two kids, ages 8&4. They never gave us a kids menu so when we ordered two baked zitis for the kids, they asked if they wanted soup or salad which we thought was included in the price....So when their zitis arrived and were larger than our entrees, I made a remark being shocked. Turns out, the waitress thought we were ordering for them from the adults menu. We were not.They corrected the error for pricing, the food was great, and the kids had fun playing with the dough. We moved to the area this week and will likely be repeat customers because of a great experience tonight.

We order from them on a weekly basis and just recently they decided not to order to our side of the road. We are on Glades road and they will order to the north side and not the south side. When talking the manager he was rude and didnt even have a good explanation. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Half the time they messed up our order but being in business we were nice and never complained. They overcook the food and the management is not nice. I wouldnt recommend this place to my enemies.
