Friendly staff but since an oil change is all I got and my vehicle was pulled in for 22 minutes, it doesnt appear that a 10 minute oil change is in their wheelhouse. I get that a quick service could cost a little more, but a fully synthetic oil change with tire rotation at the dealer cost around $73 and it was almost $120 here for just the oil change. Plus now I have to go somewhere else to get my tires rotated which means more time that I definitely dont have & possibly more money. Anyone with half a brain can see that the smart money is on the dealer, an thats where Ill be headed for now on.

This place is awesome. Ive never heard of them before and wish my town had one. I was in and out in maybe 10 to 15 mins. Courteous and professional as it gets. Not to mention they check everything and made sure all fluids were at best levels, topping off anything needed.

I really am well satisfied with these guys they were very professional and they enjoyed my annoying little chihuahua that tried protecting the car. They didnt mind his constant barking and that really said something to me. They were very quick and professional.....I will come back here again and it will most likely be my car servicing place. Service here was pretty quick and efficient. The staff was friendly, and I was satisfied by the end. My only gripe is the price. It cost me $99 bucks for a full synthetic oil change on my Dodge Durango. I was paying 70 bucks for that AND a tire rotation down in Florida with my mechanic. It’s quick, but I won’t be back at that price. If you’re in a pinch, give them a shot, they’re at least good.

Got an oil change for my 2013 Subaru Impreza and used the oil recommend to me by the book in my car (Full synthetic). It cost me 77.91 after tax and the techs were good .

Getting an oil change here is so quick and easy! Everyone is friendly, they check all your fluids and clean your windows. You can sit in the car while they work. Their prices are fair and they are honest people. Before you leave they also check all of your lights. We always come here for our oil changes and are in and out within 20 minutes.

Terrible service was told an hour to get my tires changed fine I will shop this was 10 am at 1115 the call me back there to tell me they cant change tire due to cross threaded lug nut then try to make me pay for the set of tires even though they didnt put them on

The express on corner of willow and spring offers the quickest oil changes of anywhere I know. Courteous guys that work there along with very reasonable pricing. 50.83 covered oil filter and adding almost a gal of coolant. Was there 7 min from the time I arrived and pulled out.

We went there and they have a bunch of kids working there they were in a hurry and left the oil pan skid plate off the car lucky I checked before it was to late the manager got us in but didnt even offer an apology will not be going back any time soon......

I stopped in for an oil change as my light came on and the Tech showed me my oil, explained that since I use fully synthetic oil, it can typically last a few more thousand miles, wrote me a sticker for when to come back and didnt charge me a dime.I was so blown away by their HONESTY that I paid for over-priced wipers (that they told me would be cheaper at Auto Zone with free install) but I wanted to pay them something for their honesty because its so dang rare these days. Headed back soon for my oil change.

They didnt seem to know what they were doing. It took a lot longer than 15 minutes. Way over priced.

Very honest company!! I’ve been going here for years. I’ve had multiple technicians, and they all have been great! As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, it can be scary going to get your oil changed. You never know what they can find that’s “wrong” with your car. These guys, I can always trust. Multiple times I’ve gone to get my oil changed and they have showed me that my oil is still clean. That goes to show that they are more concerned about building a customer relationship than they are about changing as much oil as possible (aka making profit). I highly recommend!!

Stopped Saturday to check on their advertised Transmission Service. Was told no mechanics were there on Saturday but would be there Monday. Just bring it in. Made a special trip to take it in Monday......was told that they have no mechanics that work there!! They need to get their story straight!! Very upset about being lied to and making a special trip for nothing!!Thank you for replying, but I already made arrangements to take my business elsewhere. Your advertising and your employee both stated that you do transmission service. When I made the trip into town to actually get the work done, was told that you have no mechanics working there!! Very misleading and unprofessional. At this point, I wouldnt trust your people to work on any of my vehicles.

