Worst customer service so far in Georgia. Bar none. Be more mindful of who you have on your counters greeting people (or in this case not greeting people) and who you have checking people out (or in this case processing an immediate refund because of the poor customer service).We are simply not interested in that kind of thing. Alienating any customer is bad news. Alienating us is just wasteful. Especially with a feed store next door.Also, its probably a bad idea to put your employee break room on the other side of the dog washing station. Especially when conversation topics range from how much they hate their jobs to how little training they have received.Good luck.

Excellent store but the dog wash station is another story. Theres a local dog groomer that picks peoples dogs up (probably charges them $60+) and uses this store for their business. They bring a van full of dogs in and rotate them out, taking up the public dog wash bay for hours...they use the stores supplies, burn through all the towels provided and leave the tubs full of hair. HOW RUDE CAN YOU BE! Management has to be aware of this. But...this is the New Conyers. It will never be the same.

Great Customer service very friendly environment and Tammy was exceptional, she was very informative professional and went over and beyond with servicing us. She help my husband and I find everything we needed and she knew so much about all the different crabgrass and other grasses. She definitely deserves a raise/ pay increase! Thanks again Tammy!

Horrible customer service, the female with glasses, with a blonde “bowl” style haircut was rude and not welcoming. I even had to bag up my own item. I’ve never have an issue with this location, so I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what, but that’s not the type of customer service I’m used to from this establishment.

I find all my bird seed products here and everyone is very friendly. I love that they have parking for us as Veterans too. I always forget to park there but its available for the next Veteran. Also, I love that theyre LOCAL.

Excellent customer service at this store. The staff here are friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. As soon as you walk in the store you’re greeted with a friendly smile and all the employees are there to help you with whatever you need. They will also take your purchases out to the car and load it into your car for you. It doesn’t get any better than that!The store is clean, well stocked and organized. All the products I’ve ever purchased from Tractor Supply store are made well and lasted a long time. I’ve definitely gotten my moneys worth. They have a clearance section and there are other discounts to be had. There is plenty of parking with easy access to the store.

I was so excited to find out my local Tractor supply had wood pellets for my wood stove (that heats my house, not for the grill). I ordered only 5 bags, to try the brand they carried, curbside pick up. So wonderful, I received an email that my order was ready-at most stores, that means they have pulled it and it’s in a waiting area. Things were not good when I arrived. Apparently they store then OUTSIDE! It was raining, every other bag is burst and pellets ruined. The young man loading looks like he’s trying to find good ones, but I still end up with 3 out of 5 bags with a grapefruit sized solid chunk in a corner of the bag. I didn’t discover this til I got home. They didn’t even have it covered, just wasted stock! Maybe they don’t realize some of us burn a bag a day? I would have bought a pallet...but I don’t think so.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Steve is particularly nice and helpful and always makes himself available for any questions you may have. They offer many products online that can be shipped store very quickly. They also have many products on their website that many other stores do not carry or stocks. I have ordered several things for my whelping needs that I couldnt find anywhere else not even at the big box pet stores. One being, 600 potty training pads. They also have a self service wash station for your pets that is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, dryer, towels, grooming table and elevated tubs. I really like shopping here.

I purchased a husqvarna z254 zero turn mower from Tractor Supply online through the Conyers, GA location on 3/28/2021. The mower arrived on 3/30 with no issues. There was some assembly required but he mower looked and ran great. About an hour into cutting, the drive belt slipped off and the mower stopped moving. I jacked the mower up and put the belt back on. At about 3 hours, the belt slipped off again, so once more I put the drive belt back on. The belt slipped off again at 3.6 hours. I was concerned about a bad pulley so I moved the mower to the garage too put it on a jack for inspection. At this point I noticed that the gasket on the lower half of the engine was not placed correctly when it was put together so it was spewing oil towards the seat. I called tractor supply and initiated a return on 4/19. Customer service said someone would call me within a week to schedule a pickup. No one called. I called again a week later on 4/26 and received the same message with an apology: someone will call me within a week to schedule a pickup. No one called, again. I will post updates to my order status as I receive them.

The staff is always helpful. I cant say enough about this group, they definitely take their jobs seriously.

The store itself wasnt bad. They had a good selection of just about anything you would expect from a store like this. But I didnt like the fact that one of the female employees that was working got an attitude with me and started saying rude comments because I had a little mud on my boots from work that she had to sweep up.

Emily the store manager provided me today with super customer service experience I am extremely happy with how she helped me including advising me the right product for the right job. I will definitely come back in the future for my farm supplies and I will be more than happy to tell others to go there!Again thank you Emily!

Went to get my dog washed after calling and confirming that the shower station was open and available for use only to be turned away.Person I spoke with prior to going told me they had just completed a deep cleaning of the station and it was ready for use. Got there a few minutes later and Cashier said it’s flooded and closed. Someone is lying. Poor customer service.

We used the self serve dog wash. It was great! So easy, clean and organized. Simple and priced right. Didnt have to bring anything but our dog and no mess to clean.Will definitely be back so we signed up for the frequent member program.

The best thing ever. It was clean and roomy enough for my two large dogs. Impressed with dog wash area. Plenty of towels and shampoo, even though I bought my own. Live in loganville. But I needed this for my dogs. I have four large dogs. Willing to travel for this service and price. Thanks Tractor Supply.

This is totally based on customer service. I unknowingly went there 10 minutes before closing. And was greeted and help cheerfully. I was told it was almost closing time. So I just got what I came for. Im sure I would have been treated well even if I browsed this was my 1st time there. But I worked in grocery in the past so I know what closing means. I will definitely visit again during regular business hours. Thank you cashier and propane ladies.

They had a reasonably priced bird feeder and a packet of flowers that Ive searched everywhere but couldnt find, Zinnias.

This store is real handy for your small/medium size farm needs. If you have animals, I highly suggest making a trip to this store. Not bad as a substitute for a local hardware store either. Cashier was super friendly. I will be back when Im in the area.

Its a good place to find food for animals but everytime you to get chickens in 10 min. they are gone its a waste of time .And we called before and they said their were going to have chicke at 2 p.m. but we went there at 1.30 pm and waited to 2:20pm and noting no chicks.

Got a great price on 55lb bags of dog food. Every person that works there was so helpful. The cashier even assisted with taking my two bags of dog food to the car as she asked me to help.I was so appreciative as I have back injuries.Also, great pricing in Bird food and old timey style candy. :)

Love this new location! Much bigger and always fully stocked. The parking lot is huge and can accommodate trailers and plenty of trucks. None of the aggravation I have had at the Covington store. It is no further away, so I will be coming here for feed!

This store is nice and clean. Everything seemed organized and the associates were helpful. This is the first tractor supply Ive been to that had a place to wash your dog. In the back of the store there is a room that you and your dog go into and you can wash your dog. I think this adds value to the store as long as the nearby residents know about it.

Dont waste your time. The staff are so rude they refuse to lift a finger to help. Do not attempt to pick up an online order - this is where the rude staff is. They can keep my $50 I consider it a tax on my own stupidity for learning a lesson about terrible chain stores.

I love Tractor Supply Company for all kinds of tools that are needed for; landscape, horticulture, arboriculture, and agricultural needs. I also like the dog food and dog wash station for $9.99. Even though the Stock Market is right around the corner; it does not matter because Tractor Supply Store and Stock Market are completely different stores with different merchandise; so they really dont compete with or effect each other. I shop at both stores for different reasons. I am very happy with the Tractor Supply Company in Conyers, Georgia it has everything I need.