Terrible place. I went in to get my A/C recharged and brakes checked and everything went fine. The next day I brought in my other vehicle because the A/C was out. The guy “fixed it” and the next day it went out. He told me that it was cheaper to pay with cash rather than card, so I paid with cash. I called them a few days later to tell them the A/C was not fixed. The guy that works there told me that the mechanic was fired for taking cash and not reporting it on the system. Therefore, they have no record of me coming in. Management never returned my call after I left a message with one of their associates. Horrible place to visit! This place deserves 0 stars.

So they have tire in the name so I stop by to see about 2 tires and the employee I talked to said they didnt do tires there that they didnt hv a mechanic to do tires.

People are are friendly and helpful and the price is right they do a fast job but a great job if you have any issues of your car. Ill let you know and tell you how to fix it and watch it needs great service, I recommend them highly

I called here and they said to come on over, they got me right in and out in 10 mins and me and my daughter were able to sit in the car the whole time. Very friendly guys!! And very reasonable price! I get my oil changed and tires rotated here regularly. They are very fast, friendly and knowledgeable. During my most recent visit they found a problem with my alternator. They gave me a quote to fix it but even suggested other options that would be cheaper for me and didnt involve their services. Its reassuring that they are looking out for my best interest and not just wanting money. I highly recommend these guys.

This is my second trip to one of these shops while traveling. It really is a 10 minute oil change. You dont even have to get out of your vehicle during the oil change. Another place up the road quoted me a 2 hour wait time. This place had me in and out in minutes and they were very courteous and professional.

I won’t list, as the errors themselves, if not their manner of delivery, demonstrates incompetence. It is easier to simply characterize the behavior I witnessed as “unreliable”, buyer beware.

Use them for Oil Change only! I Wanted a simple break pad change out and they tried to pressure into getting all tons of new stuff. After I declined and they changed one set of break pads, my brake system started smoking in one tire!

I was skeptical of stopping her. It is a small location in a smaller town in Tennessee. I was desperate for an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised. The people there nice as could be and very professionally courteous. My car was new and I hsad just gotten my license plate in the mail. The tech that greeted me offered to put the new plate on for me. Free of charge! amazing service! And my mechanic was a woman! Very progressive. Im impressed.

I have gotten oil changes here several times... the staff is always friendly and professional. They go put of their way to help people. They can do an oil change in about 10inites and do a small service check on your car. They always clean my windshield for me as well. I recommend this place to everyone!!

Store closing hour is 6pm. Already closed office at 4:45pm even though employees were in the bay area with bay doors closed. Lack work ethics.

My husband and I stopped by to get our oil changed before leaving on vacation. It was the first time we had ever been there and we were super impressed. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. We ended up getting our tires rotated while we were there as well and they took the time to show us our brake pads to let us know theyd need to be changed soon. As a female, it can be intimidating to go anywhere that works on cars. I dont know anything about cars and Im always afraid of getting taken advantage of but I will definitely be back. Thanks for making the process so easy!

After a previous review my outlook of this place has changed. They told me I needed a new belt for my car and was going to charge me 85.00. That same belt they said was going to break has still never broke . It has been over 12000 miles and the belt is still going. I think they just wanted to make a quick buck at my expense. Will not return.

When I went there to have my brakes examined, they called to tell me the price before they fixed it, for which I was grateful. The rate given was way too expensive. When I said that I needed to speak with my fiancé about the price before the repair, the worker on the phone said “if it’s too confusing to explain, just have your fiancé call and we’ll talk.” I did not appreciate this at all. I am able to explain what is wrong with my car, they just needed to take the time to tell me what was going on. When I made the decision to have my car fixed somewhere else, the worker on the phone tried to convince me that this wasn’t a good decision. As a woman, I felt that the workers here did not treat me as if I could make smart decisions with my own car. I have already found other places that gave me a better quote to fix my brakes.

Went in for an oil change and asked about my leaky tire. The mechanic couldnt find a leak, but they also didnt charge me to take it off and check it. I appreciated that they didnt try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didnt need.
